Most of you aren't willing to make the daily choices to change your lives, so why in the world would you think that you could make a yearly change?Making a yearly change is just a series of daily changes stacked together, but it's like pulling teeth to get dads who need to get healthy to commit to working the process.If you won't commit to those daily bite sized chunks of improvement, then you'll never achieve a yearly improvement goal.
