One of Anthony's favorite topics to share with fellow health & fitness professionals is small group training (SGT). He shares why he believes so much in SGT and how fitness instructors can make a meaningful impact on individuals needing help with their health. One of the key takeaways in this episode is how being genuine as a fitness professional can help you breakdown barriers with your clients and improve the quality of the experience everyone has when they train with you. Anthony discusses programming, approach, selling, and benefits of SGT, and gives fitness instructors the ‘why' behind each of them. How to Be Successful in Fat Loss: Fat loss success tips!! 1. Meal Prep what you can, Pre-Plan a little and Pre-Log your food to make sure it fits your numbers. 2. Eat nutrient dense foods that keep you satiated 3. Aim to eat protein with every meal. I would suggest 25-30 g/meal 4. Don't purposely eat less then your calories/macros 5. Track everything to the best of your ability. Something is better then nothing. If you go over, log it, see it and improve the next day. 6. Water, Water & More Water!! I suggest a gallon a day, if you fall a bit short you are still looking pretty good! 7. Get good sleep/rest! Prioritize it! Go to bed earlier, take away the distraction (phone) and aim for 7+ hours a night. 8. MOVE YOUR BODY MORE!!! More movement matters! 9. Most importantly be consistent & be patient with the process 10. Quitting never got anyone anywhere! Don't stop!
