These days, people's attention spans are short. They prefer to watch quick videos rather than long ones from someone they don't know well. That is why short videos work - they respect your time and engage your emotions from the start. But "short" doesn't always mean "best." The video has to be long enough to explain what you need to know and make you want the product. Otherwise, you'll click away.Put yourself in your audience's shoes when they watch your sales video. What do you expect to see? Naturally, you want something concise and straightforward that communicates the content. Once you connect with the message and know what to expect, you will engage more and convert as soon as possible. In another Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode, Balazs W Kardos answers questions from one of the Accelerator members about focusing on emotions to convert the audience. One way to do that is to trim 40-minute video sales letter scripts to 10 minutes to grab them by the gut, not the brain, and talk to their frustrations. Balazs does not want you to sugarcoat it. Speak to their hidden hopes. Show them what is truly at stake if they do nothing. You need to be the one who wakes them up to that harsh truth. The best-case scenario is when they listen and act. What could their life look like? Real freedom? Real happiness? Real results? Then, hit them with the flip side and the brutal reality of staying exactly where they are. Your main goal right now is to get them emotionally invested. Once you connect with their hearts, their minds will follow. That is when conversion happens. They stop being leads and start becoming your people. "Do what's hard now, the rest of your life will be easy. Do what's easy now, the rest of your life will be hard. That's quite literally the truth." - Balazs W KardosCatch this episode to learn the simple steps to create content that taps into your leads' emotions and turns them into loyal customers. In network marketing, you build a business from a network of like-minded people. Notice the name "network" in it. So, you are not going to reach the top ranks working alone. The very structure of this industry emphasizes that your success intertwines with the growth and achievements of your team. Now, as you lead a team, one of the challenges is seeing different levels of performance that may pull you up or down because of the various ways they work best. While you cannot make everyone do the same, you can have them work together brilliantly. It starts with showing them how you do it consistently - sharing your WHY in your content and reminding them of the reasons they're here to transform lives. That's how you show them you're on the same page.In another Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode, Balazs W Kardos answers questions about leadership and setting team expectations. Balazs wants you to pay attention to your members and create content that matters to them. Who brings the fire? Who's relaxed and reliable? Who has a knack for details? If someone's coming at you with enthusiasm and big ideas, meet them there. And if someone's steadier and quieter, respect that pace. Setting an example and matching energy means you build a connection with your team, and recognize them as you give roles according to their strengths. How do you know if this is working? Balazs recommends using Key Performance Indicators. You'll see outreach success through connections made, organizers by project completion rates, and creative leads by the number of content ideas generated. When the team understands their roles and how they contribute to the overall goals, their energy becomes focused and purposeful. "If you give 100%, I match it with 100%. You give 0%, I give you 0%. But when it comes to specifics, you need KPIs, key performance indicators. You need actual things that would qualify someone to earn that respect and time from you." - Balazs W KardosListen to this episode to effectively lead a strong team, manage collective energy, and utilize KPIs to achieve your goals as a community in network marketing.Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:How can you create content that will re-engage and motivate your team? What framework can you implement to manage team expectations? How can you effectively define key performance indicators to support team members? What does it mean by the power of one in a team? How can you define and prioritize team members' strengths and weaknesses? How can you maintain a supportive community in high-ticket network marketing?Want a Personalized Plan for Business & Life Optimization?Book A FREE Call Connect with Balazs W Kardos:WebsiteFacebookThe Diamond Life CommunityLinkedInYouTubeInstagramThe Diamond Life Mentor Instagram

Attracting attention to what you offer is a first step, but it doesn't guarantee that leads will make a purchase. Occasionally, people may show interest without buying anything. What's worse is relying on another person's presentation without understanding how it resonates with them. So, what should you do? Take the format, the template, and the slides. Memorize them. Create your presentation in your style and record the web class, even if it's your first time or if you are unsure it will work. But don't just launch it and hope for the best. You need to test it strategically.Use software that shows you where people stop watching your video. If most viewers drop off after six minutes, watch that part of your web class. What are you saying? Is it boring? Is it confusing? Make it better. Test it again. See where they drop off next. Repeat this process – five, maybe even ten times. It might feel tedious, but this is how you refine your message and connect. In another episode of Diamond Life Mentor Uncut, Balazs W Kardos shares a clip from his Accelerator call about breaking through the lead generation plateau by conducting web classes, pre-qualifying leads, and tracking results.Balazs emphasizes not to overthink and aim for perfection. Even if just one of those forty daily leads fills out your application after watching your web class, that's thirty high-quality applications a month. And if you close just ten percent of those, that's three or four direct sales. That's the breakthrough you've been waiting for. "If you can somehow get feedback from people, incentivize people to tell you why it's not for them, and give you a little bit more detail, then all of that feedback you can work into your next version of your web class feedback is gold." - Balazs W KardosDo not miss this episode to connect with your audience and turn those leads into sales by using a template, sharing your story, and getting feedback as you launch your web class. Do you wonder why there's urgency in successful people? That is because when they set an end in mind, they do whatever it takes to reach their dreams as soon as possible. That's where the concept of sprint comes from. While it's generally a short, fast race, often over a set distance, entrepreneurs use this strategy to encourage themselves to focus on achieving their targets fast because of setting a limited timeline. Now, why is this significant? Mainly because it is goal-oriented, and there's not enough time to procrastinate or slack off. In high-ticket network marketing like Enagic, team members share a common goal toward their deliverables. It increases productivity, accountability, and collaboration among them as they improve the quality of their leadership and salesmanship. In this episode, Balazs W Kardos joins as a guest in the Wealthy, Wild & Free Community with 6A2-2, Talia W Di Giulio. The Global Prosperity Movement (GPM) has always been about fostering a strong sense of community. Also, Facebook's recent controversies surrounding data collection and targeted advertising have raised questions about the safety and security of online platforms - not to mention the amount of ads that are often irrelevant and distracting. The solution? Give the GPM a more secure and dynamic single platform that nurtures progress, success, and engagement - thus the launch of the GPM Base. Do you know what's strange in life? It's when challenges become blessings to something better. It's like suffering from years of stomach-related issues as a kid and trying every medicine out there, only to realize that something as simple yet essential as water is what saves your life and gives you a business opportunity to live the lifestyle you dreamed of in the future.Balazs W Kardos looks back on the history of GPM in this 80th episode milestone. Also known as the Global Prosperity Movement, his award-winning community in Enagic started in 2016 after being part of the high-ticket network marketing business in 2013. He went from making door-to-door sales, meeting and hiring coach Alex, and learning sales funnel and lead generation strategies to setting up an online system, the Enagic trifecta, and a mentorship program that gave birth to the GPM.Since Balazs' core values center on love (instead of sales and ranking competition in the industry), he called it the Global Prosperity Movement to encourage his members to focus on becoming an inspiration and authority in helping people solve their health problems and creating high-income streams for the community as a whole.Lastly, GPM continues to grow because of its decentralized structure, empowering its members to build their businesses independently. This approach has fostered a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, allowing GPM to expand rapidly and reach a global audience. As a result, he plans to launch the second and third phases in 2025 as they change more lives."My vision for Global Prosperity Movement was so high on the frequency of love, connection, and making the world a better place.
