Chef Di Barnett was two when she came to the United States to be treated for a cleft palate. She continued to be plagued with ear issues and multiple surgeries her entire life. And then in April of 2018, she was blindsided with a diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes despite being a healthy active woman in her 50's with no prior family history. Growing up on a farm in rural Idaho Marci knew there were greener pastures in the world just waiting for her. Amy experienced a pretty rigid childhood that included working at her parents Chinese restaurant from the age of 10. Everyday after school, instead of doing extra-curricular activities or hanging with her friends she was expected to be at the restaurant working. Her parents had a very specific life plan for Amy of which she didn't comply. The rigidity and control eventually led Amy to rebel, which is where she discovered CBD. From early age, Ashley was keenly aware of the amount of suffering her girlfriends were experiencing in high school. It was a friends struggle with an eating disorder that prompted Ashley to learn more. In writing a research paper in high school she realized there were a lot of facts around eating disorders but little surrounding what to do about it. It would be this curiosity that led Ashley to the work she does today. As a Trauma and Eating Disorder Specialist, Ashley helps her clients understand and connect to their bodies. From personalized retreats to group coaching, Ashley is working to bring about change in the way her people feel about their bodies, how they feel about what they eat, and, most importantly how we feel about ourselves. At 11 years old Angie started using drugs and alcohol leading her to a downward spiral from a very young age. After many failed interventions and various rehab stints, Angie found herself facing a jail sentence. It would be that judge who instead of giving her jail time, offered her treatment instead which ended up saving her. During her treatment she discovered a healthy passion and realized her purpose was to help others find sobriety, too. Angie has dedicated her life to freeing those suffering from drug and alcohol addiction. Her wealth of experience coupled with her natural talent for connecting with people and a deep desire to make a difference in the world has made Angie the leader she is today.
Growing up in Scarsdale, NY Ashley has always felt connected to nature, animals and our planet. As a trained chef, she's also very interested in food and how it's grown. After the birth of her first daughter in 2011 she started researching the most non-toxic products, chemicals to avoid, and homeopathic remedies for her and her family and began her education on living a healthier and toxic free life. Embracing a less is more approach with quality over quantity, she is able to empower and educate others to switch out their products for clean and natural alternatives that are also better for the environment. As an AADP Certified Holistic Health Coach as well as a trained chef, she believes that what you put on your body is just as important as what you put in it.
