    Many struggle on their weight loss journey alone, but often times hiring a Coach in various phases is really helpful and very encouraging to their success!     How do you start tracking using MFP (MyFitness Pal)?! 10 Quick Tips to get started.....   1. Download My Fitness Pal (MFP)⁣ ⁣ 2. Set up your profile with your age, sex, height and weight under the goals section⁣ ⁣ 3. Set up reminders in your phone to actually track your meals if you need them⁣ ⁣ 4. Start scanning in what your eating at each meal and eat normally⁣ ⁣ 5. At the end of each day hit the “complete diary' button⁣ ⁣ 6. Look of your nutritional intake for the day to see where you ended for the day⁣ ⁣ 7. Rinse and repeat for 5-7 days ⁣ 8. Don't adjust calories until you see what you normally eat. We need a baseline. ⁣ ⁣ 9.     Adding more calories in after coming out of a weight loss phase can be stressful and scary to many.  Trust and know that part of the process of weight loss and learning to sustain that weight loss is re-feeding your metabolism back up to it's "maintenance" level of calories.  This is what I like to call your DIET BREAK!  You are actually still dieting and losing weight up until you get to maintenance level in your calories, so adding calories back in is done slowly and consistently each week to allow your body to adjust and utilize the added calories as fuel.  Getting out of the "deficit" phase will happen as you "re-feed" and add calories back in consistently over weeks period of time to build up to your bodies maintenance, which is a place you will no longer be losing weight, but rather a place where you are eating more calories while sustaining your weight loss.   Reverse Dieting which is the process of re-feeding and repairing your metabolism to build it back up to a maintenance level of calories is a totally different phase then where many are coming from; Deficit.   The goal when adding back in calories is no longer weight loss, but rather metabolic repair.  Your goal is to get there quick but to also go slow and steady in the process of adding calories back in .     You don't have to eat more quantity of food but rather more calorie dense foods to increase those calories.   Reverse Dieting can be mentally very challenging.  Please trust me when I say your body thrives at maintenance!  Don't sell yourself short from this experience!!   More on Reverse Coaching options: Macros 101 Mindshift 1:1 Reverse Coaching   If you haven't had a chance please subscribe to The Fit Fun Macro Mom Podcast & leave a written review.  I am so thankful to read all the reviews and hear how this show impacts your life!   Learn:  www.mybodybyjess.com Connect:  fitbodybyjess@gmail.com IG: www.instagram.com/bodybyjess

    Just Because You Aren't Dieting, Doesn't Mean You Are't Making Progress Towards Your Physique Goals
