WE'RE DOING LOTS OF TIME TRAVELING LATELY! HERE'S A FUN EASTER SPECIAL FROM TWO YEARS AGO FOR EVERYONE'S BIBLICAL PLEASURE!Happy Good Friday! That works as a special holiday greeting to our friends who celebrate and also just a nice greeting for everyone else haha!In the Christmas episode, Ash first told her version of the story of the birth of Jesus and Christmas, and then Kristal and Ryan schooled her on what she got wrong (hint: there were three wise men, not twelve). In our Easter episode we're doing the exact same thing, Ash gets about 20% of the story right and Kristal tells the rest!Find Kristal on her Linktree, check her out on TheGram, and find more info about and tickets to for her live stand-up shows here!If you'd like to support my escape to Indonesia, check out the GOFUNDME :)Follow us on Instagram, where Ash is actually starting to post again! We'd love to see you in our Discord, come hang out!Research and storytelling by Kristal Adams.Audio editing by Dallas Hernandez.

Happy Good Friday! As we enter this weekend reflecting on Easter and the miracle of the cross, we're thrilled to share one of our favorite episodes with you! Rebecca McLaughlin is an award winning author and today we dive into her book, Is Easter Unbelievable? Four Questions Everyone Should Ask About the Resurrection Story.  Let me ask you this, does your belief in Jesus being the Son of God, dying on the cross, and his resurrection change the way you live? Do these truths penetrate your heart to the point where your life looks radically different from those around you? In today's episode Rebecca shares why and how they should. We discuss how Jesus' love for us displayed through his death is even more stunning than his love for us shown through his life, how the Gospel gives us 4 pieces of evidence of his resurrection, and how our earthly relationships point us to our reunification with our Savior! Friends, this is an important conversation. Wherever you are in your life right now, our prayer is that Jesus is appealing to you and that the miracle of the cross resonates with you. Make sure to grab a copy of Rebecca's book and share this episode with a friend. How you never lose unless you quit and could the upcoming 1000th Heal Squad Show be like the variety shows of the 1970's?
