What do buyers really want from masterminds in 2025?I believe there are key decisions as to why people choose certain masterminds over others, and that it's important to upgrade your mastermind to give your ideal clients what they're most looking for. If you are creating a mastermind this year, or already running one that you're looking at upgrading for 2025, I have a pocket-sized guide for you to use as a reference point as you map out your offer for the year. I'm taking you through three key pieces that you can take and run through your own filter for your own 2025 mastermind:The Importance of CommunityIn 2025, the community element is more crucial than ever. With the digital expanse creating endless seas of information, our clients crave that sense of belonging and interaction. Whether through active channels like Slack or encouraging supportive interactions during calls, creating an inclusive space is quintessential.Embracing IndividualisationOn the flip side of community, individualisation stands as a spotlight for personal attention. Clients today are wary of cookie-cutter experiences. They desire bespoke approaches that cater directly to their unique needs—an expectation that will only grow with time.Stepping Forward as LeadersIn your role as a facilitator or coach, showcase your dedication to learning and transparency about your progress. The courage to try, fail, and try again is not something to shy from; instead, it embodies the grace of true leadership. As we face the future filled with rapid changes together, demonstrate your commitment to evolving alongside your clients and share these experiences to inspire them. I hope these tips inspire you to not only keep up to date with trends and consumer behaviour, but embody the person who continues to evolve based on the true desires of your ideal clients. Happy planning!LINKSResources mentioned:  FREE MasterclassDM me the word "Mastermind" on Instagram to find out about the Scalable Freedom MastermindThe FREE Mastermind Launch PlaybookConnect with Ellie: Website:         https://www.ellieswift.com/Instagram:     @elliehswiftFacebook Group:     www.facebook.com/groups/shineonsocialellieswift/

Is it possible to be at peace and assured that we are in God’s will as we head irresistibly (or is it uncontrollably) into this coming new year, 2025? * We do have a part to play, but it is God Himself who works in us to both will and do our part. We play a part in both our hope and manifesting God’s will, but our part is 100% the gift of Father, Himself being with us and us with Him in Jesus by the Spirit! * What is the Power of Thanksgiving as We Pray? In addition to literally being a component of “God’s will for us in Christ Jesus”, our very thoughts, words, and obedience of giving thanks “in everything” to Father God in Jesus by Holy Spirit is what empowers us to “stay alert in” our prayers and our praying! Thanksgiving focuses and opens our senses and heart to what God is doing around and to us. One foot in front of the next; this is what I remind myself every day. Sometimes I must break the day down into smaller increments and think to myself… one hour at a time. Looking ahead to tomorrow can bring us more worry, more anxiety at times. But God gives us more than enough grace for each day. Fear motivates us. It can motivate us to stand still. It can motivate us to retreat to what was once comfortable. It can even motivate us to keep moving forward in the midst of uncertainty, which is scary. Living out your purpose requires grit, resilience, and the ability to keep stepping forward when it scares you. We know, it sounds really easy to say but how do you do it? On today's episode, Austin has a great discussion with pastor, leader, and speaker, Preston Smith about what it takes to keep going when it scares you. Preston shares a wealth of practical advice from his own experiences that will help anyone live out their purpose with boldness and intentionality. About Preston It all started for me in the small town where I was born and have lived most of my life, Albert Lea Minnesota. With a town no bigger than 17,000, it felt like I grew up in a Hallmark movie. I knew people on every corner, drama wasn't far away and there were many happy endings. I married my high school sweetheart. I even worked a majority of my professional career at the church I grew up in. We bought a house and started growing our family within miles of where we grew up and the people that raised us. What a blessing it has been being so close to family.   I'm passionate about people. I love people and I love seeing people win. I've found from my experiences, work, and adventures that I want to use the power that words have in a way to encourage, bring life, better those listening, all to advance the Kingdom in the name of Jesus. My wife Sydney and I have one biological son Briggs. We also have been fostering for awhile and have had 6 children in and out of our home. We currently have one foster son. We are also in the process of adopting from Liberia and are patiently awaiting to be united with this child in the near future. The Smiths desire to do as we've been called: we will be present, love unrelenting, dream big by doing all things for, with, and because of God. We believe that the best is yet to come, yet we desire to do all that we can with the time we have and with the people we love the most. We want our legacy to outlive us, one that points to Jesus first, our care for others next, and the passions for life itself in our humble pursuit of the Lord. We've stepped out in faith to be a blessing to you. Let us know how we can best serve you and partner to bring about transformation, development, and Kingdom impact. Connect with Preston Website: www.wordsbypreston.com

