    EATING TO PASS THE TIME

Play Episode Listen Later Oct 20, 2021 21:38

Welcome back everyone!  First of all I want to thank you for listening to this podcast.   Today I wanted to make a special reminder here regarding the intro of every single podcast.  "I'm Cristy Code Red, and you're listening to rebel, weight loss, and lifestyle where we believe food has the power to heal or poison. And we believe our society has been misled regarding proper nutrition and weight loss." I wanted to point that out because every single week I release a new episode and in the Code Red Lifestyle app we have content every single day that to make sure that you are no longer mislead, to make sure that you have everything that you need to be healthy on every level of your life. Now for today's episode I want to ask you why do we as people eat to pass the time? Now at Code Red we do not snack, we do not talk about snacks, it is just not part of the Code Red lifestyle. So if you find yourself wanting to eat to pass the time you might be asking well what can you do? 1. Chew gum 2. Stay hydrated Don't forget to get your Kaged Muscle or Redmond Re-lyte - https://www.kagedmuscle.com/?sca_ref=559476.JwPLXH4NB6 https://redmond.life/?afmc=5a and use your CodeRed15 discount code for 15% off of either site 3.  Do something like read a book, listen to music or maybe you are like me and you want to challenge yourself and not plug in at all. So the next time you are not at a meal and you find yourself wanting to eat, just to eat and pass the time ask yourself this question; why do I want to eat?  You will find out that often times it is not because you need food and it is just to pass the time. Thank you all for listening and I will see you again next week! --------------------------------------------- Have you seen our new app?  Even when your other social platforms are unavailable we are here for you on the Code Red App www.coderedlifestyle.com/app Lose your first, next, or last 10 pounds with absolutely NO pills, powders, shakes, or exercise required.  Click here to take the 10-pound takedown challenge! http://bit.ly/10lbtakedown Be sure to grab your copy of my book, The Code Red Revolution here.  http://bit.ly/coderedbook Grab your very own Code Red water bottle today.  The link is below! https://bit.ly/crwaterbottle Connect with Cristy: Facebook http://bit.ly/cristycoderedfb Instagram http://bit.ly/cristycoderedIG LinkedIn http://bit.ly/cristycoderedLI YouTube

    STRUGGLE VS WORKING HARD

Play Episode Listen Later Oct 13, 2021 32:23

Today on Rebel Weight Loss and Lifestyle we discuss struggling through things vs. working hard at things in life. We all have things in life that is just not worth it, not worth it for your health or for your happiness.  Do you have things in your life that you absolutely struggle through? What do you mean Cristy, you asked.  Being in a place of being miserable can truly do more harm than good. So a few examples here: Cari hates to run, she will not run very far or for very long especially if you put her on a treadmill.  Now put Cari on the stairs and she will go longer, go farther and truly get more out of the experience including wanting to do it again another time. Or Cristy had a very rough time doing evening meetings for Code Red.  She did not give as much to the meetings that she needed to for the other participants and she was not gaining anything by being there at an evening meeting.  So guess what, Code Red meetings now never happen in the evening allowing everyone to get more from Cristy during those meetings. Would you like more examples?  Or maybe you are asking how does this pertain to being healthy?  Tune in and listen to get all the details on the very fun and very important topic that we discuss on this podcast episode.

    What Gets Measured Gets Managed

Play Episode Listen Later Oct 6, 2021 33:11

Today on Rebel Weight Loss and Lifestyle Cristy and Cari talk all about sleep and more importantly tracking your sleep to get better sleep. We use a scale to track our weight loss but so many do not do anything to track their sleep.   In comes tracking our sleep and we mentioned having a FitBit to help you measure and just in case you are in need of getting one I have made it easier for you.  Just hit the link and you are there:  Fitbit Charge 3 Fitness Activity Tracker https://amzn.to/3tHfVGQ   As a reminder we are not affiliated with Fitbit   Key Takeaways:   (Cristy 8:22) All three steep sleep stages are equally important, light sleep, deep sleep, and REM sleep, all, give you a different type of recovery and they're all equally important   (Cari 10:33)  Since I got the watch and not the watch itself, but being aware of my sleep has changed.  My sleep habits, just having a number and knowing where I need to improve, because you could get beautiful amount in each sleep stage, but if you didn't quite get enough time altogether, your sleep score is lower.   (Cristy 15:34)  Any food in my stomach will, will make me toss and turn I'll get up. I won't feel good and my sleep score will be like an 82 and that's that's low for me   (Cristy 15:50)  You need to be moving in a direction of improvements. So if you are normally in the sixties, since you've been on code red. You're now 77, 81. This is a massive improvement of your normal set. Now, if I had a 71, I would be catatonic   (Cari 27:00) You can even track your mood, the phone like this, and they're kicking my mood in I'm teasing. I'm teasing. So there's a lot of Fitbit really does try to do great thing.  And I appreciate that, but really the sleep and the alarm alone and being able to analyze, oh, that's when that time in the morning, the light comes in and that always wakes me up at four   So many great points being made this episode.  Hopefully you enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoyed recording it.

