Brother Greg sits down with Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino - author of The Success Guidebook - discusses her book and how to visualize, actualize, and amplify YOU.
Elizabeth Hamilton has done a lot in her legal career, but she's most passionate about helping female entrepreneurs feel secure and represented in their businesses. In today's episode, she's sharing when is the right time to consult with a lawyer and some of the common pitfalls that she sees when setting up and running a business. This is one episode that you're going to want to save and keep coming back to because she's covering all of the bases.
As a young girl, Elizabeth was always anticipative of an elevated future. However, the conditions of her youth provided insight and hindsight to some of the contributing factors to the cycles, which she believes creates hindrances in our growth and knowledge of self-purpose. Raised in a culturally stable home in a fairly diverse community, Elizabeth was always fascinated with the cycle of life, nature, trends and especially relationships. So it turned her world 180 degrees when a relocation that was supposed to be a fresh start became the nightmare she could never have imagined. Navigating through torture, trauma and torment, equipped with a bag full of hope and a heart full of prayers. This book tells of the journey into the mind of a female through a change of beliefs and perceptions held of and towards males. In this truthful memoir, Elizabeth Hamilton tells of her painful and, at times, harrowing life story to shed a little light on areas in our own homes where we may have unknowingly cast shadows.
Dr. Mona Narain reimagines Britain through the eyes of the colonial Indian subject, via Elizabeth Hamilton's 1796 novel, Translation of the Letters of a Hindoo Rajah. Following the adventures of the fictional Indian Rajah Zāārmilla in London, Elizabeth Hamilton's Letters upends stereotypical narratives of the imagined east. Staged in a series of letters, her novel refocusses 18th century Britain through the eyes of the colonised, comparing cultures and challenges the Indian aristocrat's initial adoration of imperial Britain. From the 'benevolent' British East India Company to the Orientalist scholars of the Asiatic Society, Letters embodies Britain's bids to justify their presence in India, but also the public's ambivalence towards colonisation. Using Zāārmilla's outsider perspective, Hamilton scathingly satirises social ills closer to home, speaking to her own marginalisation as an Irish-Scottish, woman writer. One way I can to that is by providing money to charities Secondary reason: Once I started telling people that I was giving 10% of my proceeds to the Blood Water Mission, my sales shot up. People see the tangible benefit of the purchase as well as the chance to change someone’s life. The Blood Water Mission www.bloodwatermission.com Build wells in Africa and provides HIV and AIDS medicine to those who need it $1 provides someone with a years worth of water. The majority of the money goes to the project and is not eaten up by administration. Join hosts Gary Kobat and Elizabeth Hamilton for an hour long coaching session - Rediscovering Your Self Worth. We seek what we already have. No matter our age or circumstance, all our answers are inside. Navigating the path of infinite possibilities is real and attainable, if we choose. However, life can be crazy: up and down, high and low, prosperous and non-prosperous. We can win gold medals at 15, walk the red carpet and win an Oscar at 23, have twins, build a new house, a business, yet be unfulfilled, and not have peace. Inner peace and joy, along with manifesting what we truly desire in life comes from conscious thinking and feeling, pure, authentic high vibrational energy, and the mindful, unconditional use of the universal laws of love, worthiness, willingness, readiness, deservingness, acceptance, forgiveness, allowing, alignment, resistance, self-care, courage, compassion, and nourishment — from the inside out. Accepting others, and our dreams, our goals, and Olympic-type accomplishments in life starts with accepting ourselves first. It starts with having a loving relationship with ourselves — starting now and lasting forever. Register for Gary's Weekend Retreat Oct 27 - 28 in Toronto. In one hour you're going to walk away with tools to operate at your highest best self. Join hosts Gary Kobat "The Olympic Mentalist" and Elizabeth Hamilton for a special one hour post Olympic journey and learn how to go for the Gold in your life - mind, body, spirit. Who says you can't? Most people do not think anything like the Olympics really applies to themselves in real life. They might think they arent athletic, or good enough, or have even thought that big. They might have so much fear that it doesn't apply to them and they don't even start because they are in denial. All feelings that each and every Olympian goes thru and feels and also as human beings, learns how to manage.. Our one hour show promises to let you know you are capable of amazing "gold-medal-like" achievements in your life. We are going to explore the mental, the physical, and the spiritual side of achievment or creating a breakthrough. This is exactly what it takes to achieve like our Olympians. Gary will step us thru a day, a week and a month of what it takes.to go for the Gold and also share how Jim Carrey, and other Olympians ensure they are ready for their "big event". Think about this...when Jim Carrey makes a $100 million dollar movie...all the pressure is on him to make that picture great. If the movie is a flop who does the world focus on...not the director, or the writer or the producer...everyone focuses on him. Imagine being to face that kind of adversity and still perform at your absolute best! Gary's client list is a who's who in film, business and sport. For the past decade he has assisted the spirituality, health, wellness and longevity of Will Ferrell, Mariska Hargitay, Kate Winslet and Canada's own Jim Carrey!
"Navigating the Path of Change." There is a time when most of us go through a major change, or course correction in our life. When old patterns and belief systems don't work anymore, come to an end and new patterns must begin. Sometimes its dramatic, a crisis happens: a bike crash, accident, cancer, divorce, a death where a sense of disorientation exists, where new values, beliefs, are not formed yet. Its challenging - this gap: moving from safety and security to a place with no-legs underneath you. Like a caterpillar transforming into a butterfly -moving from legs to only wings when it comes time to fly. A time when we learn to trust, to love and accept our experience, and move out of fear, shame, and not-enough-ness. Most transform over time, some do not - they are too scared to let go of their their attachment to being validated from the outside, to fear and their story. They resist growth, stay in jobs, relationships long beyond the point where they have outgrown them. They attach themselves to a familiar pain vs trust any unknown pain. Experiencing major change in your life? Feeling in limbo or confused in what to do next? It's ok, we all go through it. Take a few moments, honor yourself, and join Elizabeth and Gary as they create another safe place, where they assist you to "Navigate the Path of Change."

Linda has incorporated the concept of the dash (that little line in between your dates of birth and death which represents all the days you'll live on earth) into an inspirational speech that will no doubt touch your heart and get you thinking differently about life and what's really important. Please visit http://lindaellis.net/ or follow Linda on Facebook or Twitter. You can chat with us live or tweet us during the show. Call 714-868-0220 to ask Linda questions.
Did you know that you are more important than anything you will ever accomplish -yes, worth more than all of your accomplishments added together? That you don't have to prove anything to anybody? That you don't need to become a worthwhile person, because you already are a worthwhile person? Stop trying to be enough. You already are enough. Did you know that one of the best gifts you can give a child is the unconditional approval of his or her existence? While that may be challenging, it's one of the most important - why? Parents who don't think they themselves are enough will unconsciously pass this way of living on to their children - continuing the feelings of inadequacy. Did your parents pass that onto you? Are you passing that onto your children? When we walk through life thinking we are not enough, we will never be or have enough, ever - in our own minds, and thus we will attract more "not-enough-ness". Did you know you were born enough, and somewhere along the line you started to think of yourself as not-enough ? Who told you that you were not enough? How did you get this idea? From parents, teachers, relatives? Did you lose a parent; did an event happen in your life where you assumed or attached yourself to the illusion that you weren't enough? It is said that the kingdom of heaven is not only within, but within us now. That there is a transcendent place within you that has never been made more by what you've done and never made less by what you didn't do. This means you are enough because you exist - that you were born to express life, and that life force is always enough - so you must be enough. Remember, life is an exercise, a moment-to-moment exercise. It's time to be enough
