The Meditate With Raph podcast has been a true blessing in my life. As someone who has been meditating daily for over a year now, I can confidently say that this podcast has played a significant role in my journey. Despite the host having a busy schedule with other commitments, I am incredibly grateful that they have made an effort to provide semi-daily vibrational meditation sessions. This consistency means the world to me as it gives me something to look forward to each morning during my meditation practice.
The best aspect of this podcast is undoubtedly the quality and effectiveness of the meditations. The host's soothing voice, combined with the carefully curated selection of vibrational sounds and binaural beats, creates a deeply calming experience. It effortlessly guides me into a state of deep calm and relaxation, allowing me to truly connect with my inner self. Additionally, the host's kindness and compassion shine through their words, making me feel supported and nurtured throughout each session.
While there are very few negative aspects to this podcast, one minor downside is the limited availability of daily sessions due to the host's busy schedule. However, I appreciate that they still make an effort to create new sessions whenever possible. Furthermore, even though I have my own collection of vibrational sounds and binaural beats for self-guided sessions, I find that using the host's new sessions enhances my experience significantly.