Are you feeling the call to serve as a coach in the psychedelic space but something's holding you back? Let's talk about the top four reasons why people get the jitters when it comes to jumping into this vibrant and emerging field! FEAR. Self-Doubt Criticism Safety Concerns Firstly, it's natural to feel some fear of the unknown. After all, the psychedelic space is still relatively new, and who knows what kind of experiences you might encounter? But guess what? The unknown is where the magic happens, and that's why we need courageous folks like you to step up and pave the way. Secondly, self-doubt can be a buzzkill for even the most badass coaches out there. But let me tell you something, my friend. You are exactly who the world needs right now. You've got the passion, the empathy, and the skills to guide people through these transformative experiences. So channel your inner rockstar and go show the world what you're made of. Thirdly, haters gonna hate. It's a sad fact, but some people just don't get it. They might try to bring you down, or question your motives, but don't let them dim your shine. You've got a purpose, a calling, and a unique set of skills that only you can bring to the table. So embrace your inner unicorn, and show the world what you're capable of. Lastly, safety concerns can be a real buzzkill when it comes to stepping up as a coach in the psychedelic space. But let me tell you, with proper training, support, and self-care, you've got this. You're a rockstar, a trailblazer, and a psychedelic warrior. So go forth, and help to shape the future of this emerging field. In summary, don't let fear, self-doubt, haters, or safety concerns hold you back from serving as a coach in the psychedelic space. You've got a unique set of skills, a perspective that nobody else has, and a language that only those you are destined to serve can hear. So go out there and inspire, uplift, and transform lives like the rockstar coach that you are!   https://condorcoach.com/

This week fellow RA, Robert Evers (MSc, RT (R) (MR) (CV) (CT), RRA), joins hosts Marcelene Forbus (RT (R), RPA) and Reece Burgoon (RT (R), RRA) and shares with us his pathways through his extensive career. We get to learn about how his RT role led him through his career path as a Director of Operations and Physician Practice Manager and how others can venture down the liaison route. Together we share our thoughts on the struggles between the RT and RA education but how rewarding the career path has been when it is all said and done. We share about where Mr. Evers is currently working and how the RA roles work well with residents, attending, and board certified radiologist. We also spend some time sharing his raw thoughts on MARCA and discuss what advocacy has looked like. What we enjoyed most about this episode is that it takes us through so many of the hardships and successes that our profession has faced over the years. In the end we share the same conclusion that to reach the success we want for our profession it will require lifting one another up and inspiring support for the advancement of the RA. Thank you to everyone for the continued support, endless advocacy, and encouragement when many of us have felt unheard. Together we can make BIG impacts and that's the goal of this podcast! If you would like to join in the conversation, look for us at www.collaborationRA.com! WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU!

Does this sound familiar? ⭐You are flipping through family photos but there is someone missing. YOU! You shy away from the camera because you don't feel confident in how your skin looks. ⭐ You feel anxious going into a store to purchase skincare products because you don't know where to start and what would actually work for you. Well friend, this is also exactly how I felt and I ended up ignoring my skin for way too long because of it. I tried a number of skincare products that caused breakouts and dryness, the exact opposite of what I was looking for. I even tried prescription medication and that made my skin even worse (and was even painful at times!). But I was determined to find something that would work. When I connected with Julie Longyear, Owner, CEO, and Head Herbal Chemist of Blissoma, I found all the answers I'd been looking for! If it wasn't for Julie creating Blissoma's all natural line of products there's a real possibility that I would still be ignoring my skin and hiding from the camera. I'm now feel confident again in my skin, something I didn't think would ever happen! So my friend, if you want to feel confident in your skin, while knowing that your new skincare routine is actually good for your skin, join Julie and I as we chat about all things skincare and what it means to live by design and not default!
