Michael Brumbaugh, a native of Harborcreek, Pennsylvania, exemplifies a life of service, leadership, and unwavering faith. Growing up, Michael spent 14 years playing competitive ice hockey, culminating in reaching the elite AAA level with the Erie Travel Hockey League. After graduating from high school in 2000, he briefly pursued a degree in criminal justice at Mercyhurst College Northeast. However, he soon felt a greater calling and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in January 2001, marking the start of an exceptional military service. Michael completed bootcamp at Parris Island, South Carolina, and the Infantry Training Battalion in North Carolina before joining Kilo Company, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marines at Camp Pendleton, California. His military service included a deployment with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (SOC) in 2002 and two combat deployments to Iraq in 2003 and Al Fallujah in 2004, where he served as an operations specialist. Following his honorable discharge in 2005, Michael pursued higher education, earning an Associate's Degree in Business Marketing and Management from Tri-State Business Institute. In late 2005, Michael experienced a spiritual transformation, accepting Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at a Weekend to Remember event by FamilyLife. He publicly affirmed his faith through baptism in 2006 at Erie First Assembly of God in Erie, Pennsylvania. That same year, on May 27, 2006, Michael married Liz (Sabulsky), committing to build a Christ-centered family. The couple welcomed their first child, Caleb, in Pennsylvania. In January 2009, the Brumbaugh family relocated to Colorado, where Michael began working for the Colorado State Department of Corrections. In October 2010, he transitioned to the U.S. Department of Justice and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, graduating summa cum laude from Colorado State University. During this time, the family welcomed their second child, Paige, further enriching their lives. Michael now serves with the Department of Homeland Security, where he has made a significant impact through his dedication and expertise. In 2021, Michael and his family became active members of Brave Church in Colorado. His passion for serving God and others flourished as he stepped into roles such as Corps Director, a member of the Emergency Response Team, and currently as a Shepherding Elder. He also leads a weekly men's Bible study at his home, affectionately called "Tun Tavern 2," where he mentors and disciples other men in their spiritual journeys. Guided by the principles of serving his family, loving his wife as Christ loved the church, and raising his children in faith, Michael exemplifies a life of purpose and integrity. His unwavering commitment is anchored in the words of Joshua 24:15 (NASB): “But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” This verse encapsulates his devotion to living a life that honors God in all aspects. A native of north central New Jersey, Pastor Mark Nigro has spent the last 30 years serving the Lord around the world. After being part of a church-planting team in Serbia in the mid-‘90s, Mark returned to the US in 1997 with his wife, Renata to serve as missions pastor at Calvary Chapel Old Bridge. In 2001 the Lord led them to Italy, where Mark initially served as assistant pastor at Calvary Chapel Montebelluna before planting and pastoring Calvary Chapel Treviso from 2005 – 2013. Following their tenure in Italy, they returned to the US and Mark served both as the Director of Operations at Calvary Chapel Bible College and as associate pastor for Cross Culture Ministries. Since 2020, the Nigro family resides in Howell, NJ where Mark serves as Executive Pastor with Cornerstone Church. A musician, writer and motorcycle enthusiast, Mark has a BA in Theology from South African Theological Seminary, and a MA in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. Mark and Renata are proud parents to their son Luka (17) and daughter Matea (15).

Nick was born and raised In Las Vegas by a strong godly single mother. He grew up in the church and played a very active role at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship. Once he turned 18, his choices led him on a path of destruction. His mom being a very strong woman of God saw his path and where he was heading and gave him an ultimatum.  Go to college, join the military or choose life on the streets of Vegas. His decision was the military and a week later he was on his way to San Diego to the Marine Corp Recruit Depot in November of 2000.   After bootcamp, he was assigned to Infantry. He thought it was going to be an easy 4 years since he joined during peace time but all of that changed on Sept 11, 2001. He was sent to Iraq during the initial invasion and spent almost 3 years in active combat. He was in Nasiriyah during the initial push and experienced some pretty intense life changing events. He Also fought in Fallujah losing numerous friends and his convoys were frequently hit by IED's. The experience of real combat pushed him farther into spiritual darkness.   After leaving the military, he received a job at a nightclub making great money. He would end up becoming Director of Security for many clubs and also worked in private armed security for high profile individuals and as a bounty hunter. After one of his bounty jobs went bad, he found himself with a heavy legal liability that almost cost him 30 years prison. During that time as he waited for the trial, he moved to California to attempt to his act together and build his relationship with God. Things didn't go as planned and he ended up losing his apartment and was homeless for almost 3 years. During that time, he was drinking heavily and began smoke marijuana to deal with the physical and emotional pain of war. This all led to a suicide attempt where his weapon misfired by God's grace.   This began new beginning and a new walk with God. He moved back home, went to court and all of his legal charges were dropped. He started to go back church, surrounded himself with Godly men began to volunteer at the Church. There met and married his wife Katie and they moved to Colorado. God led him to Reach Church where he devoted his life to full time ministry. He is the father of 3 beautiful girls and serves in various aspects of ministry.

