Every day when we wake up and every night when we go to sleep. There are 4 stages/ Frequencies we pass through, Beta, Alpha, Theta, and Deep Delta. When coming out of our sleep, we start at Delta and work our way to Beta, and the reverse happens when go to sleep. When dreaming many things happen on a quantum level, as masters of our reality we can interpret our dreams and make sense of what we experience in the dream realm. In this episode, I will give a general overview of the process of entering our physical bodies and returning to the dream world.
