    Crazy that it has been 5 years since this journey started. I really have learned so much. Lots of positives, lots of negatives, lots of upsides, lots of downsides, met so many amazing people along the way, and more!! I wouldn't change it for the world. I am so happy to be where I am right now with my health and food and don't necessarily want or need to change. Despite this, there are some hardships that have really been annoying me and take a toll on me. I speak about them in this episode.     Whats good? Today I have a laxed talk about what I am currently eating... you could say "my current diet." This entails juices, fruit, veggies, greens, nuts, seeds, tofu, beans, rice, potatoes, plant-based burgers, etc. I did forget to talk about smoothies and daterade! I do like having both of these as morning foods. I still love doing just bananas & dates sometimes too! Can't go wrong with that especially when the bananas are hitting. I am extremely comfortable, content and satisfied with where I am with my diet and health at the moment. No need to make any major changes.     James Aspey, vegan activist, released a video discussing why he was off social media for some time. He did have some issues with his back, but one of the main reasons was because of body pain due to stress and tension from vegan advocacy. I believe there are better ways to advocate for the animals than getting into arguments with people online, debating with family & friends or even getting to the point of physically fighting people. I have so much respect for James and what he has done/gone through. I just wish he didn't have to deal with this kind of pain for doing what he's doing. This is something that we can all learn from, though. Be a beacon of light.     Don't Be Afraid to Eat Simply

    Should You Drink Plain Water?

We see a lot of people nowadays saying you need to drink structured water with minerals and electrolytes added back into the water and that you shouldn't drink plain water.
