She is dedicated to helping people take their health and happiness into their own hands, believing in their own magic and the power to heal from within. Her work as a Kindergarten teacher (and recovering perfectionist and people-pleaser) taught her so much about how we need to be able to fill our own cups and feel safe, loved, accepted and connected in order to help children to do the same. She uses her teaching background, her experience supporting children with exceptionalities along with her own personal experience healing from a brain injury to help support others with invisible “disabilities” (or better yet...SUPERPOWERS!).Her first book - Eat, Play, Love - is out now and can be purchased hereEverything about Amanda's services and how to follow her is here - https://www.mindbodysoulmiracles.com/

I hit record after feeling fired up - in the best possible way - after reading an article from another "Corporate Survivor" about burnout, recovery, comfort zones and rest ... it's a LOT easier to say screw the hustle than it is to actually live in alignment with that and so we struggle and there is resistance. I am talking today about everything from the Great Resignation that is taking place to Hustle Culture, Workplaces and my strategies for shifting my mindset around work, productivity and reshaping my life! Here is the article that was so juicy and hit home for me - https://www.stuff.co.nz/life-style/wellbeing/300427640/what-if-my-panic-zone-is-my-comfort-zone-the-new-burnout-book-thats-here-to-blow-your-mind

This is a very personal share about my divorce. I discuss what I have realized about navigating through this season, where I am at emotionally and how that is impacting my life. I talk about some of the negative language around divorce that just doesn't resonate for me OR help an already hard thing. I also talk about how women struggle in silence rather than opening up about their pain and feeling the freedom that comes with sharing and being heard and seen. I urge you - no matter what your struggle is - to find a trusted person to share with so you can become empowered and stop hiding. Thank you in advance for letting me share this personal news with you. I appreciate your privacy for my family.

Kerry had built a very successful corporate career when "the Event" changed a lot and suddenly. She's a fun and playful mom, an active and welcoming part of her community and in recent years she has become an amazing artist too. Kerry shares with us an amazing initiative she is working on to make an impact with her art and I hope you will all show your support and purchase some of her wonderful holiday ornaments.Visit hereshecreates.com and on the shop page you will find all the details and an Etsy link.
Today's conversation with Steph from @RosieLifewithGrey is truly special. Steph shares with us an incredible, scary and hopeful journey she has been on with her CF struggle. Cystic Fibrosis is a rare disease and as such it is not properly supported in Canada. She shares her unbelievable and heroic story of fighting to breath and get her hands on a new medication, not yet in Canada, to help her do that. Now years later she has dramatically improved her lung capacity (however it is still under 50%) and she has become an advocate for other CF families trying to gain access to this lifechanging medication. Steph is a true advocate - she is an amazing voice for families and patients, she knows the facts and she is creative and determined online where she gets her message out. I also love following Steph and her family because she has those down to earth IG bestie vibes and you just know sitting on her pretty fall porch sharing a tea would be the most healing and fun afternoon!More about CFGetLoud - https://www.cfgetloud.ca/Follow Stephanie @rosielifewithgrey
