Men det är svårt att avgöra när en fågel är så pass utik att den får status som egen art.Vi träffar Per Alström, forskare vid Institutionen för ekologi och genetik, Zooekologi, på Uppsala universitet, som arbetat med i framtagandet med den nya listan. Han ger en inblick i hur arbetet gick till och reder i artbegreppen och fågelforskningen. Hur kan det gå till när man så att säga upptäcker en ny art? Vi pratar även med Martin Stervander, försteintendent för fågelsamlingen på nationella museet i Skottland. Han är även ledamot i svenska taxonomikommitén, som hittills varit ansvarig för systematiseringen av fåglar för Sverige och ansvarat för att fåglar har svenska fågelnamn. Jia Zhangke je eden najvidnejših kitajskih režiserjev tako imenovane »šeste generacije«, ki je po letu 1990 zaradi poostrene državne cenzure vzniknila iz filmskega podzemlja in nase opozorila z izjemnimi bolj ali manj amaterskimi stvaritvami, posnetimi hitro in poceni, v slogu, ki spominja na italijanski neorealizem, in z namenom brezkompromisnega prikaza sodobnega stanja kitajske družbe. Zhangkejevi filmi se praviloma dotikajo izginjajočega sveta Ljudske republike Kitajske, pa naj gre za poplavljanje vasi ob graditvi mogočnega jeza Treh sotesk ali za usihanje poklicev, ki so nekoč prevladovali; njegovi protagonisti, preprosto vpeti v širši družbeni kontekst, zunanje dogajanje samo odsevajo skozi intimno osebno pripoved. Tudi pri Plimovanju je zgodba le postranska – ženska in moški se srečata, zaljubita, nato se njune poti ločijo in čez dolga leta spet naletita drug na drugega –, glavna pozornost in s tem odlika filma se skriva drugje. Material zanj je režiser in scenarist namreč nabiral več kot dvajset let. Ena od značilnosti filmskih ustvarjalcev kitajske šeste generacije so bile lahke in poceni ročne kamere, ki so jim omogočale, da so snemali tako rekoč povsod, in Jia Zhangke je to počel res intenzivno. Gradivo, ki ga je tako nabral skoraj mimogrede, medtem ko je ustvarjal svoje prejšnje filme ali pa tudi kar tako, je nato končno obliko dobilo šele v času nedavnega zaprtja zaradi pandemije, ko so – tokrat namensko – posneli še zadnjo tretjino filma. Tako monumentalen projekt, ki je prava kronika ne le družbenega dogajanja, ampak tudi tehnološkega razvoja filmskih kamer in nenazadnje režiserjevega uveljavljanja v domovini, bi bil verjetno precej težje povezljiv v relativno koherentno celoto, če Jia Zhangke ne bi vsa leta sodeloval z nekaterimi istimi igralci. Njegova žena in muza Zhao Tao, protagonistka vseh njegovih filmov po letu 2000, s svojo neverjetno filmsko karizmo skoraj sama osmišlja vso zgodbo, njena osamljenost pa doseže vrhunec v čudoviti interakciji s trgovinskim robotom sredi praznega nakupovalnega centra v času pandemije. Ob koncu filma je pretresljiv tudi objekt njenega nekdanjega poželenja in iskanja – moškega, h kateremu jo je vlekla usoda (igra ga Li Zhubin), je staranje namreč veliko bolj zaznamovalo. Plimovanje je v več ozirih zelo poseben film, je kronika sodobne Kitajske, njene družbe in številnih sprememb, ki so se zgodile v dvajsetih letih. Način, kako je režiser povezal razdrobljene koščke v vizualno in zvočno presunljivo celoto, pa razkriva, da ga še vedno privlačijo enake stvari, kot na začetku njegove filmske poti – neolepšano, neromantizirano prikazovanje sodobnega urbanega življenja, ki se enostavno zgodi. Ena največjih zborovskih revij v Sloveniji in zamejstvu Primorska poje bo prihodnje leto prinesla prenovljen koncept. Pripravlja jo Zveza pevskih zborov Primorske s partnerji: Javnim skladom Republike Slovenije za kulturne dejavnosti, Zvezo slovenskih kulturnih društev v Italiji, Zvezo slovenske katoliške prosvete Gorica in Zvezo cerkvenih pevskih zborov Trst. 57. Primorska poje bo od 27. februarja do 26. aprila prinesla lastno skladbo posameznega zbora, na reviji pa bodo obeležili 150. obletnico rojstva Dragotina Ketteja in 100. obletnico smrti Srečka Kosovela. V poklon pesniku bo zaključna prireditev Primorske poje simbolično potekala v Kosovelovem domu v Sežani in tradicionalno v zamejskem Zavarhu v Italiji. Letos je na 36 revijah sodelovalo 210 zborov, organizatorji prihodnje leto pričakujejo še večjo udeležbo. Elektronske prijave sprejemajo do 30. novembra 2025.