Kevin Utile became a Christian in 2004 and began serving about a year afterward in youth ministry. He then moved on to become the youth director and bible teacher for teenagers in 2006 at Calvary Chapel Santa Cruz. Soon after he moved his family to Costa Mesa, CA to do music ministry full time and we began attending Calvary Chapel San Juan Capistrano, CA.   He became the Jr High pastor and marriage pastor in 2012 for CCSJC. Three years later God called him to plant a Calvary Chapel in Boulder, CO. After a couple years of planting and plodding in Boulder he was asked to take the pastorate at Calvary Chapel Broomfield in 2018.  They changed the name of the church to Reach Church in 2020. In addition to pastoring full time, Kevin started Doulos Coffee Co with his executive pastor as a way to evangelize our community while providing financially for the ministry. Kevin and his wife Ashley have been married for 15 years, and they have four boys Titus, Ezra, Zion, Judah and their baby girl Adeline.

Larry Glines is a man of God and has been married to his wife Yvonne for almost 30 years. Larry speaks about his transition from being a successful burned-out businessman with his plumbing business to a jiu-jitsu academy owner. He has 5 children and 4 grandchildren. He loves the outdoors in NE Florida and enjoys surfing, fishing and Jiu Jitsu. He is the owner of FOYA Jiu Jitsu Academy in St Augustine, FL and received blackbelts in both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo.

Returning to the podcast is Pastor Mike McCarrick. Pastor McCarrick has been involved in ministry for as long as he can remember. Mike was raised in New Jersey in a Christian home. He developed a genuine love for Jesus and began serving the Lord at a young age. He grew up as a pastor's kid, watching his home church of Cornerstone Calvary Chapel grow from a small gathering in his family's living room to a thriving ministry in Howell, New Jersey.  In the teen years, Mike's passion and commitment to Jesus grew, as did his love for worship music. He began leading worship regularly in his school and church, and in 2004, at age 18, he became the full time worship leader at Cornerstone. He took a brief break to complete an intense four month discipleship and Bible training  program in Montana in 2005. He returned to New Jersey to lead the youth ministry and continue  leading worship, and in 2008 he was officially ordained. The Lord had transformed Mike's dream of  playing professional baseball into a desire to devote his life to serving the Lord in ministry.  Mike married his high school sweetheart, Lauren, in 2007. Two years later, they answered a call to the  mission field and served with a discipleship ministry in both The Bahamas and Brazil for a year, bringing  their first baby, Hannah, along for the adventure. During that time, they felt a strong calling from God  that they would be returning to New Jersey where Mike would one day pastor Cornerstone, the church  that his father, Chris McCarrick, had founded in their living room in 1994.   Mike and Lauren moved back to New Jersey in 2010. They served in ministry at Cornerstone as the Lord  grew their family, and they now have four beautiful, energetic children. Mike fulfilled the role of  assistant and worship pastor under his dad for ten years. In 2020, during the height of the pandemic,  Mike took on the role of lead pastor at Cornerstone Calvary Chapel, now Cornerstone Church. The Lord  grew his passion for teaching God's word, and God continues to strengthen Mike with joy and wisdom  as he faithfully serves the family of God.

