SmackDown was a decent show this week. Not an all-time classic, not a “drop everything and watch it immediately” kind of episode, but definitely enjoyable. Gunther opened the show demanding justice after his loss to Cody Rhodes, Cody fired back, and Sami Zayn made the whole situation even messier. Raquel Rodriguez advanced in the Queen of the Ring, Rhea Ripley addressed Clash in Italy, Jade Cargill picked up another win in tag action, Ricky Saints stole one from Carmelo Hayes, Lash Legend handled Chelsea Green, and the main event gave us the result people are going to be talking about: Dominik Mysterio moving on to the King of the Ring semifinals.That's right. Dirty Dom keeps finding ways to win, and now he's got Oba Femi waiting for him. Overall, I liked this show. It was easy to watch, moved well, and didn't waste too much time, even if it wasn't must-see television.
