C View 2021 presents the topic: Two Bs or not "To Be": Balance & Boundaries with host Karen Fullerton - this is part of the InSPIRITational Series. call (805)830-8344 Shortlink: http://tobtr.com/11944700 A play on Hamlet's soliloquy, the two B's I am referring to are Boundaries and Balance. As women, these are especially important for us “To Be” our most authentic selves. Epigenetics tells us we are not our DNA, yet emotions and environment can affect how our DNA is replicated and passed down through generations. Throughout time, women have been people-pleasers, with a role of serving. This has been imprinted within, which is why many women have a hard time empowering themselves in those areas. I share the science (sourcing Dr. Lipton, Dr. Weissman, and others who have developed or discovered the research), inspire via real-life stories of my own and other courageous women, then teach specific steps to shift the energy of beliefs stored genetically, a takeaway to continue self-growth and healing that begins with the ability to set healthy boundaries and life-balance. Karen Fullerton has a talent for guiding people through stressful and emotionally reactive situations, personally and professionally, igniting something within that is the difference between short-lived inspiration and soul-level inSPIRITation®. What is inSPIRITation? Sustainable inspiration. Karen teaches how to design your own life's progression from your mind, body, and emotions simultaneously to stay motivated without forcing yourself to do so. And, to obtain results that this level of mindfulness achieves. Contact Karen: https://karenfullerton.com karen@karenfullerton.com Facebook: www.facebook.com/Karen.Fullerton.EnergyWorker

Karen an ex teacher and I explore the importance of why we believe the education system has to change sooner rather than later, instead of catching up and doubling up on work we think why not catch up on the emotional side of things because if you don't have your mental health you have nothing, we agree that these systems used by schools seems as if they almost work backwards but there is never going to be a more important time to change. Karen talks about some of her own struggles in life like anxiety to adult acne which is a new thing she is experiencing. Karen wasn't your typical teacher she dressed casually she was anti authoritarian style and got fed up with the admin so her baby was born Mind Marvels.
