Dr. Terra Winston, N.D. is a naturopathic doctor who specializes in regenerative medicine and anti-aging therapies in Washington. She graduated from Bastyr University in 2016 and spent her first four years in practice at Evergreen Center for Integrative Medicine in Seattle, learning how to treat complex chronic illnesses (such as Lyme disease and co-infections) and honing in her physical medicine skills. Recently she relocated to her hometown of Wenatchee, WA, to open a private practice specializing in regenerative medicine and anti-aging therapies. As a life-long athlete, Dr. Winston has a passion for sports medicine and loves keeping athletes in the game. She believes hands-on therapy is essential when it comes to pain relief and is skilled in manual adjustments, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, IV nutrient therapy, and several injection techniques that encourage healing of damaged tissues that wouldn't normally heal on their own. Terra Winston realized very early on the importance of a great education thanks to the emphasis of her parents, who grew up in the segregated south, and who modeled persistence and tenacity for her. The New Jersey native followed suit and says she was became the good girl who always got good grades and did everything right. But while pursuing her MBA at Stanford University, Terra struggled to determine what the smart thing was for her to do when surrounded by classmates who were launching major tech businesses in Silicon Valley. Her passion told her that there was something different for her, but her mind told her that if she didn't go for it at that time, she may miss out.
