Komolafe stressed that some of the 119 companies that had fully paid their bonuses were insisting that they could not raise funds without collecting the licences.

In a previous episode I talked about how I have been practicing my day trading with a paper account and what I found to be helpful. Well, I’ve still been dabbling in big cap land, with stocks like TSLA, SNAP, NIO, XPEV, TWTR, AAPL, and many other big names because I personally feel exhausted with the idea of always waiting for the BEST SETUP on small caps just to have ZERO borrows or having to pay for them constantly...even if they are cheap through my favorite broker Cobra. I want more opportunities...heck don’t you? Today I share with you more insight on what I discovered through this journey.

Discussion of 4/30/202 and the importance of paper trading all the time.
While I can’t say it is the top issue debated among traders, I can say with full confidence it is easily within the top 3 issues. What is this issue? Is paper trading (demo/simulator trading) worth it? Over the years we have heard both sides of argument on this topic, and to be fair, both sides have made valid points and arguments. My guest from the community in this episode, Joel, shares his journey in a very transparent way that sheds a very raw (and well explained) viewpoint of how not paper trading is dangerous. I realize that we all have varying opinions and experience in regards to this hotly contested issue, so all I ask is you listen with an open mind and be honest with yourself on whether or not you feel like you are on the same pathway Joel was….

Show notes: http://optionalpha.com/show66Paper trading has its place in the investing world, but it likely isn't as useful as many brokers and financial gurus make it out to be. In fact, I'd even argue that if you are currently paper trading you're probably not using the virtual platforms to get the optimal experience out of them. Now, I won't deny that paper trading does have some benefits in helping traders learn the mechanics, but the drawbacks, in my opinion, outweigh the perceived usefulness. In today's newest podcast episode, I'll walk you through all the major pitfalls new investors make when trying to paper trade stocks and options. And if you're still adamant about paper trading, that's fine too because I'll help you get 10x more results from your paper trading activities by accelerating your learning curve with a few simple tweaks. Ultimately, at some point, you've got to make the jump into real money trading and the sooner you do the better off you'll be. There's no substitute for real-world, real-money experience in this business.
Earlier today, I nearly spit out my La Croix all over my computer. I don't know if you saw this, but If not, you're going to get a kick out of this. One of the most recent technological advances is the creation of a virtual reality sex suit. Yeah, now if you're into that kind of thing (No judgement) here's how it works. The kit uses a special headset and a bodysuit with sensors attached. And the whole point of it is to give men the notion they're having intercourse. It even comes with a moving machine designed to simulate breasts. For just $430 you can send impulses all over your body to make it feel like a woman is touching you. Oh yeah, baby! Then the article finishes off with saying (No pun intended): "The suit is revolutionizing sexual pleasure, and bringing sexuality to the forefront for all to enjoy." Just think about how that conversation with the wife would go if she walks in on you all suited up. It got me thinking, not about the suit, but how this VR sex suit idea reminds me of simulated trading or paper trading. Either way, you're just living in fantasyland. You see, in my opinion, paper trading is useless! The only benefit it provides is first learning how to use your trading platform. I know many people say it's an excellent way to get started. But I beg to differ. Reason being, if you're serious about trading, you need to have some skin in the game. And a sensible way to get started is to put on one contract, start small, and use defined risk. Contrary to what you want; it's not about making money right away. It's about getting going and learning how to stay consistent. Most are not realistic about the game they're getting involved with because they are expecting overnight success, which is just foolish. Think about it… it's just like making love. The 100th time you've done it, you're going to be MUCH better at it, than the first time around. But you'll never make it to the 100th time if you stay in your comfort zone. Instead, you'll stay stuck with something easy like a VR sex suit or watching internet porn. So if you're serious about mastering options trading and want a teacher you wished you had when you first lost your virginity. I've interviewed 12 of best traders in the world who will tell you exactly what to do exactly so you can quickly create massive success from the markets like them and you will also learn some of their closely guarded secrets. You can find these thought stimulating interviews here: https://sizzle.samcart.com/products/investor-audio-interviews To your wealth, freedom and options! Joshua Belanger