In the course of their conversation, Keith discusses with Kristen her experience as a leader whose sole responsibility is to foster an environment and culture where the mental health of nurses is truly a top priority. The program that Kristen oversees is funded by a generous endowment supported by a $7 million grant made possible through the stewardship of Jefferson's Board of Trustees. This program could serve as a blueprint for healthcare institutions looking for an example of how to move beyond platitudes and lip service towards meaningful interventions with nurses' best interests in mind. Kristen is a registered nurse at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and serves as the inaugural Program Manager for Nurse Well-Being, supporting the Jefferson Bucks, Frankford, Einstein Montgomery, and Torresdale campuses. Prior to this role, she held multiple nursing leadership positions and provided direct care in emergency medicine, where she developed a deep commitment to clinician well-being. A graduate of Holy Family University and Walden University, Kristen has consistently championed the well-being of both her colleagues and the nursing profession as a whole. She currently serves as President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) and chairs the ENA's National Wellness Committee. A Certified SMART (Stress Management and Resiliency Training) Practitioner, Kristen delivers evidence-based well-being education across the Jefferson Health System. Her speaking engagements include presentations for the Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing, the Emergency Nurses Association, the Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of AACN, the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association and the Maine Department of Health and Human Services. Ena od bolj pričakovanih točk današnjega vladnega obiska v Savinjski in Šaleški regiji so bili načrti zapiranja Premogovnika Velenje in prestrukturiranja regije. Z vodstvom Premogovnika se je vlada dogovorila o vseh ključnih točkah postopnega zapiranja rudnika do leta 2045, ni pa še zaprla vseh odprtih poglavij s sindikati. Sindikalist Simon Lamot izpostavlja, da pripravljalec zakona pristaja na predčasno upokojevanje za zaposlene v skupini ODPZ, nikakor pa ne za ostale zaposlene v skupini Premogovnik Velenje. Zapiranje premogovnika naj bi državo stalo skupno 1,1 milijarde evrov. Bili smo na Festivalu migrantskega filma in festivalu StopTrik v Mariboru, ogledali smo si razstavo v Slovenski kinoteki Zgodbe iz čarobnega vrta, in bili na dveh premierah, žanrskega hibrida Ena bitka za drugo in distopične grozljivke Veliki pohod.

Film Ena bitka za drugo v neizprosnem tempu vrsti eno temo za drugo: revolucija, spolnost, starševstvo, militarizem, rasizem, migracije … Pa to so le glavne teme, ki jih odpira. Nekatere na svež in izviren način, druge pa površno in neprepričljivo. Režiser in scenarist Paul Thomas Anderson si je tokrat očitno zadal preveč, pa ne le na ravni scenarija. Čeprav so nekateri deli filma pričakovano odlični in jih je pravi užitek gledati, pa je v celoti gledano zmeden in nekonsistenten. Ko začnemo uživati v sočnih dialogih, nas vrže v akcijo. Ko se sprostimo ob akcijskih prizorih in dobri glasbi, nas prestavi v družinsko melodramo. Ko se vživimo v glavne junake in njihove odnose, pristanemo v satiri. Ko se začnemo smejati, nas šokira in zapeljuje. Kot da to ne bi bilo dovolj, tudi v glavnih junakinjah in junakih, ki jih večinoma izvrstno upodobi zvezdniška zasedba, ne najdemo sidra. Takoj potem, ko se z njimi poistovetimo, ko jih vzljubimo ali zasovražimo, nam jih film vzame – dokončno ali vsaj začasno. Izjemnih likov, kot so zdelan in zmeden, a hkrati srčen oče Pat oziroma Bob (Leonardo DiCaprio), samosvoja in močna upornica Perfidia (Teyana Taylor) in zadrto zavrti, a hkrati neuničljivi polkovnik Lockjaw (Sean Penn), je v filmu na pretek. A noben izmed njih kljub skoraj triurni dolžini ne dobi dovolj prostora, da bi na platnu res zablestel. Tempo filma s tem ponekod celo spominja na podoben slog nekega drugega Andersona – Wesa, a tudi pri tem ne vztraja, oziroma se jemlje veliko preresno, da bi lahko deloval kot skrajno odbit, domišljijski odsev absurdne realnosti. Rezultat je zgodba, ki ves čas bolj ali manj drsi po površini, kot na hitro zlepljen kolaž aktualnih tem, zvezdniških imen, dobrih posnetkov in zanimivih okolij. In čeprav je vse to občasno posneto vrhunsko, nas film kot celota nikoli prav ne potopi v globino svojih likov, njihovih čustev in družbenopolitičnega konteksta, v katerega so postavljeni. Posledično na koncu izpade reakcionarno namesto revolucionarno. Konzervativno namesto napredno. In večkrat neokusno namesto izzivalno. Ponekod je razvlečen in dolgočasen, saj ljudje še kar blebetajo, medtem ko čakamo, kaj se bo zgodilo. Spet drugič pa preveč odrezav in prenagljen, saj bi želeli slišati ali videti še več, preden nas vrže v novo, popolnoma drugačno situacijo. Ena bitka za drugo je skratka eden tistih filmov, v katerem je marsikaj dobrega, celo odličnega, a se to nikoli ne poveže v delujočo, prepričljivo celoto. Kot bi Paul Thomas Anderson v skladu z naslovom snemanje res razumel kot eno bitko za drugo. Ko bi morala priti končna, veličastna zmaga, pa mu je zmanjkalo navdiha (in časa) za piko na i, ki bi vse povezala v res dober film. Teh smo od njega že vajeni in jih skoraj pričakujemo. Morda pa ta pričakovanja, ki jih dodatno napihujejo hvalospevi ameriških kritikov, prav tako naredijo svoje. Filmar, katerega odlika je prav preseganje pričakovanj in zapovedi, se je tokrat ujel v lastno past.