Health diminishes with your BMI increasing. That is clear.   In this episode we discuss health and happiness and we ask the question can you really be healthy at any weight? We all have metabolic markers; blood pressure, A1C, triglycerides, fasting glucose and waist circumference, if you're morbidly obese, you're going to fail that one. Even if you passed almost all of these metabolic markers, it's not okay for you to be overweight or obese or morbidly obese. With that said can you really be healthy at any weight?  I don't think so... --------------------------------------------- Lose your first, next, or last 10 pounds with absolutely NO pills, powders, shakes, or exercise required.

    Maybe The Problem is You!

This conversation may not be universally agreed upon.  Maybe a few of you take offense to this topic.  I believe it is too important to not talk about this. No more victims here in Code Red.   Let's stop and think for a moment and digest this information; Maybe you are the problem because it's nobody's job to keep you happy. Did you know that? It's nobody's job to keep you happy. It is not your spouse's job. It is not your partner's job to keep you happy. It is not your kid's job to keep you happy. It is not your boss's job to keep you happy. It is not your pastor's job to keep you happy. It is not your mother-in-law's job to keep you happy. It is nobody's job to keep you happy. So if you're unhappy with your life, it is your responsibility to change.  This mentality holds true for EVERYTHING in your life not just happiness. So stop and think for a moment, maybe it is you that needs to make an adjustment because maybe you are the problem and only you are the one who can fix it. --------------------------------------------- Lose your first, next, or last 10 pounds with absolutely NO pills, powders, shakes, or exercise required.

I wanted to pull this quote out from the show because I believe that we all deserve to find what we are supposed to be doing in life and I talked about it for a second and I really hope you hear me when I say it.   "If you're trying to find what you are good at. If you're trying to find your potential, if you're trying to identify your calling, what you were designed for, because I'll tell you right now, I was designed for exactly this I'm doing exactly what I'm meant to do. I'm doing exactly what I'm anointed to do. This is exactly what I've been put on this earth to do.  Code Red.  Weight loss.  If you're trying to find what my best advice is and you don't know what that is, my best advice is this, just throw things against the wall and see what sticks, just try things." Just try things until you find the right thing and then work at the right thing until you reach your potential. 4 Mainstream Lies Keeping You Fat

Today on Rebel Weight Loss and Lifestyle we are discussing 4 mainstream lies keeping you obese, or fat or overweight.  Whatever you want to call it we are going through 4 of those lies today. Lie #1 - "Well it's just I can't lose that baby weight" - If you just had a baby you do not need to be back to your normal weight immediately after you have a child but at some point it is time to get moving and get that weight off. Lie #2 - "Weight gain is a part of getting older and there's nothing you can do about it" - Age is just a number.  It doesn't have to be an issue and in Code Red we have had over 60,000 people achieve their goals and it all has nothing to do with age.  We have so many examples of proving this within Code Red. Lie #3 - "Well, you're overweight because that's just how you're built" -  I know there is frame size, small, medium, and large frame size for people but a bigger frame does not mean you should be overweight. Lie #4 - "Your obesity is genetic. You'll always be fat" - Genetics do play a role in your health and where fat might go but again.  You are not fat because of genetics.  You are not obese because of genetics.  You have to make a choice to working differently than those genetically related to you.   This was a fun one and I hope you all get a message that resonates with you and then make a change to not go with the mainstream lies! Your assumptions about me: are they true?

