For the 3rd consecutive year Robbie Eagles Work Stiff. Starting off, the lads chat with Bob about his hectic 2024 schedule, get his thoughts on the growth of TMDK, including who else could be wearing orange sooner rather than later, his experience of being alongside ZSJ for the G1 final, his trust in Zack as IWGP champ and a range of stories from the TMDK bus. Then the Bois get down to business, going full Stiff mode to breakdown every team competing in the tournament; with Robbie's technical eye guiding us. Bob explains the strengths and weaknesses of each team, as we detail who New Japan fans should be paying attention to leading up to the final. Plus, we clear out space to shout the VeloCities names as loud as possible for all the Stiffies to hear. Robbie was incredibly gracious with his time, joining us from Japan, to talk for over 2 and a half hours of Stiff coded njpw chat. Zack has brought it home and ushered in a new era and orange you glad it has finally happened? Triumph and heartbreak punctuated an eventful King of Pro Wrestling show and the Stiff Bois are here to review it all. The lads exult in what was a great show, detailing all the key highs, big moments, interesting beats and controversial reactions. The lads bask in the orange glow of ZSJ, breaking down the match and all that informed it before exploring: Shota Boo-mino bringing the future into focus, SANADA working in the subtle, Naito getting his deserved flowers, Finlay and the Global title's identity becoming clearer, Kishin Douki delivering a shocking late turn on the Way to the Grandmaster, Tanahashi knees now only having just over a year to hang on, Aussie Roi losing nothing, TMDK making Australia proud, Kevin Knight hitting unreal heights as the War Dogs become unleashed, and Hiromu cooking something up (and not even needing a rice cooker). KOPW was a show so big even YOH couldn't find the time to announce his return on it. Listen to the Stiff Bois discuss it all in this monster review episode. He is a BAD DUDE! Bad Dude Tito has been a mainstay in the Southern California Independent Wrestling Scene for 18 years. In that time Tito has faced off against some of the top competition anywhere and has wrestled for more than a dozen promotions based out of Southern California. Tito recommitted to wrestling after taking a brief hiatus and started from the ground up at Santino's Brothers Wrestling Academy. It wasn't long before he would return to the ring teaming with his coach-turn partner Rico Dynamite. Tito would showcase his talents all over Southern California but it wasn't until last year when he began working for NJPW Strong that the doors blew wide open for Tito. On this episode of Sessions with Jay Cal, we talk about Tito's humble beginnings, his NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship Match with Nick Aldis, teaming with partners Rico Dynamite, Che Cabrera, and Jonah, debuting for New Japan in Japan, and facing Okada in the United Kingdom.