On today's episode of Uncommon Disciple, Michael is joined by 2x Super Bowl champion Lee Rouson. Lee is from Greensboro, NC. He attended Page Senior High School. Lee varsity-lettered in several sports and was an integral part of the Page Pirate community. He went on to receive a full scholarship to the University of Colorado where he played for Coach Bill McCartney. Lee was the 4th all-time leading rusher at Colorado from 1980 - 84. He was a key factor in turning the Colorado Buffaloes' program around to become a National Champion. Lee was drafted by the New York Giants and played under Bill Parcells for six years and won two Super Bowl rings with the Giants. He was Special Teams player of the year in 1986. Lee's Professional Football career was ended because of ankle injury. In his final year in the NFL, he was a starting Full Back and Tight End with the Cleveland Browns under Coach Bill Belicheck. Lee has worked as a professional speaker with Sports World Ministries for over 20 years. He has served as Director of North Jersey for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes for 15 years, and presently sits on the board, serving North Jersey FCA. Lee helped to plant the New Horizon Church Ministry serving as Associate Pastor and praise and worship leader under the leadership of Pastor Michel Faulkner beginning in 2006. Lee recently worked as manager for the mentoring and leadership program in the Mount Olive Township School District. He serves as a board member for Legacy Minded Men and a Board Trustee for Pillar College. Lee obtained a BA in Business Management at Malone University in Canton, Ohio. Also, Lee has an MBA with a concentration in Workplace Conflict Management. Currently, Lee is the Principal Executive for an LLC; Move Your Chains, a consulting company that looks to work within the educational and business industries. Lee works tirelessly throughout the community encouraging everyone from the youth to the elderly with the message of Hope. Lee and his wife, Lisa, have four children and five grandchildren.

On this episode he talks about what it was like growing up playing hockey and what it looks like to live a life of Courage in the face of challenges and difficulties. In this Episode Mike and Jarrod sit down with Zach who shares his raw, graphic, and authentic childhood through young adulthood story. Despite enduring so much in his early life, deep down Zach felt like there was something more to life and that something had a call on his life. At his most broken point in life Zach found Jesus and realized what this call had been on his life. At age seven, Zach began praying that God would leave him on earth during the end times so that he could help save those that are still worth saving.  Even though he had no faith background, the childhood trauma he experienced, drove him to desire to help others. Throughout his life, Zach has experienced a variety of life-altering situations that has shaped him into the man of God that he has become. A major legal issue brought him to Radiant Church where he had an encounter with Jesus that would change the trajectory of his life. While at Radiant, he met his wife Melissa, who has a similar desire and passion to help redeem broken lives. Together they have founded Redemption Squad Ministry to help those that society has given up on—the broken, addicted, abused, forgotten, imprisoned, and homeless. The heart of Redemption Squad Ministry is to transform cities one life at a time through the love, grace, and power of Jesus Christ.

In this episode Pastor Joey sits down with Mike to challenge men in ways to step out in faith. The world is at war with God has called men to be, so how do we as men rise above the common. Finally we talk about grief and how we as men should handle it. Joey has been faithfully serving at Calvary Castle Rock since 2004.  He came on staff as the Executive Pastor in 2009.  Joey oversees most of the day-to-day operations working closely with Pastor Dave Love while overseeing the ministerial and leadership staff. Joey, has a heart for developing men and preparing them for their call into ministry, He is married to Chalyn who is also on staff at Calvary Castle Rock.  They have been married since 1993, have 2 incredible sons, Christian and Collin, and 2 grandchildren.  The McKees enjoy supporting each other and are very blessed to serve the body of Christ together.

In this episode Mike and Jarrod take a break from the normal guest interview to have a raw and authentic conversation around addiction. Addiction is something that has cripled many in the world including those in the church. We share stories of people we know who have struggled with addictions. Then we get down to a personal level on how addictions have directly impacted us and our family. We discuss what breaking the cycle of shame looks like and how our dependance on God is the only way to set us free.

Guilherme Cordiviola is a mighty man of God. He is popularly known in the jiu jitsu community as “Guigui or Gui. Born in Niterói in Rio de Janeiro, the youngest son of a Military Policeman, he grew up in the neighborhood called Jacarepaguá in Rio de Janeiro. At the age of 14, he was introduced to Jiu Jitsu through his friend Leandro. Leandro said that Jiu Jitsu would help him lose weight, paid his monthly fee and gave him his first kimono. What Leandro did not know is that this generous and kind gesture it would forever change the life of “Guigui”. Guigui first trained Jiu Jitsu school at the Merck Fight Club. The school's founder and owner Professor Sérgio Henrique (also known as Professor Serginho) is a fourth degree black belt from Team Gfteam and a student of Mestre Baruana and Mestre Júlio César. Since the first Guigui stepped on the mat, he knew what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. With only one month of training, he went to his first competition and won the champion. The adrenaline rush from that competition fueled his love for the sport and competitions became routine in his life. He has collected several titles during his career including 3-time Brazilian National Champion, several state championships, and most memorable the coveted IBJJF World Jiu Jitsu Championship in 2013. After the World Championship Guilherme moved to Columbus, Ohio and began training and teaching Jiu Jitsu to professional fighters and the local community.   Later that year his father fell ill and he had to go move back to Brazil to help his family. In 2014, he became a banker and started working at one of the most famous banks in Brazil, but that desire to earn a living competing and teaching Jiu Jitsu still remained in his heart. In 2014, he earned his brown belt and was asked to teach competition classes for teenagers who were competing on the BJJ circuit. What started out as fun became an inexplicable passion. That passion translated into a fun and robust BJJ program that has resulted in his students winning IBJJF Worlds Championships, Pan American Championships, European Championships, Brazilian Championships as well as many Open State Championships. In 2017, he earned the bronze medal as a brown belt placing 3rd at the IBJJF Jiu Jitsu World Championship. He was promoted on the spot while on the podium in what he describes as one of the best feelings of his life. Guigui's life changed in 2019 when his father passed away. He knew in his heart that banking was not his life's passion and took a step of faith by resigning from his job and followed his heart to compete and teach Jiu jitsu on a full-time basis. Gui gave his heart to Christ at an early age. Through many trials and tribulations, he became lukewarm in his faith until the Lord spoke to him and called him into a deeper relationship many years ago. He now actively lives out his faith and walks the walk of faith and is an example to those around him.

