Currently, Matt is the CEO & Co-Founder of OODA LLC. Prior to OODA, Matt was the EVP for Strategy and Operations at Tulco Holdings. He has served as a senior advisor to DoD, a professor at Georgetown University for fourteen years , and is a founding member of the Black Hat review board. Matt was one of the first pulled into the United States Presidential commission on critical infrastructure protection in the 90s.
