It is time that you all demonstrated to yourselves once and for all that you, without a doubt, are this universe. You are not in the universe; the universe is an extension of who and what you are. We are very enthusiastic about the way that humankind has been taking the next steps necessary in your spiritual evolution as a collective. We have been focusing quite a bit of our attention on your ability to hold your vibration in a particular frequency, and we are very pleased to report that humans have been showing a greater ability to stay in the vibration of your choosing for longer stretches of your time. This is a skill that you need while you are still fourth dimensional, because you need to hold that vibration for a longer period in order to manifest something and know that it was you that was responsible for the manifestation. So it is very empowering. It also keeps you feeling the way that you want to feel, which is even more important than the manifestation part. In a fast-paced society where people are often rushing around and giving their attention to whatever is grabbing it, it is very important for you to be able to hold a vibration, and it is a skill that indicates to us that those of you who are doing it have been able to tune out the physical realm long enough to relax into your internal realm. You can only really be aware of your vibration by going within, and when you are willing to go within, you are capable of accessing the vibration of your choice and holding it. But like anything on your world, it takes practice. We are quite certain of your ascension. We know that it is happening, and therefore we know that everything will be all right there on Earth. You don't have to worry about humanity. You don't have to worry about going in the wrong direction. You simply cannot. It will not happen. This is a universal ascension, and you all are included. You are rising up energetically and vibrationally, and that which is physical will come last, because of its density. As you awaken your heart centers and practice soul love, you may want to draw new friends and loved ones into your life who are responsive to your love, and who can match your new level of love. You may want to have people in your life with whom you are deeply connected, share a common path and purpose, and can build a soul relationship. I will call these people soul mates. Most people have more than one soul mate. You may already be in several soul-mate relationships with friends and loved ones. A soul mate can come in the form of a life partner, treasured friend, child, or lover. A soul mate can be someone with whom you share a spiritual path, a joint work in the world, or a commitment to be parents to certain souls. It can be someone whose growth you are sponsoring, such as a child. Your soul mate may be someone who has come to be with you and learn similar lessons, or, it can be someone who has come to assist you in your spiritual growth by showing you more about yourself and offering you ways to open your heart. A soul mate can be someone with whom you have a connection to from other lifetimes and with whom you are continuing a well-developed past-life relationship. It may be your first lifetime together on Earth.

Of course not in the same symbols, but with the same meaning. I awakened, or came alive, or came into existence suddenly, at least my mental consciousness did. "Here am I," I thought, "but what am I, why am I, where am I?" I had nothing to work with except pure reason. I was there because I was not somewhere else. I was certain I was there and that was the extent of my knowledge at the moment. I looked about me—no, I reasoned about me. I was surrounded by nothingness, by black nothingness, a vacuum. Immense distances away I could detect light; or rather, I could perceive waves of force passing around me which originated at points vast distances away, vast in relation to my position in the nothingness. There were waves of force all about me, varying in frequency. The nothingness was alive with waves of force, traveling parallel and tangential to each other without seeming to interfere one with another. I measured them, differentiated between them and finished with the task in a matter of seconds. How could I do it? It was one of the capabilities I was created with. What was I? I perceived the waves of force. I perceived great quantities of mass—solid, liquid, gas—whirling in vacuum, mass built up out of patterns of basic force. I searched my own being, analyzed myself. I was not gas. I was not solid. I was not even force. Yet I existed. I could reason. I was a beginning, a sudden beginning. And I had duration because I knew that time had elapsed since the moment I awakened though I had no means of telling how much time or of even naming the period." 

Nature holds the greatest secret to prosperity, and it's hiding in plain sight. Go to any forest, and you'll find towering oak trees that reach hundreds of feet into the sky. Their trunks are so wide it would take three people to wrap their arms around them. Their branches spread so far they create an entire ecosystem. These massive giants, these monuments to abundance, began as acorns so small you could fit a dozen in your pocket. That acorn didn't question its potential. It didn't look at itself and think, "I'm too small." It didn't compare itself to the mighty oaks above and give up. It simply contained within itself the complete blueprint of what it could become. And when the conditions were right – when it found itself in fertile soil, when it received water and sunlight – it began its transformation. The miracle isn't just that the acorn becomes the oak. The miracle is that the acorn already contains everything it needs. Every cell, every pattern, every bit of information required to become that massive tree exists in that tiny seed. It doesn't need to go searching outside itself for the answer. It doesn't need to beg or struggle or force its growth. It simply needs to be planted in the right conditions and allow its natural abundance to unfold. Your prosperity works exactly the same way. Right now, you might feel like that small seed. You might look at your bank account, your circumstances, your struggles, and see only limitations. But like that acorn, you already contain within yourself the complete blueprint for abundance. A lot of people have a deep belief that they are inadequate, that they are incapable of achieving their dreams or creating their reality. My proposal to you is that you have what it takes. No matter where you are from, what your background is, your gender, race or culture. You have what it takes. 

When you have doubts about your ability to create the experiences that you want to have, you are not taking into consideration the totality of who you are. You are looking at the situation from the narrow perception of the mind and the ego. The mind and the ego tell you that you are only capable of doing so much. You especially base your ability to create your reality upon the past, and that is one of the ways in which you limit yourselves. There is an expectation that you then create around what you can create and what you can experience. The ability is there. It is within each and every one of you. There is no question that you can create whatever experience you want to have. However, you look at the facts a bit too much, and you don't give yourselves enough time to let your creations come to you. And so the doubt builds and the doubt prevents you from experiencing that which you've already created, that which was already on the way to you.