Play Episode Listen Later Jul 7, 2021 27:16

I decided to ask you what your assumptions were about me. The response was both hilarious and interesting! Assumption #1 - you are good at all sports and very competitive You always win. Answer: Partly. That's true. Partly it's not true. I am barely good at all sports. I just think when you're athletic and you have. Good coordination and balance and agility and speed. And, you know, you can adapt to all sports and very competitive actually. No, I'm not very competitive. I've seen these athletes that, that are like, I'll stop at nothing to win and you know, and I'm gonna win. Assumption #2 - is you don't eat cake. Answer: That would be a correct assumption. I don't eat cake. Cake is not something that I go to. It's not my drug of choice. It's not something that I'm going to go seek out. It's not something that I'm going to be like, Ooh, make sure I get a piece of cake. If anything, I might have a bite of cake just to see what it tastes like. But even then, it's just not something that I really care a whole lot about Assumption #3 -  is you like rock music? Answer: I absolutely hate rock music. Yeah. And even more I hate. And I'm using the word hate. I try not to use that very often, but when it applies, I'm going to use it. I don't know what I despise. I should say I despise. I loath. I mean, I hate heavy metal music. And so when I hear rock music, that's what I think is heavy metal music, maybe different rock to you is different, but I don't like rock music at all. And I avoid it like the plague maybe because, because I have a Mohawk, you kind of assume perhaps that I like rock music, but that's what this is. Assumption #4 - is that you're disciplined. Answer: I am not as disciplined as I would like to be. I believe, I feel like I let myself off the hook too much, probably compared to the average person, I guess maybe I seem more disciplined and perhaps I am, but I don't feel like I am as disciplined as I should be. it's a good assumption Assumption #5 - I think you are sensitive. Answer:  Yes, yes and no, I am not sensitive if I get like an angry email and nasty email or someone's calling me names online, or I get hateful remarks or comments, or, you know, people that contact me and want to tell me off.  None of that makes me, I don't, I'm not affected by that. I'm not sensitive to that at all. I have no problem laying my head down. Right. After I get, you know, a nasty email or something, it doesn't bother me, but I am sensitive to like my sister, Carrie, if she were to call me crying, I would be really affected by that.  So I am sensitive to certain things, my husband, my sister my animals, you know, my two dogs, that kind of thing, but I'm pretty desensitized to most things. There's only a couple of things that really get to me Assumption #6 - when you make commitments, you keep them you're never late to appointments. Answer: This is a hundred percent correct. I always keep my commitments, always keep my word. I am never late to appointments. Never if. Ever late to an appointment, something bad has happened to me. If my ever late to an appointment there has been an emergency seriously there, I was just recording a podcast.  I was a podcast guest on another girl's podcast. She was four minutes late starting the podcast. I stood there for four minutes to me. That's absolutely unacceptable here. A few months ago I had. Two employees that I was meeting for breakfast and I rearranged my whole schedule to meet him for breakfast.  And they were 15 minutes late. And that is the epitome. Of rudeness. That is the epitome of disrespect. And I, I mean, it is, there's just, no, there's no reason for that. And so I will never be late and I will never, if I have to cancel something has got to be blood or bones or it's gotta be something that's absolutely like a serious situation.  If I'm canceling never late. No, I have no tolerance for people who are. Zero. Assumption #7 -  is that you eat everyone's leftovers. Answer: Yes. This is Marley. My friend Marley and Marley. Yes, you can't. There is no food is safe around me. I eat everyone's leftovers. You can't keep food. Now. Marley is very small.  She's like 115 hundred and 20 pounds. And we went on a trip to Austin together. She went on a trip and I invited myself to go along and. She, and I were, you know, I mean, I weigh her by freaking 40 pounds. Like I am, I'm a lot bigger than her, so I eat a lot more food than her, but the way that she has been able to keep her weight down, she doesn't need very much and she doesn't work out very much.  So she doesn't eat very much. So. Would have something and then she would eat half of it and then save half of it later. Well, no way, man. I was coming up behind her, like a lawnmower and eating all of her food and eating my food too. So the assumption is I eat everyone's leftovers and yes, that is true. I eat everyone's leftovers. Studies, data and research have indicated that COMMUNITY is the biggest determining factor whether someone loses their weight and keeps it off. But why is it so powerful? We surveyed the group and the info we got back was crazy.  Do you know why people joined the custom program group and challenges? They do it because they really want the COMMUNITY. As an entrepreneur, this is what you want for your, for your movement, for your message, you want people meeting outside of you. You don't want to have to be there in order for people to meet. And what we noticed over the last five years, just pockets of people were popping up all over the country. People that were getting together to go out to coffee together. People getting together to go walking, people just getting together for whatever reason and supporting each other in person, of course, before COVID, this was so much easier.  They do this because we as humans need a COMMUNITY. And now we're starting to get back to that at the time of this recording may of 2021, we're starting to get back to normal and we're starting to. Kind of come out of a lockdown , and be in person with people again. And I know part of the code red lifestyle is to us offering in-person events. Are You Wandering In The Desert?

