Starting with the premise that you are all Source Energy, open yourselves to more. Open yourselves to more of that which you are. You are capable of being so much more and of handling and distributing so much energy. And when you release any need to control the pathways through which energy will flow to you, you will notice a very steady increase. When you give yourselves permission to receive and you are not fixated on one particular avenue from which the energy must flow, you light up new circuitry within your field. New receptors are born. You are able then to download frequencies that will be the catalyst for you to integrate more of that which you call Source into your bodies, into your fields, into your activities, and into your thoughts. As you all ascend into the higher realms, you set yourselves on a course that contains more of that which you call love, light and all that you imagine is good. Get comfortable with the higher frequencies. Get aligned with them. Do not retract in the same way that do from lower frequencies and from pain. We invite you to experiment now. Think of a desired reality you wish to experience. Rather than seeing it as a future possibility, feel it as an existing timeline stream. Feel its unique frequency signature. You are making your way through different energies at this time, some of which are to your liking and some of which are not. Remember who you really are, and do not be afraid of the energies that you do not prefer. They are not there to be judged by you. They are not there to be diminished by you. “The level of consciousness that you hold is the most appropriate for this dimension. We have given you a taste of what is to come for humanity, and we are not the only ones who are doing this. There is also energy and information coming to you from your sun that is meant to show you the light. It is meant to enlighten you to the future of the human race on planet Earth and to give you sneak previews of what is to come as you bring yourselves closer and closer to the fifth dimensional experience of your reality. The energies are also coming to you from planet Earth and the photon belt. When you put all of that together, what you get is a massive amount of energy, information, and love. This is the most important aspect of what you are experiencing. It is not the DNA upgrades. Now, getting back to the timing of this transmission. The Arcturians no longer incarnate in physical bodies.They are consciousness, energy, light and love, and their desire is to be of service to humanity. If you feel a particular fondness for the red giant known as Arcturus, the Arcturians, and/or the Arcturian Star System, it's likely because you've incarnated there before.
