A couple of weeks ago…we talked about Amazon and Yahoo offering programmatic inventory for iHearts audio products.  We see this as further breakdown in the traditional sales role that radio stations have with their clients…But maybe we are wrong.  Maybe this is the very best way for clients to buy radio and the best way for radio to sell inventory.  Ah…but to find out  we called up our intrepid ad agency/media buying master, Mr. Ed Steenman of Steenman and Associates in Seattle - a man who, when he's not sailing the turgid waters of the Puget sound he's handling budgets  for auto groups, dealers  and other retail clients. Media Insultant is produced each Wednesday as Jackson Dell Weaver & Keith Samuels offer comments, ideas and sometimes snarky comments about the current media landscape. Hichem était un homme simple, gentil et apprécié, victime de la haine de son voisin. Christophe Belgembe, chaudronnier licencié, s'est lentement radicalisé via les réseaux d'ultradroite, comme en témoignent ses publications sur Facebook, nourrissant une rancune raciste et antimusulmane. Solitaire et armé légalement, il avait déjà provoqué Hichem, qui vivait dans la peur. Deux existences opposées se sont ainsi croisées dans un voisinage de plus en plus tendu, où la haine ordinaire était sur le point d'exploser.Crimes • Histoires Vraies est une production Minuit. Cette semaine dans Crimes · Histoires Vraies, vous avez découvert l'affaire Hichem Miraoui. Cet homme de 44 ans d'origine tunisienne a été assassiné par son voisin, dans une petite commune du Var, Puget-sur-Argens. Le voisin, Christophe Belgembe, 53 ans, le menaçait depuis quelque temps. Il avait même inscrit une insulte raciste sur son scooter avant de passer à l'acte, en se rendant chez lui pour le tuer par balle. Belgembe était très actif sur des groupes d'ultra droite sur les réseaux sociaux. Il avait publié sur Facebook être prêt à mourir “pour la France” et mettre un “stop aux islamiques”. C'est pour ces raisons que le Parquet national antiterroriste s'est saisi de l'affaire, qualifiant l'acte d'assassinat terroriste lié à l'ultradroite – une première. Mais juridiquement, qu'est-ce qui constitue un acte terroriste, et d'où vient ce qualificatif ?