Play Episode Listen Later May 5, 2021 36:45

The Bible talks about the Israelites wandering the desert for 40 years for an 11-day journey. Their grumbling and complaining kept them from entering the promised land. So I ask you: what is keeping you from your promised land? What has caused you to wander the desert? Money? Partners? Your weight? Fear of the unknown may be holding you back from the promised land. Just like the Israelites, they were comfortable going back to captivity because they knew what it was like. We meet so many people who want to take their life back, but fear of the unknown keeps holding them back. Each one of us is battling something and is wandering around in the desert. It might be weight for some, debt for others, relationships, etc. We have to step out from underneath our own Pharaoh and go around the mountain to our promised land. When we allow ourselves to wander too long in the desert, we forget the captivity we were in and may want to go back. You have to keep moving forward to free yourself. Like the Israelites, you might not know how close you are to the promised land. You could be 10 pounds from getting rid of that medication. You could be just a few pounds from reducing your insulin intake. If you could quit wandering around the desert, you are just on the edge of your breakthrough. Are you tired of wandering around in the desert? Listen in to learn how to get to the promised land. Key Takeaways Why is it that people have the Israelite experience (05:14) How fear of the unknown may be holding you back (06:40) It’s probably not yet your time (09:37) You have to keep moving forward to free yourself (13:54) Do you know how close you are to taking your life back? As I turn 45, there is no better subject to explore than AGE vs. OLD. One is just a "number" but one is a "mindset." I feel better at 45 than I did at 25. But why? It's not just because I eat right and drink my water. It's because I don't let my age hold me back. I never, even jokingly, say 'I'm old' as it's common to hear with many people nowadays. You are what you say to yourself; what you hold in your mind becomes reality. If you keep saying and thinking you are old, then guess what, you'll feel old, and you'll never get to do anything. I would encourage everyone to take care of their body as they age and remember what's important in their life. Don't let your age hold you back from designing your best life and fulfilling your destiny. Well, the reasons might shock you! Even though all other programs allow cheat meals or cheat foods, Code Red doesn't do this. We don't believe in cheat meals because it is not worth it. People never make any progress with this type of mindset and behavior. The stakes are too high to have a cheat meal or, God forbid, a cheat day. This is about our health, we can't afford to not be serious about it by having cheat foods and cheat meals attitude. The major problem with cheat foods and the weight loss programs that have them is that they don't address the sugar addiction crisis that we have as a people. Here are some very simple, natural things you can do to help your body in this area. Being insulin sensitive means that you need just a tiny amount of this very important hormone for it to do its job. It's crucial that we all strive to be more insulin sensitive, whether diabetic, pre-diabetic, or not. And if you think that today's topic doesn't apply to you, think again. Two-thirds of Americans, that's about 200 million, are pre-diabetic. At Code Red, we believe in eating like we are all diabetic. We shouldn't wait till our fasting blood glucose and our A1C is too high to look at what we are eating. We believe that everybody should be working towards becoming more insulin sensitive. Two of the five markers of metabolic health are related to our insulin levels. This explains how important this hormone is to our overall health and why we should be paying extra attention to it. Listen in to today's podcast to get some key takeaways on some of the simple yet effective things you should be doing to increase your insulin sensitivity. Key Takeaways Why everybody should be working towards being more insulin sensitive (02:30) The vital role insulin plays in our body (07:03) Why movement is so important to becoming insulin sensitive (15:14) Eating less often and no snacking to allow our bodies to rejuvenate (20:40) How cinnamon and ginger help increase insulin sensitivity (27:28) Why you should add soluble fiber such as chia seeds and flax to help your body (28:57) How Code Red will make you more insulin sensitive (32:21) Nailing the basics (34:54) Additional Resources: Get Your Personalized Code Red Water Bottle  Coderedlifestyle.com/app/  https://coderedlifestyle.com/ The "Code Red Revolution" book on Amazon Get your FREE copy of the On-The-Go Guide for Code Red approved food here: http://bit.ly/on-the-go-guide  You can find out more about Cristy and the topic covered in this episode by checking out her website here. Hitting the hard ground hurts. You're gonna be bruised, broken, and busted up. But hitting concrete is a career-ender, a deal-breaker, and you'll probably die. So many people think that the mistakes they make are career-enders (like hitting concrete). But I encourage you to reconsider; get up, dust yourself off and go again instead of giving up. What has happened to you is not a deal-breaker, it’s all the way you choose to look at it. So many people think they've hit concrete if they gain their weight back. They think they will never come back from it. There's nothing in weight loss or in Code Red that is a deal-breaker. It might be embarrassing, but spending the rest of your life overweight just because you are embarrassed doesn't make any sense. You can come back from it if you just took the next small step forward. Whatever happened is in the past. All you need to is identify what went wrong, learn from your mistakes, and move forward in a different direction. Is there anything in your life you think you can't come back from? Have you gained back all the weight you lost and are now stuck? Tune in to this episode to learn how to get up, dust yourself, and take the next small step forward. Humans are the only species on the earth that don't eat a species-specific diet. We have been eating the proper human diet for 5-6 million years until recently. But now we eat processed food from factories. Hear my experience of transitioning my dog to a species-specific diet and how that made me really consider how the "American standard diet" is killing us. Here at Code Red, we believe the human species was designed to eat an animal-based diet. That's why you hear me talk of the proper human diet all the time. We were not meant to eat all these processed foods that make up the American diet. It makes so much sense to stick as much as possible to what our ancestors ate. If you are trying to lose weight, you'll get much better results faster by eating what our species was meant to eat. Even better results than working out. Is It Okay To Be FAT If You're FIT?