Repaso de la actualidad agroalimentaria con Agrobank. 1.- La Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) ha pedido ajustes en la normativa sobre denominaciones e indicaciones geográficas protegidas para garantizar mercados competitivos en los dos informes emitidos sobre los proyectos de Real Decreto que desarrollan la normativa europea de protección de las indicaciones geográficas. Competencia ha recordado que España ocupa el tercer puesto de la Unión Europea, con un total de 388 denominaciones e indicaciones protegidas. Estos regímenes de calidad diferenciada, más conocidos como denominaciones de origen protegidas (DOP), indicaciones geográficas protegidas (IGP) o especialidades tradicionales garantizadas (ETG), identifican productos que tienen unas características específicas ligadas a su origen geográfico o a un modo de producción tradicional y aportan transparencia al mercado, permiten a los consumidores identificar productos con características específicas y refuerzan la competitividad de las pymes, especialmente en zonas rurales. La CNMC ha señalado en sus informes que antes de aprobar normas vinculantes, se recomienda solicitar un informe a Competencia para evaluar su impacto y garantizar que no distorsionen la competencia. 2.- El Gobierno de Aragón, junto a la totalidad de las organizaciones profesionales agrarias --UAGA-COAG, Asaja, Araga y UPA-- y las cooperativas agroalimentarias, han rubricado este miércoles un pacto para mostrar su oposición "frontal" a la Política Agraria Común (PAC) 2028-2034 en los términos en los que la Comisión Europea la ha planteado. Tras la firma del documento, el presidente del Gobierno autonómico, Jorge Azcón, ha calificado el acto como "histórico", ya que "no es sencillo" poner de acuerdo a organizaciones "tan dispares" y ha advertido de que lo que exigen no son "matices" ni "pequeños retoques", sino "un cambio radical" en la nueva PAC. Ese cambio deberá respetar y mejorar las cuantías destinadas a los profesionales del campo, pero la primera reclamación es que se piense "en los agricultores y ganaderos que viven en nuestro territorio, que dan vida a muchísimos pueblos y que, durante los últimos años, tienen la sensación de haber sido olvidados por muchas administraciones". 3.- El ministro de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación, Luis Planas, ha anunciado la puesta en marcha de un plan de promoción de la gastronomía española en el mundo, que está enmarcada dentro de la Estrategia Nacional de Alimentación (ENA). "Vamos a hacer una estrategia de promoción de la gastronomía española en el mundo, tras alcanzar un acuerdo con el sector de la restauración y de la gastronomía", ha avanzado Planas al término de su participación en el 'Forum Europa'. La secretaria general de Recursos Agrarios y Seguridad Alimentaria, Ana Rodríguez, ha anunciado este martes una previsión de producción citrícola nacional de 5,44 millones de toneladas durante la reunión de la mesa sectorial, con participación de los principales representantes del sector. Izobraževanje, opismenjevanje, zdravstvena nega in druge oblike pomoči so osnova njenega delovanja. Letos bo minilo sedem let, odkar se je preselila v Afriko. Še vedno ne more sprejeti, da so ljudje v 21. stoletju lačni in zaradi podhranjenosti tudi umirajo. V podeželskem okolju pa z malimi, a konkretnimi koraki pomaga ljudem k vsaj nekoliko boljšemu življenju.
