After an unintentional Hiatus we are back and taking a Victory Lap for achieving the Religious Vaccine Exemption, we started what will be an upcoming podcast discussing medicine and Hippocrates but decided it was time to boast a bit of how we did the impossible and that makes us mighty. We go over how we got the exemption, and why our methods differ from those of the big names in the ethnic faith sphere. This was our Victory Lap and a time to boast, for a success of Hyperboreans over the Tyranny of Modernity's Wastelands. In Greek Mythology, the Hyperboreans were a mythical people who lived in the far Northern reaches of the world- a blessed land where the sun always shines. In this story, our narrator is being told a story by an old acquaintance, a white man and traveler known to the frequent the far north, who has returned from living for a winter with a native tribe near the Arctic Circle. The story tells of his rise and fall within the tribe as he becomes involved in a Machiavellian scheme or revenge to seize power within the tribe after being starved out and treated with derision by the tribe's shaman. Michael learns more about Leander and Xylon, the two Hyperboreans the group rescued, and Steve discovers a strange new ability.
