Seth and Megan are parents who know that no matter how much you plan and prep, kids always throw a curveball. When Seth and Megan began this journey to help families, there were a lot of myths about diet and exercise that they fell for in the beginning like thinking you had to work out hard every day, thinking their diet had to be perfect, without any of the sweets and treats they loved. Fortunately, they now know otherwise. Now, they work out less (but more consistently), eat healthier more often (but still enjoy sweets and treats regularly) and are in better shape than they've ever been in (and aren't worried about losing that progress).
