Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Malou Malou is a mama of two from the Netherlands and the co-founder of Natural Heroes, which she runs together with her partner Nevil, the father of her two children. She is the head of R&D and a formulator, so her daily life is all about blending science, plant-based ingredients, and a very intuitive approach to wellbeing. That same blend of intuition and research shaped how she approached becoming a mother.She's had two vaginal births, but they couldn't have been more different. Her first birth was meant to be a natural, physiological experience at home, but it eventually became a medicated hospital birth. Looking back, that birth taught her a lot about her own good girl tendencies, about support, self-trust, and how things can unravel when the environment doesn't fully align with what you need. It was challenging and transformative in ways she only understood later.Her second birth, only 15 months later, was the complete opposite.. the most freeing, powerful, intuitive experience of her life. It unfolded in three hours and felt like a deep reclamation of everything that didn't go the way she hoped the first time. It was fast, intense, and profoundly healing. She moved through it with clarity and strength and it reshaped her entire relationship with birth and motherhood.That contrast, the rupture of the first birth and the liberation of the second, is what we talk about on the podcast today. Intellectuel autodidacte, Eddy Malou a été professeur dans des écoles techniques, puis à l'Athénée Royal de la Gombe, où il donne cours notamment au chanteur Jean-Baptiste Mpiana. On peut le voir à partir de 1998 sur la chaîne kinoise Antenne A, où il a été animateur.  Aujourd'hui, l'homme septuagénaire, ne possédant ni téléphone ni internet, est devenu une star des réseaux, suivi par plus de 300 000 personnes à travers le monde. Pendant près de dix ans, il a marché dans les rues de Kinshasa, livrant des cours improvisés aux passants. Avec lui et « la valise de mots » qu'il a dans la tête, le plus simple des échanges devient un exercice rhétorique de haute volée. Après son essai politique intitulé La Congolexicomatisation et publié en 2022, Eddy Malou nous offre aujourd'hui son deuxième ouvrage, Le dictionnaire de la Congolexicomatisation, publié par l'association Les Amis d'Eddy Malou. C'est un dictionnaire de plus de 200 mots inventés, remixés, empruntés et détournés, des mots qu'il recharge dans le même geste de sens et de savoir. Intellectuel autodidacte, Eddy Malou a été professeur dans des écoles techniques, puis à l'Athénée Royal de la Gombe, où il donne cours notamment au chanteur Jean-Baptiste Mpiana. On peut le voir à partir de 1998 sur la chaîne kinoise Antenne A, où il a été animateur.  Aujourd'hui, l'homme septuagénaire, ne possédant ni téléphone ni internet, est devenu une star des réseaux, suivi par plus de 300 000 personnes à travers le monde. Pendant près de dix ans, il a marché dans les rues de Kinshasa, livrant des cours improvisés aux passants. Avec lui et « la valise de mots » qu'il a dans la tête, le plus simple des échanges devient un exercice rhétorique de haute volée. Eddy Malou nous offre aujourd'hui son premier ouvrage, La Congolexicomatisation, publié par l'association Les Amis d'Eddy Malou. C'est un dictionnaire de plus de 200 mots inventés, remixés, empruntés et détournés, des mots qu'il recharge dans le même geste de sens et de savoir. Une œuvre luxuriante, l'aboutissement d'un travail qui demeurait jusqu'à présent essentiellement filmé.  Valabater (v.tr.) :  « Se promener physiquement et intellectuellement. » Exemple : « Eddy Malou faisant valabater sa cognostacéité au XXIè siècle. » Etymologie : Jeu sonore sur l'expression populaire « va là-bas », transformée en verbe par suffixation.    Rondelade (n.f.) : « Une tournée qui revient à son point de départ. » Exemple : « Votre Savant effectue une rondelade quotidienne, partant de l'UPn, puis transitant à Matonge pour repartir au campus de l'Unikin. Esther Scheldwacht is theateractrice, regisseur en toneelschrijver. Na haar afstuderen was zij in vaste dienst bij het Ro Theater (nu Theater Rotterdam). Hier speelde ze twaalf jaar lang in verschillende producties. In de jaren daarna heeft ze in meerdere theatervoorstellingen gespeeld zoals ‘Hoe Mooi Alles' of ‘Wie is er bang voor Virginia Woolf'. Vanaf augustus 2022 maakte zij deel uit van het ensemble van Het Nationale Theater. Nu heeft ze de bestseller ‘Zachtop lachen' geregisseerd en bewerkt tot een grappig, scherp en ontroerend theaterstuk. In ‘Zachtop lachen' durft Malou van het ene op het andere moment niet meer het verkeer in te gaan. Wat volgt is een rauwe dialoog tussen haar en haar psycholoog.
