Just because it's “natural” doesn't mean it's safe. Too many herbalists are out here sipping teas and tossing herbs into tinctures with zero understanding of how they actually work. That's not holistic healing. That's gambling... In this free 5-day course, I'm teaching you the same framework I give my clinical students—the 4 Levels of Herb Safety. You'll learn how to stop treating herbs like they're all equal, and start using them with the reverence, responsibility, and wisdom they require. By the time we're done, you'll:

The classes and videos take an approach that all can not only understand, but learn from without complicating things. He started foraging in 2008 and since then has covered thousands of miles on foot foraging and learning plants in his state of Indiana. Josh often spends 40 or more hours a week in nature and loves to encourage others to connect with nature and themselves. He has worked with girl scout troops, boy scout troops, and conservation societies in his state. The connection with nature goes deep as he has healed himself from depression and controlled a lifelong struggle with it and suicidal thoughts by connecting with nature in unconventional ways. He loves giving thanks to nature and embraces the title of “Tree Hugger,” challenging the idea that being called a “Tree Hugger” is a bad thing. His approach to teaching is down to earth and often times will include some light humor and references to popular media as a way to bring us all together. His Youtube channel and business is named after his favorite plant, Trillium, because of the trinity of leaves representing healthful Mind, Soul, and Nature. Read more about his offerings at: https://www.trilliumwildedibles.com and check out his excellent free foraging videos at: @TrilliumWildEdibles Enjoy more of Wolf's Plant Healer's Path vids housed here: Plant Healer's Path on YouTube And SUBSCRIBE to the HerbRally YouTube channel to not miss any of its frequent postings. *Your likes and comments on this video are much appreciated by us all!*