Patrick Neville Bio:   Representative Patrick Neville is serving his third term in the Colorado House of Representatives, representing House District 45, Castle Rock. He has served as the House Republican Leader since November 2016.  Representative Neville grew up in Littleton, Colorado where he attended and graduated from Columbine High School in 2001. After high school, he attended the University of Colorado at Denver, where he studied Economics. While attending college, he worked full time as a manager of a grocery store and later as an insurance producer. After graduation, he decided he wanted to serve his country and joined the US Army. While in the Army, Representative Neville was deployed to Iraq and served in the battle of Sadr City as a Platoon Leader. He was fortunate to be surrounded by the best Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) and owes much of his success to them. His awards include the Bronze Star, Army Commendation Medal (OLC) and Army Achievement Medal. He retired from the Army at the rank of Captain. Representative Neville was blessed to marry his high school sweetheart Kristi at the age of 22. They currently live in Castle Rock, where they raise their three girls, Mary Katelyn, Hannah, and Lydia.

This is a maiden voyage of sorts for Uncommon Disciple as we record our first remote guest episode. In this special episode our guest is Pastor Caleb Schroeder, who resides in California, joins us remotely. Caleb and Jarrod grew up together as teenagers in the church Caleb now Pastors.    In this Episode we talk about what it takes for men to be authentic leaders. What does it look like to be a true husband and father? How do we make the time to make disciples in our family, local community, and the world? How do we as Godly men build a true legacy in our household and the community around us? These are just some of the questions we tackle in this episode.   Pastor Caleb grew up attending Faith Community Church. He first confessed Jesus as Lord at the age of six, and he sensed a call on his life to Christian ministry when he was 11 years old. Over the years he has overseen junior high ministry and college ministry. He has served as an one of the church elders since 2016 and became the senior pastor in August 2020 of Faith Community Church. Prior to becoming the Pastor at Faith Community, he taught mathematics for 18 years at the high school and college levels. He and his wife, Leah, have six children: Sophie, Aubrey, Elias, Josiah, Talitha, and Bethia.

He is the father of 4 daughters and grandfather to 9 grandchildren – 1 granddaughter and 8 grandsons. With recent horrors of violence our nation has experienced in our schools over the years, especially with what recently happened in Texas, what are we supposed to do as fathers and leaders? We discuss what it takes to protect our kids not just at school but from the world. He is currently founder and CEO of Able Shepherd Emergency Readiness Training out of Denver, Colorado and is a proud husband and the father of 4 amazing children. He actively trains Jiu Jitsu and is currently a blue belt.

