In this week's episode, we'll learn about rapid, high-sensitivity diagnostic assays for TTP, or thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, that can reduce unnecessary treatments. After that: enhancing PD-1 blockade in relapsed/refractory extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma. In a single-arm, phase 2 study, combined CD38 and PD-1 inhibition demonstrated durable responses and manageable safety. Finally, a lymphoma horror story with a happy ending. CREBBP mutations create a zombie enzyme that competes with its wild-type counterparts. By enforcing CD40 signaling, a bispecific antibody overcomes this effect and induces lymphoma cell death.Featured Articles:Rapid ADAMTS13 activity assays for thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura: a systematic review and meta-analysisEfficacy of combined CD38 and PD-1 inhibition with isatuximab and cemiplimab for relapsed/refractory NK/T-cell lymphomaBlunted CD40-responsive enhancer activation in CREBBP-mutant lymphomas can be restored by enforced CD4 T-cell engagement
Story at-a-glance Egg white proteins naturally lower blood pressure by releasing peptides that relax blood vessels and boost nitric oxide production without pharmaceutical side effects Research shows egg whites reduced systolic blood pressure by 18 points in just nine days by supporting the body's natural circulation mechanisms Enzyme-treated egg whites maintain blood pressure benefits while eliminating allergic reactions, making them a safe option for people allergic to eggs Pasture-raised, low-linoleic acid eggs provide optimal cardiovascular benefits, while conventional factory-farmed eggs cause inflammation that counteracts many positive effects Combining egg whites with nitric oxide-boosting foods like beets and glycine-rich bone broth maximizes their blood pressure-lowering effects and overall benefits naturally
Hosted on Acast.
What if detoxing wasn't just about removing toxins from the body, but also about awakening your true essence? In this episode, I sit down with Daniel Li Ox, founder of ZenCleanz, to explore the deep connection between cellular cleansing, emotional healing, and spiritual evolution. We talk enzymes, elimination, and energetic release, and why most people are only scratching the surface when it comes to detox. Daniel shares the philosophy behind ZenCleanz, his own awakening through purification, and how true detoxification is both a physical and metaphysical journey. If you've ever felt called to cleanse beyond just the body, this one goes deep.

Was müsste anders laufen beim nächsten Mal? Adam Parker's story begins in the bustling corporate environment of London. The high-stress lifestyle took its toll, manifesting in poor digestion, anxiety, and low testosterone. Symptoms like hair loss and muscle loss not only affected his physical health but also his confidence and emotional well-being. Conventional medical treatments—ranging from steroid creams to antidepressants—offered temporary relief but failed to address the root cause. The Shift to Holistic Health Dissatisfied with allopathic solutions, Adam explored functional and holistic approaches. He experimented with various supplements and biohacks but found limited improvement. The game-changer came unexpectedly: a liver cleanse that highlighted the profound impact of detoxification. Adam realized that true healing involved removing toxins, not just adding nutrients. Key Insights on Detoxification Detox as a Pillar of Health: Detoxification is one of several pillars, alongside nutrition, sleep, community, and spiritual connection. Modern life exposes us to unprecedented levels of toxins, making detoxification essential. Individualized Detox Pathways: Everyone's detoxification journey is unique. Factors such as genetics, lifestyle, and childhood environment influence how effectively one can eliminate toxins. Understanding these factors helps tailor the detox process. Mind-Body Connection: Adam emphasizes the mental aspect of detox. Our belief systems and mindset play crucial roles in overall health. Controlling external inputs — such as avoiding mainstream news — can help maintain positive mental energy. The Detoxification Process Toxin Storage: The body stores toxins in layers—blood, fat, tissue, and organs. When overwhelmed, it opts to store toxins rather than eliminate them. Herxheimer Reactions: Detoxing can temporarily cause flu-like symptoms as toxins release. Retracement reactions can also resurface old symptoms and emotions. Role of Binders: Substances like bentonite clay and zeolite help bind and safely remove toxins. Gut and Liver Health: The Foundations Colon Health: Importance: The colon is a primary detoxification pathway. Regular bowel movements are essential (at least once daily). Methods: Traditional colonics are effective but costly. Enzyme-based cleanses, like Zen Cleanse, efficiently remove mucoid plaque, reducing inflammation and improving nutrient absorption. Liver Health: Central Role: The liver performs over 500 functions and processes all toxins. Supporting liver health is crucial for overall detoxification. Approaches: Basic support includes herbs like milk thistle and dandelion root. Deeper cleanses address the liver's core issues, crucial in a world filled with heavy metals, EMFs, and chemical overloads. Practical Steps for Detox and Wellness Clean Your Environment: Assess personal care products, air quality, and EMF exposure. Gut-Healing Foods: Introduce bone broth, fermented foods, and other gut-friendly items. Balance and Flexibility: Build a strong foundation, but allow occasional indulgences. Adam Parker's Philosophy: Empowerment and Critical Thinking Adam's mission is to educate clients, empowering them to share knowledge with their families. He encourages skepticism—questioning mainstream narratives and even his advice. Intuition and personal research are key to making informed decisions about health. Final Thoughts: The Holistic Path to Health Detoxification is more than a physical cleanse; it's a comprehensive journey involving the mind, body, and emotions. With dedication and a systematic approach, it can transform well-being. True health recovery requires self-awareness, education, and an unwavering commitment to the process—values at the core of Adam Parker's philosophy. EPISODE RESOURCES: Instagram
