Paul and Butch discuss what it's like to have a residency at the newly remodeled LA Comedy Club inside The Strat Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas! We delve into what it takes to make it in the very competitive world of stand up comedy and what Butch Bradley has had to do to achieve his success. This episode is both informative and funny! Veteran comedian, Butch Bradley has taken his unique blend of stand-up and improv around the globe; from small clubs to big casinos, feature films to late-night television, to active war zones in the Middle East for USO venues. A true “comic's comic,” Bradley's longevity and popularity come from his insightful, always freshcomedic material. Eternally casting his wry observational net over day-to-day existence, his comedy is in a constant state of metamorphosis. As longtime friend of Bradley, Tiffany Haddish says, "Butch Bradley always makes me laugh. Even when I was homeless, sad and found nothing funny, he always found a way to make me pee on myself a little, from laughing so hard and that's it!" Named Best Comedian 2020 by "Best of Las Vegas", Bradley can currently be seen in his first highly anticipated standup special, which is widely available across many streaming platforms. This is the first episode of a new series that is solely focused on coaches and consultants. We have found that there are a large number of coaches and consultants out there that focus on helping companies to improve their company culture- so we thought- why not highlight them! The coaches and consultants that we will highlight in this series have a unique background that has brought them to become a coach or a consultant that focuses on company culture. The really fun part about this series is the tangible takeaway that our audience will have to walk away with after listening to the episode as well. We have asked the coaches and consultants to bring something tangible on the podcast that they can share with our listeners. This means our community will have something actionable that they can take back to the office with them. This first episode in the series is actually a long time friend of our Culture Crush Business Podcast host. Michael DeSchalit is a multi-award winning Hypnotist, Magician, Speaker, Trainer, and Author. His experience working in the corporate sales field has led him to become a successful entrepreneur and Las Vegas Headliner. He brings not only knowledge to the table but also the excitement of a Las Vegas production show. In his 25 plus years of experience, he has traveled the world working with small to large organizations helping them to achieve their goals and create a culture within that provides an environment that is conducive to growth and success. Michael has worked with some of the biggest and most productive organizations in the country with over 25 years of experience he brings a fresh and very unique approach to his programs. He combines traditional motivation techniques with highly focused mindset coaching integrated with hypnosis and NLP (Neuro Linguistics Programming) methods and training. His training programs are focused, purposeful, and experientially engaging with actionable steps that are easy to accomplish thereby enabling faster goal achievement and massive results. His coaching covers working with the entire organization beginning with group training and then moving to pocket group training with the managers and ultimately culminates with a focused strategic training with the core leadership team. All the while there is integrated personal coaching available for specific individual needs. He takes pride in being able to customize his training programs to meet each organization's goals. His training is not to stock motivational programs that lack substance and lasting results, but instead, help to correct issues that exist within an organization and provide them with tools and knowledge that allow for long term growth and sustainability. His coaching style is unique and cannot be compared with other traditional coaching programs. He blends a combination of group team building and personal coaching combined with mindset reframing and hypnotic programming to achieve massive results from the individual employees all the way up the ranks to the leadership team. Connect with Michael DeSchalit on Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook or Twitter Tangible Takeaway Listeners should tune in to the podcast to learn about The Six "R's" - Respect, Responsibility, Realize, Recognize, Reinforce, and Replace. Mike breaks down the Six R's in order to help our audience with focus areas that they can improve on in their companies. These Six R's are helpful for all listeners, not just the leaders of the companies.

Mayf was the youngest honoree in the Nashville Country Music Hall Of Fame, Walkway of Stars. He is a member of the Rockabilly Hall of Fame.On their opening day celebration, The Bakersfield Country Music Museum inducted Mayf Nutter and Buck Owens as their first honorees.Mayf won the "Video Of The Year" award two years in a row performing as Artist, Songwriter, Director, and Producer. He invented the technique of "acting a role" (not just being the singer); and was the first, perhaps only singer, to never use lip synchronization for a single line of the song; and introduced the use of dialog in Music Videos. His "Rock-a-Billy Money" video marked the first time an artist, not supported by a major record label, reached the #1 spot on CMT. Nhyl Henson, who conceived the idea and started CMT said, "Mayf Nutter is the definition of Recording Artist. He writes the songs, produces the records, writes the video script, hires the actors and crew, directs the videos, acts in them, and produces the whole project. There are lots of singers, Mayf Nutter is an ARTIST."Mayf has been a performer at Jamboree In The Hills nine times, beginning with the first one in 1977. Inspired by that first event and encouraged by a fan to write a song about that first weekend, Mayf wrote the song that has been used as the Theme Song for this event since 1980.Before beginning his solo career, and just out of high school, Mayf was the guitarist for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Member, Del Shannon (Classic Hit Song "Runaway", etc.). Later Mayf became the leader, front man, and Columbia records producer for the internationally acclaimed folk singing group, The New Christy Minstrels - who also claim Kenny Rodgers and Kim Carnes as alumniRock icon, Frank Zappa formed a new record label, just for Mayf Nutter. He called it Straight Records and the first release, "Everybody's Talkin'" from the movie Midnight Cowboy, hit the top of radio play lists across the U.S. and in Europe. The musicians were Merle Haggard's Strangers. The song was cut in a horse barn that Merle had converted into a studio at his Bakersfield home.Soon Capitol Records released more Mayf Nutter Hits including "Never Ending Love", "Green Door", "Party Doll and The Chattanooga Shoe Shine Boy".Next Mayf wrote the crowd pleasing songs, "Goin' Skinny Dippin'" and "Jamboree In The Hills" (the song), and others.Mayf also has the distinction of writing and recording the first environmental impact song. "Simpson Creek Won't Never Run Clean Again". Directly influenced by the message in the song, mining companies yielded to public outcry and restored life to every stream in Mayf's native county in West Virginia. All life forms had been previously killed by pollution. A Mayf Nutter Week Celebration resulted. While flying over miles of the now famous, Alaskan oil slick, on his way to a concert in Anchorage, Mayf witnessed the environmental devastation brought on by the tragic oil spill caused by the tanker ship, Exxon Valdez. That night, as he often does in live performances, he decided to write a song on stage using suggestions from the audience. Moments later "The Ballad Of Valdez" had the audience laughing hysterically. Within a week the song was recorded and being played on all formats of radio from Country to Talk shows. It was featured on ABC TV, CBS TV and was used on network News shows for months. 100% of Artist Royalties went to restore fish and wildlife in Alaska. His LIVE PERFORMANCES range from Las Vegas Headliner to Carnegie Hall. From the Los Angeles Coliseum (65,000 fans) to The Grand Ole Opry. From the WWVA World's Original Jamboree in Wheeling, West Virginia to the Sun Yat Sen Memorial Center in the Peoples Republic Of China in 1982 (the concert was broadcast "live" on China National TV). Thus, Mayf became, historically, the very First American to ever sing on China National Television.