Born in Hollywood California, Louie was blessed to be part of a Christian home. Although raised in a Christian home, Christianity was the last thing on his mind.   Louie's parents struggled for many years to find a good Bible based church. For years they searched, attended churches here and there but never planted where they could grow. In the early 1980's his parents however were fortunate to find a large fresh growing congregation in Downey California, called Calvary Chapel of Downey Pastored by Jeff Johnson.   Although raised in a Christian home and placed into a Christian school Christianity was last thing on his mind. Surfing, Skating, and girls were his priorities. It wasn't until his sophomore year in 1992 that he had a radical encounter with God. This incredible event took place while shooting hoops at his local park. Everything he was taught, everything he knew broke to the surface of his mind and heart. The Holy Spirit touched Louie's heart in such a powerful way that his life was radically changed from that time on. In 1993 he went on a high school mission trip to Russia to help a newly planted church, Calvary Chapel in Vladimir. It was on this mission trip his calling into the ministry was defined. There was nothing he wanted more then to serve Jesus with his life.   As Louie began to grow quickly and his calling being clear, Pastor Jeff Johnson asked if he would serve as the Jr. High Pastor at Calvary Chapel Downey in 1995. He served as the Jr. High youth Pastor until 2003 when he moved his family to Denver Colorado to help Ed Taylor with his growing church plant in the city of Aurora. He served and attended Calvary Chapel Aurora Assisting for 9 years watching it grow from a church of a couple hundred to a few thousand.     In the spring of 2012 the Lord told Louie it was time to go. After much fasting & prayer the Lord made it very clear he was to Pastor a small group of believers that were already meeting in the city of Denver. On September 30th 2012 Denver Calvary Chapel was planted. Denver Calvary has been blessed with many individuals and families making this their new church home. It's an exciting fresh new work of God.   Louie currently serves as the pastor for Denver Calvary. He and his wife Tracy live in the Denver Metro Area.

Scott Stone grew up in Colorado Springs with his mother, father, and two siblings. Scott met his wife Aleyana in 2011.  They were married in 2014 and now have two beautiful children together. Tragically on February 5th, 2018, while working in the Shefiff's office, with the Southern Colorado Auto Theft Task Force, Scott and three other officers were shot during the arrest of a suspect.  One of Scott's partners, Micah Flick, died protecting Scott and his teammates.  Scott received a near fatal wound during this incident. During this incident, Scott prayed to the Lord and told him, “God if you allow me to stay here with my family, I will do what you want me to do. I am yours Lord.” Scott survived by the Grace of God. He had a long road to recovery and still struggles physically with injuries received from this incident. In the Fall of 2018, Scott began to feel God directing him to serve in the body at Spring's Lighthouse.  Scott began to serve in the security ministry. From there, he helped in any way that he was able to. Scott continuously prayed and thanked God for the opportunities that He had given him. Scott opened his heart to the will of the Lord and allowed the Lord to direct him. After much prayer and discussion with Aleyana, Brian, and Jeanine, along with encouragement from members of the church, Scott felt a call to ministry in leadership within the church. Uncommon Disciple is on the road this week doing volunteer work for America's Mighty Warriors table at Extreme Ownership Muster 014. In between volunteering Mike was able to have some quick conversations with different guys and gals who work for Echelon Front as well as other organizations.  We are calling this segment Quick Hits.   America's Mighty Warriors mission is to honor the sacrifices of our Troops, Veterans, and Gold Star Families by providing programs that improve quality of life, resiliency and recovery.

Jiu-Jitsu is a parallel of our spiritual walk with Christ and our daily battles we face in this world. Paul D. Espinoza is Lead Pastor of Junction Community Church in Grand Junction, CO. Shay Logan is the Assistant Pastor and SOM Dean at the Calvary Worship Center.  He has been serving in pastoral ministry for 18 years, with a primary focus on leadership development and small groups.  Pastor Shay has also been married nine years and is a father of two.

Sr. Pastor Al Pittman realized God's call on his life in 1973, at the age of seventeen. Soon after, he began serving as bass guitarist in a Christian band, where he met Norma, and they were married in 1975. He received his degree in Biblical studies from Nazarene Bible College in Colorado Springs in 1977. After visiting a Calvary Chapel near his workplace Al was hooked, rejoicing to be taught the word of God. In 1991 the family relocated to New Mexico, where Al later served at Calvary Chapel Albuquerque as an assistant pastor and co-worship leader. In 1997 the Lord called Al and his family back to Colorado Springs to pastor Calvary Worship Center and have since been faithfully serving there. Al earned his master's degree in 2006 and in 2012 he earned his doctorate degree in Ministry from Trinity Southwest University in Albuquerque, NM. Al and Norma are the proud parents of three children, Renee, Nathan and Reggie, as well as proud grandparents and great grandparents.

Clint Guild is Mighty Man of God and brings to the podcast an abundance of wisdom as he has walked with God for over 50 years. He continues to serve his family, his community and his church as he looks to finish his race well. He is an avid entrepreneur and sold his business to serve the Lord full time. He is married to his high school sweetheart Kathy and they have two children Jerimiah and Emily and 6 beautiful grandchildren. Clint and Kathy reside in Castle Rock, CO and often travel to Texas to serve their children and their grandchildren.

