Summary of the Case and Victims:The discovery of Shannan Gilbert: The case came to light in May 2010 when 24-year-old Shannan Gilbert, an escort, disappeared in the Oak Beach area of Long Island. Her disappearance sparked an extensive search, and during that process, police discovered the remains of other bodies in the vicinity. The initial findings: In December 2010, the remains of four women were found along the remote stretch of Ocean Parkway near Gilgo Beach. All of them were wrapped in burlap sacks. These victims were later identified as:a. Maureen Brainard-Barnes (25): She had gone missing in July 2007. b. Melissa Barthelemy (24): She disappeared in July 2009. c. Amber Lynn Costello (27): She went missing in September 2010. d. Megan Waterman (22): She disappeared in June 2010.Additional victims: In April 2011, the remains of six more people were discovered along Ocean Parkway, including:a. Jessica Taylor (20): She had been missing since July 2003. b. Jane Doe #6: Unidentified victim. c. Jane Doe #7: Unidentified victim. d. Jane Doe #8: Unidentified victim.Disappearance of an escort: In March 2012, 22-year-old escort, Shannan Gilbert's remains were finally found in a marshy area near Oak Beach. Her death was ruled as an accidental drowning, but some believe she might have been connected to the killer.Other potential victims: The investigation also probed the possibility of additional victims connected to the Long Island Serial Killer. Among them was an unidentified Asian male found in Nassau County in 2000, and a dismembered female found in 1996 in Manorville, New York, which was also attributed to a potential serial killer. Now, after the arrest of Rex Heuermann other cold cases are being looked at to see if he has any connection. One of those cases is Carmen Vargas. In this episode we hear form Carmen's niece who tells her aunts story and why she thinks that her death is connected to Rex Heuermann.(commercial at 11:31)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Gilgo Beach victims & 'LISK's potential first kill Carmen Vargas' remains share disturbing similarities,' niece reveals | The US Sun (the-sun.com)

She stated, "I just knew to avoid him at all costs," and mentioned that while she danced for him and conducted interviews related to his projects, she maintained her distance.Ray chose not to disclose specific details of the incident, citing the trauma associated with revisiting such experiences. She emphasized the challenges women face in speaking out, noting that sharing their stories can lead to re-victimization. What Could Bryan Kohberger Learn From The Lori Vallow Trial?

Lori Vallow Daybell did not receive the death penalty due to a combination of factors primarily related to the management and timing of evidence disclosures by the prosecution. The defense argued that the prosecution's late submission of thousands of documents and pieces of evidence impeded their ability to adequately prepare for trial. Judge Steven Boyce ruled to remove the death penalty to ensure that Vallow Daybell's constitutional rights were protected, allowing her defense team sufficient time to review the evidence. The judge emphasized that his decision was not to penalize the state but to avoid potential reversible errors that could arise from discovery issues if a death sentence were imposed.Ā Ā The implications of this decision might influence Bryan Kohberger's case, as his defense team could leverage similar arguments regarding evidence handling and procedural fairness. Kohberger, charged with the murders of four University of Idaho students, is facing the death penalty. His defense has been actively challenging the prosecution on various procedural grounds, including the handling and disclosure of DNA evidence and other investigative materials. In this episode, we dive in and take a look at the possibility of Bryan Kohberger avoiding the death penalty due to prosecutorial misconduct.(commercial at 9:31)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Idaho suspect Bryan Kohberger's team could use same tactic as cult mom Lori Vallow to avoid death penalty if convicted | The US Sun (the-sun.com)

Alex Murdaugh was sunk by a totality of the evidence against him, but some of the most damning evidence that was presented was the digital evidence that was collected by the investigators and then rebuilt into a timeline showing exactly where Murdaugh was during the time of the murder. When added with the other evidence, such as the video where his voice was heard in the background, it led to a conviction. In Idaho there is a very similar thing taking place behind the scenes as the investigators there have filed over sixty digital warrants already and more expected to come. When you look at the evidence that they had against Alex Murdaugh and you compare it with the evidence collected against Bryan Kohberger, there are many similarities with how the investigations have unfolded. In this episode we take a look at those investigations and see where they are similar and what that might mean for Bryan Kohberger at his trial. In a recent report by The U.S. Sun, legal experts discussed two key pieces of evidence that could influence the upcoming murder trial of Bryan Kohberger, the suspect in the 2022 killings of four University of Idaho students. Kohberger's defense team is pushing to introduce DNA evidence pointing to alternative suspects, arguing that DNA from multiple unidentified individuals was found both at the crime scene and on one of the victims. They suggest that someone else could have planted Kohberger's DNA on the knife sheath found in the house. However, Florida-based trial attorney Mark NeJame called the theory a stretch, pointing to the significance of Kohberger's DNA being found on the sheath and questioning the plausibility of such a setup. The defense also referenced DNA mixtures from unidentified males found in blood samples and under the fingernails of victim Madison Mogen. NeJame acknowledged that such evidence could be used to create reasonable doubt, especially the blood samples, which may be relevant in identifying additional individuals present. However, he cast doubt on the fingernail DNA's value, suggesting it could have resulted from casual contact prior to the murders. NeJame emphasized that blood evidence remains the most critical forensic element, potentially acting as ā€œbreadcrumbsā€ to determine the killer's identity. With the trial approaching, these debates over admissible evidence will play a pivotal role in shaping the courtroom battle.to contactĀ  me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Two pieces of Bryan Kohberger evidence can completely bring down murder trial by casting doubt about guilt, lawyer warns | The US Sun

The police department's motion to dismiss the lawsuit, filed in April 2024, argues that the judicial system should not be used as a substitute for a GoFundMe campaign, suggesting that the lawsuit is more about seeking financial gain than justice. They also contend that their officers acted with kindness, respect, and empathy during their interaction with Petito and Laundrie on August 12, 2021, and that they cannot be held responsible for predicting the tragic events that occurred weeks later and miles away.In response, Gabby Petito's father, Joseph Petito, has strongly refuted the police department's claims, emphasizing that the lawsuit is not about money but about accountability and preventing future tragedies. Ray highlighted the importance of healing and moving forward, stating that while she has many stories from her time in Hollywood, she prefers to prioritize her mental health over recounting past traumas.(commercial at 8:37)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Diddy's former dancer Tanika Ray claims she had 'horrific' incident with rapper and 'knew to avoid him' after it | The US Sun

Harve Pierre, former president of Bad Boy Entertainment, has denied allegations made by singer Dawn Richard in her lawsuit against him and Sean "Diddy" Combs. Richard's lawsuit claims that in December 2010, during an argument at a Manhattan recording studio, Combs' bodyguard forcibly removed her and confined her in a car for several hours, allegedly under Pierre's orders. Pierre's attorney, Scott E. Leemon, has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, arguing that the claims are baseless and that the 2022 amendment to the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Act (GMVL) does not apply in this case.In our second segment...While Sean "Diddy" Combs remains incarcerated on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, his $60 million private jet, a Gulfstream G550, has been listed for rent on various private charter websites. The 14-seater aircraft, known as "Air Combs," is available for charter through platforms like Victor, often referred to as the "Uber of Private Jets," which caters to high-profile clients. The jet is based at Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles and is operated by Silver Air, a rental operator offering a range of luxury aircraft. Rental costs are substantial; for instance, a one-way transatlantic flight is priced at approximately $432,000.This move to rent out his private jet aligns with other financial decisions Combs has made amid his legal challenges. He has also listed his Beverly Hills mansion for sale at $61.5 million.
