In today's episode I get to interview Dr Danny Brassell - Danny is known as America's leading reading ambassador, and is a pillar in the leadership, training and literacy arena. He's worked with children all over the world, teaching them not only how to read, but how to LOVE reading. As an avid bookworm myself I love Danny's message. This is a conversation we've wanted to have for years! Danny Dreyer made the realization that the Eastern practice of tai chi could be integrated with his Western lifestyle and running, and ChiRunning was born! Balance, mindfulness, yin and yang, connection, and movement all join forces in his running techniques. He has written several books, but the bestseller ChiRunning: A Revolutionary Approach To Effortless, Injury-Free Running was the one that caught our attention years ago and helped us and our clients run and walk effectively and safely. We are so grateful to Danny and his fantastic work!Find Danny at-chirunning.com

Today I’m so excited to have Danny Neifert, the founder of Skin Harmonics, on the show. Here’s what we chat about: How the conventional anti-aging strategy accelerates aging: why micro-violence, harm to heal, and other trauma-based beauty procedures hurt skin in the long term Some easy things you can do at home for beautiful skin Her favorite skincare products Her thoughts on face yoga, gua sha, jade rollers, laser technology and infrared technology And so.much.more. I LOVED this conversation with Danny and have also recently had the opportunity to try her incredible skincare line. The rose mist is a DREAM come true and I’m already obsessed with the serum and rose melt. (This link has a 20% off offer if you want to try it!) Here’s a little bit about Danny: Danny’s focus on the power of natural products first began at her place of birth on the Navajo reservation in Monument Valley, Utah, where she was raised with a respect for the environment and its offerings. She is the author of Relearning Skincare, The Story of Skin and the New Way, where she is a fresh voice and visionary for skin health providers and enthusiasts everywhere. Hello listeners! Episode 48 is out and this time we talked to nada mas y nada menos que con Danny Hastings. Danny is a Photographer, Movie Maker, Content Creator, Music Video Director, Producer, Actor, Visual Artist, Husband, Father, Family Man, Business Man. Through his lens, Danny documented one of the most iconic eras in hip-hop music: the 1990’s. The 90’s was an era of transformation that created an incredible variety of styles and sounds and images, giving birth to some of the greatest rap albums of all time. Although we didn't talk much about his photographs, I encourage you to look him up and see the art he created back then. I'm sure a lot of you listened to those artists and owned those albums. First of all, I did not stop asking until Danny gave me an interview and the only time available he had left was on his way to the airport. So, I took him to the airport and the episode was recorded in my car! He gives me feedback on choosing art as a career, we talk about mental health, masculinity, feminism and his recent event The Official Latino Short Film Festival. Let him know you heard about the news he shares at Cafe con Pam. Let me know what you think and please share this with a friend! Find Danny on all things social: @DannyHastings Stay Shining!