Are you throwing up a 195 overhead jerk but asking for the seatbelt extender on the plane? I've been saying this for years, but finally, a new study was released to back me up on if it is okay to be fat as long as you're fit. One cannot be fat but healthy. This is according to new research by the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology. The negative effects of excess body fat on heart health cannot be mitigated by leading an active lifestyle. The idea that people who are fat and fit are healthy is simply a myth that has been busted by this new study. We have known this at Code Red all along, and I have said numerous times that exercise doesn't have anything to do with fat loss. Exercise has a ton of benefits, but weight loss isn't one of them. The number one biggest lie in weight loss is that you can exercise your weight off. It doesn't matter how much you bench press, run, or ride a bike. It doesn't matter how fit you are; if you are overweight, you need to lose that fat. And the answer lies in real food, water, and sleep. Are you in any doubt whether Fat but Fit is healthy? Tune in to this episode to learn why this is a myth and how we can help you lose that weight at Code Red. Why Do People Gain Back Their Weight?

Today we are talking about what many people in the weight loss industry avoid talking about. It is clear to everybody that people gain back their weight after leaving the program that helped them lose weight. Code Red is no different; most of our certified coaches and leaders have unfortunately regained some weight or all of it after they left the community. Absolutely not; as much as it's baffling why people would go through the weight loss process only to regain back their weight, we have found the reasons why this happens. In this episode, we share these reasons so that we can prepare you not to repeat them. We want to set you up for success when you get to maintenance. You won't even treat your 2 employees with respect, so how are you supposed to have 100 employees? If you aren't faithful with little, why should you be trusted with MUCH? The bible in the book of Luke says He who is faithful in the little will also be faithful in much. Those people that can take care of the little they have, end up getting more and more because they have proven they can handle it. It may not seem like much, but the small stuff really matters. Things like making your bed in the morning, being clean and organized, treating everybody with kindness. We should be responsible in the small things and teach our children to be as well. It all starts with the little; nobody just jumps in and becomes famous and a big celebrity. You must be faithful with the little you have and grow. The little things lead to bigger things. Goals Don't STOP On The Weekends!

