This podcast has had a profound impact on my life, helping me to understand how to balance traditional and modern practices in order to enrich my daily life.

    One of the best aspects of this podcast is how it delves deep into the teachings of yoga and spirituality, while also making them relatable and applicable to our modern lives. Brett has a gift for summarizing complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand, which allows listeners to gain valuable insights that they can immediately apply to their own lives. The variety of topics covered on this podcast is also impressive, ranging from chakra healing and Ayurveda to ancient mythological stories and mindfulness practices. With each episode, I feel like I am expanding my understanding and learning something new.
