Hey, Everyone! This week, Tara is back with us! AND, we're talking about "Imitation in Death"! This is one of Jen and Tara's favorites, and one of AJ's "meh" books. The interesting thing is that although it's one of Tara's favorites, this is the one where she hates Eve the most. We all generally agree that Eve is unnecessarily aggressive with all of the suspects and witnesses in this book. (None of us are very happy with how she goes after Thomas Breen.) BUT, there are some really great iconic moments in this book too: Mira trapping Eve into coming to her BBQ, Roarke buying his own BBQ and then fucking it up, Eve slapping Pepper Franklin back, Eve having dreams about her mother, Peabody taking the Detectives test... there is a LOT!
