Join us as we showcase the quintessential ideas and seminal insights that showcase the best of The Daily Influence. Whether you missed them before or need a refresher, let's revisit these highlight moments and elevate your influence. One of our goals at The "I" in Team Series and with our Daily Influence podcast is to further the importance of Individualism. The next few episodes will be diving into this effort and why we feel the common understanding of individualism is incorrect. We have previously identified that singular individual to us or when we are writing about one person alone, we use the lowercase 'i' and when we are writing about many acting as one as with a team or company, we use the uppercase 'I". This distinction is important, because I cannot be my best for others until I am first best for myself; not in a selfish mindset. Our Attitude can set the stage for this and help us to understand ourselves and others as well as help others understand us. Key takeaways: We can identify attitude through body language, facial expressions, tone or even for some intuition. If you want to change your attitude, you may have to look at how you perceive the world; perception can become reality. Being mindful of yourself can help to regulate your attitude. As Buddha once said, "The mind is everything. What you think, you become."

E2 Attitudes → Feelings → Actions = Results |IBGR | Donna Kunde & Londina Cruz “The only disability in life is a bad attitude” - Scott Hamilton Attitude is a way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person's behavior. Our Attitude (our thoughts) about something creates feelings (good or bad) and those feelings determine what actions we take. Ultimately, those actions give us our results. If we want to change our results, all we need to do is change our thinking. Once we change our thinking, it will create different feelings which allow us to choose different actions that give us different results. In this episode, Evi talks to us about her experience writing her amazing book, a best-seller already and the ATTITUDE you need to thrive and be successful today. Congrats! Dr. Evi Prokopi is a Success Coach. She is a multicultural expert, having lived in six countries, traveled to 35 countries, and worked with people from 58 countries. As a Certified Work Performance Assessor and an NLP Coach, Evi wants to empower people and help them achieve their personal and professional goals. She holds a Ph.D. in Philosophical Psychology, an MA in Marketing, a BA in Applied Linguistics, an Associate's Degree in Project Management and she has attended various online courses. Evi is a founding member and the President of Diexodos, the first anti-bullying organization in Greece. "Our ATTITUDE is by a large percentage, which leads us to success or failure, thus we need to RETRAIN our mind in order to achieve success & happiness, as long as this is what we want. Dr. Evi Prokopi Dr. Evi´s book, The Success PlayBook, The 8 Habits of Happy & Successful People begins with Ancient Greek Philosophy as an introduction. According to Socrates, we are happy if we can truly appreciate what we have instead of striving to get more and more. He said: "The secret to happiness is not found in seeking more, but in developing the capacity to enjoy less." Your values and motivation. She describes values as principles that we consider important in life. They are little voices in our heads saying "that is right" or "absolutely not". Identify your values and ask yourself: what type of person do I want to be? Live your values! The author also shares with us that in the survey conducted based on psychological theories analyzed, she found that only 70% of the people interviewed thought that being healthy is a success. This was done before the Corona Virus Pandemic. So, imagine, would people now feel the same about being well and healthy? Join our new Reading Club & grab a copy of her book! Our Attitude determines how we look at our setbacks or failure. To a positive thinker or optimistic person, a setback can be a stepping stone to success. To a negative thinker, it can be a stumbling block. the winner has a solution for every problem, the loser has a problem for every solution. Great thinkers and philosophers feel and believe that every problem comes with an equal or greater opportunity for success. #motivationalquotes #successmindset #motivational #goalsetting #motivationalspeaker #gratitude #successful #lifecoach, #inspiration #goals #mindset #skills #growthmindset #deeppandey #successsecrets Follow us- Website- https://www.deep-pandey.com/ Twitter- https://twitter.com/deeppandey987 Linkedin- https://www.linkedin.com/in/deeppandey987/ Instagram- https://www.instagram.com/deeppandey987/ Facebook- https://www.facebook.com/deeppandey987

What is the one thing you have control of in every situation? Our ATTITUDE.
Our Attitude determines our altitude. There's not much that is less attractive than a "So-called" believer with a poor attitude. Let's let all check our attitude before God.

Wisdom-Trek / Creating a Legacy Welcome to Day 583 of our Wisdom-Trek, and thank you for joining me. This is Guthrie Chamberlain, Your Guide to Wisdom What Is Lifestyle? Thank you for joining us for our 5 days per week wisdom and legacy building podcast. This is https://wisdom-trek.com/day-583/ (Day 583) of our trek, and today is Philosophy Friday. Every Friday we ponder some of the basic truths and mysteries of life and how they can impact us in creating our living legacy. Currently, we are on an extended multi-week trek as we explore the teachings from some of my virtual mentors, such as Jim Rohn, Zig Ziglar, and Earl Nightingale. The core of our current trek is based primarily on Jim Rohn's book The Five Major Pieces to the Life Puzzle. I have learned a considerable amount from reading and re-reading this book on my own trek of life, and I trust that it will benefit you also. Keeping with the continuity of Wisdom-Trek, I have adapted it to The Five Trails on Life's Trek. We are broadcasting from our studio at The Big House in Marietta, Ohio. This has been a pleasant spring week with the mature maples and oaks finally budding and their leaves starting to show. It won't be long before we are in full foliage once again. I am making progress on cutting up the trees that we had cut down. They were large and cutting them up into manageable sections is proving to be very physically challenging. The stack along the side of the garage is growing rapidly. I suspect it will be several more weeks before the cleanup project is complete. We hope to invest in a log splitter this fall since many of the pieces are too large to carry or fit into the fireplace. While I enjoy being outside and doing physical labor, it certainly creates sore muscles that I don't use as rigorously during my daily exercise routine. Although life is far from perfect, and we struggle like everyone, we are focusing on enjoying our daily lifestyle and being content with how life is and not how we wish it to be. We certainly strive to improve our lifestyle but choose to be content as we work on those improvements. As we continue on our extended trek today, we will begin our 5th trail, which is The Trail of Lifestyle. The final blending of our philosophy, attitude, activity, and results is what creates this final personal quest that we call lifestyle. If you have missed the past few Philosophy Friday treks, it would be good to go back and review them to get caught up on our progress so far. We have a lot of ground to cover today, so let's break camp and begin the fifth trail of this extended trek as we cover… The Five Trails on Life's Trek – Lifestyle Part (1) As a reminder, our overall extended trek covers these five trails: Philosophy Attitude Activity Results Lifestyle 1. What Is Lifestyle? Lifestyle is how we choose to live and how we design our lives. It is the sophisticated understanding of the difference between life's trinkets and life's treasures. Many have learned to earn well, but they have not yet learned to live well. It's as though they have decided to wait until they become wealthy before they start practicing sophistication. What they fail to understand is that practiced sophistication is as much a cause of wealth as it is a result of wealth. Some attribute their poor attitude about life to their low level of income. They maintain that if they ever solved their money problems, they would show us what happiness is really all about. Obviously, they have not yet discovered that it was their failure to find happiness in the past that has affected their current income. If they continue with this error in judgment, their lack of happiness in the present will determine their future income as well. Until they have discovered that happiness is part of the cause and that wealth is merely an effect, their circumstances are not likely to change. 2. Lifestyle Is a Reflection of Our Attitude and Our Values As we have...