Brad Langerak was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Mi.   Blessed to be raised in a Christian home in a community filled with like minded Christian people with high family values.  Brad became involved in the church's many teen ministries including camps and mission trips to Tennessee and New York.  Most of Brad's school friends were also friends from church.  When Brad graduated from High School he decided to go into the skilled trades and became an electrician.  He has spent most of his entire career in the electrical industry from working in the field to the office to getting into sales.  During all the times working for others, Brad has always had an entrepreneurial spirit.  Brad married at a young age and became a father at 23.  The pregnancy was a difficult one that ended early causing the loss of one of his identical twin sons and the other fighting to stay alive.  God blessed Brad with his son Hayden through this.  Hayden having CP had many struggles however God used Hayden to touch and impact many lives including Brad's.  Today Hayden is happy and healthy, 25 and married to his wife Angelica.  In 2004 Brad and his family moved to Colorado to seek better opportunities.  Unfortunately, due to many struggles, Brad's first marriage ended in divorce in 2008.  At this difficult time, Brad's desire to grow his relationship with God grew stronger.  His journey with God led him to find his current wife Traci who he married in 2012.  Traci came with two beautiful daughters, Mackenzie and Tatum.   At the time they first met the girls here just about 2 and 4.  It's been a true blessing for Brad to have the opportunity to raise these two now teenage (14 and 16) young women. Pastor Mike McCarrick has been involved in ministry for as long as he can remember. Mike was raised in New Jersey in a Christian home. He developed a genuine love for Jesus and began serving the Lord at a young age. He grew up as a pastor's kid, watching his home church of Cornerstone Calvary Chapel grow from a small gathering in his family's living room to a thriving ministry in Howell, New Jersey.  In the teen years, Mike's passion and commitment to Jesus grew, as did his love for worship music. He began leading worship regularly in his school and church, and in 2004, at age 18, he became the full time worship leader at Cornerstone. He took a brief break to complete an intense four month discipleship and Bible training  program in Montana in 2005. He returned to New Jersey to lead the youth ministry and continue  leading worship, and in 2008 he was officially ordained. The Lord had transformed Mike's dream of  playing professional baseball into a desire to devote his life to serving the Lord in ministry.  Mike married his high school sweetheart, Lauren, in 2007. Two years later, they answered a call to the  mission field and served with a discipleship ministry in both The Bahamas and Brazil for a year, bringing  their first baby, Hannah, along for the adventure. During that time, they felt a strong calling from God  that they would be returning to New Jersey where Mike would one day pastor Cornerstone, the church  that his father, Chris McCarrick, had founded in their living room in 1994.   Mike and Lauren moved back to New Jersey in 2010. They served in ministry at Cornerstone as the Lord  grew their family, and they now have four beautiful, energetic children. Mike fulfilled the role of  assistant and worship pastor under his dad for ten years. In 2020, during the height of the pandemic,  Mike took on the role of lead pastor at Cornerstone Calvary Chapel, now Cornerstone Church. The Lord  grew his passion for teaching God's word, and God continues to strengthen Mike with joy and wisdom  as he faithfully serves the family of God.

Micah Richardson spent 16 years as a public servant in the law enforcement profession. Retiring as Staff Sergeant, he commanded patrol, investigation, SWAT and fugitive units. Micah received his state instructor status in 1995, and since has taught precision / pursuit driving, defensive tactics, crisis intervention, de-escalation, and other courses to attendees locally and across the nation. During and post his tenure in law enforcement, Micah safeguarded numerous executives, dignitaries, and professional athletes, and is the recipient of many commendation's. He has worked for more than 30 years now in the public and private security sectors, fully dedicated to protecting others. He has instructed thousands in an array of safety skill sets. Micah has spoken on national stages alongside world experts in the areas of counter terrorism, active killer prevention, and The Response Window. Dave is the owner and founder of Dudley Construction in Rosemount, Minnesota where he and his lovely bride Michelle reside. He is the father of 4 daughters and grandfather to 9 grandchildren – 1 granddaughter and 8 grandsons. He is actively involved in marriage mentorship and men's ministry at River Valley Church in Apple Valley Minnesota. His passion is discipling men for Christ. He is a spiritual mentor and someone whom I love and respect dearly. If you've read my book “The Brave” you will know him by I call him, Mr. Dave.

Keith Gallo is a Christian, Husband and Father of 4 incredible children.