You wonder why you can't lose weight when you're eating clean Monday through Friday and then going OFF THE RAILS on Saturday and Sunday! That's not how this works. Goals don't stop on the weekends. If you're serious about your weight loss and health, you commit to a healthy lifestyle ALL 7 DAYS OF THE WEEK. Often a time, we see people commit halfway to a healthy lifestyle. For some days, they are committed to eating real food, water, and sleep and exercising but fall off the rails during the weekend or during a vacation, or during some other time. That's now how living a healthy lifestyle works; you need to remain fully committed all the time. Your health goals don't change based on how you feel. Lifestyle diseases don't take a break during the weekends. People try to justify this by saying it's just a cheat meal once in a while or during the weekend. The problem with this mentality is that once you get used to it, it becomes easier and easier to keep cheating on your health plan. This mentality compounds itself, and eventually, you are completely off the track. You have to get past the mentality of earning the right to cheat if you are to remain healthy. You'll always be finding an excuse to have something that you know you shouldn't. Weekends, anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, etc. are not excuses to go off your health plan. Listen in to this episode as Cristy and Cari explain why you need to be fully committed to a healthy lifestyle no matter the day of the week. Key Takeaways Goals don't stop just because it's the weekend (03:02) Staying on track even during your vacation (05:26) The big problem with having cheat meals (06:12) Getting past the mentality of earning the right to cheat (11:11) You don't cease to be on a health journey because of an event (12:11) How you feel right now doesn't change your health goal (16:08) No more games guys, it's time to put your health first (19:59) Additional Resources: https://coderedlifestyle.com/ The "Code Red Revolution" book on Amazon Get your FREE copy of the On-The-Go Guide for Code Red approved food here: http://bit.ly/on-the-go-guide  You can find out more about Cristy and the topic covered in this episode by checking out her website here. Stop Apologizing!

Play Episode Listen Later Nov 11, 2020 31:30

People apologize for the wrong reasons! They apologize for how they're parenting, how messy their house is, and they apologize for their weight loss. They're acting SORRY that they're on a health journey, and it doesn't fit into the social norm. So they feel like they're putting others out, which is NOT TRUE! Chronic apologizing, even for things that you shouldn't be apologizing about, indicate a lack of confidence or insecurity. It is a bad habit that we all should eliminate from our lives. As we talked about in an earlier episode, you should be okay with being in uncomfortable situations without the need to apologize. The problem with being a chronic apologizer is that your credibility goes down. People never believe you, even when you are genuinely sorry. They are used to you apologizing for stuff that doesn't even matter. This need to apologize comes from the need to justify everything we do. Certainly, you shouldn't be apologizing for your weight loss journey. You won't believe it, but we see so many people apologizing for their weight loss. They apologize for making healthier choices and putting themselves first. Be confident in yourself, and do YOU! Blame Vs. Accountability - It's Much Easier To BLAME Than Take Responsibility

Play Episode Listen Later Nov 4, 2020 25:47

It's so much easier to blame your family, your job, COVID, your kids, etc... for you getting off track and NOT taking care of yourself. It's time to stop blaming and start taking responsibility for your own actions. Do you know why it's easier to give excuses than take responsibility for your circumstances? Yeah, taking responsibility is hard, and many people are unable to do it. However, if you need to succeed in anything, you have to do it. You simply have to take responsibility without the need to give bullcrap excuses. If you want to be great at something and reach the top, you have to learn to take responsibility for everything that happens. Own up the problem, look for solutions, and fix it, then make sure that it never happens again. That is the formula for greatness. If you are placing blame on everything other than you, then you got to step back, take a hard look in the mirror and realize that ultimately, the buck stops with you. The bottom line is that it's nobody else's fault but you. You have to take responsibility for the circumstance you are in, no matter what happened. You cannot blame other factors for regaining weight that you had lost. It's your fault, period. Key Takeaways Giving reasons for your circumstances is no better than giving excuses (02:05) Its nobody's else's fault but you (04:20) Great people always take responsibility (09:04) Nobody puts anything in your mouth but you (11:56) Always ask yourself what you can do when faced with a challenge (15:29) Ultimately, the buck stops with you (18:42) You prioritize your health, or you don't (21:41) It hurts so bad to take responsibly, but you have to do it (22:03) Own it, then do something about it (23:00) Additional Resources: https://coderedlifestyle.com/ The "Code Red Revolution" book on Amazon Get your FREE copy of the On-The-Go Guide for Code Red approved food here: http://bit.ly/on-the-go-guide  You can find out more about Cristy and the topic covered in this episode by checking out her website here.
