Welcome to the Dunkin' with Dom podcast! I'm Dominic Chiappone, host of the Dunkin' with Dom podcast! On this pod, we'll be covering a wide array of NBA topics at least twice a week. Everything about the league will be discussed: season narratives, franchise transactions, team rankings, marquee matchups, playoff predictions, award races, player legacies, and so much more. Additionally, we will be touching on topics stemming from the NFL, NCAA, and other major professional sports. Russell passed away peacefully at the age of 88 on July 31st, 2022. Both Micah and I are NBA history connoisseurs, and talking about Russell's career is almost doing a disservice to his endless successes on and off the court. The loss of Russell is tragic to the NBA community, the basketball world, and anyone who knew him personally. Russell was one of the greatest players to ever step foot on the court, but he was an even better teammate, activist, and person. Bill Russell, may you rest in peace.
