Whats up world! This week I sat down with one of my favorite people in the entire fitness industry. Julius has an amazing story and comes from a past very similar to mine, a past that's very hard to get out of until you truly hit the bottom. Julius speaks on his bottom and being in prison before going into a rehabilitation clinic where he found powerlifting. In his short time in the sport he has set the bar unreachable, and WILL be the first man in history to bench 800lbs. Will that be the greatest feat of strength ever? Quite possibly!
