Tudy, known as Coach Tudes discovered her passion for health and fitness, after the birth of her fifth child. “ I'd come to a place where my depression and anxiety consumed me. I hadn't dealt with a lot of my traumas and my mental health was suffering tremendously. I knew I was at a pivotal point, where I could take the route of seeking medication or considering another option. I chose to look at my diet and nutrition as the source that needed to be tackled at that time.Through this journey, I recognized the gift I was able to provide others who witnessed my transformation. My healing journey has confirmed my purpose”. Instagram:https://www.instagram.com/tudestake_/

Lets get it!!! Lets Talk about the 4 inner child wounds What is inner child- The concept of the inner child was first proposed by phycologist Carl Jung after he examined his own child-like feelings and emotions. Inner child work also known as inner child healing it is a way to address your needs that haven't been met as a child and it also heals the attachment wounds. Inner child wound is basically when a child never grows up, they could be 50 years old in chronological age, but they act as if they are eight years old. Sometimes life stops when trauma is not treated. Inner Child Wound- is When a child Is emotionally and mentally injured, neglected, or even abused during their childhood. Those inner wounds never heal unless they are treated through therapy and or coaching or any other healing modality used to help those who want to heal, heal. Inner childhood wounds are the parts of the psyche that remains full incessance, awe and wonder. When our inner child is healthy and we are connected to them we tend to be invigorated, inspired and excited. However, what happens when our inner child is wounded from past trauma, and we are disconnected from them? When we ignore the inner child in our psyche, as adults we tend to feel disconnected from life, tired empty and unhappy. When we ignore the inner child, it shows up in our behaviors. We settle for things and people we have no business settling for. Find out why you attract the people and crowds you attract. Self-Discovery takes work and I know you can do the work. People who experienced an inner childhood wound are those children who suffered from Emotional neglect and Psychological Neglect and physical neglect.Children naturally crave and deserve to have their needs met and to feel safe and loved. However even in todays advanced society many kids are neglected and wounded. It's time to heal your inner child wound That Abonnement Wound That Trust Wound That Neglect Wound That Guilt Wound Lets Connect:The JS Self-Care Mind Body& Soul Podcasthttps://10000cards.com/card/jsselfcarehttps://www.instagram.com/jsselfcare/Jsselfcare.orghttps://www.facebook.com/groups/488120361814671/https://linktr.ee/Jsselfcare

Today lets dive into 5 Types of Boundaries for our intimate relationships. We all want to be in a healthy prosperous relationship. Effective boundaries keep your relationship strong and healthy. Nobody has time to live in an unhealthy relationship. Boundaries refer to limits that you put in place to protect your physical, emotional, intellectual, financial, and sexual well-being. When boundaries are clearly communicated, along with the consequences for breaking them, your partner understands your expectations. You can't set a boundary without a consequence. Boundaries without a consequence is pointless. There are 5 boundaries to consider implementing in your relationship. In order to establish effective personal boundaries, you have to know yourself, communicate your boundaries to others, and follow through with the consequences. Boundaries are for you and about you. They are about respecting your needs in your relationship. When you are comfortable about something in your relationship, but don't speak up and share it with your partner, resentment can build. Here are five relationship boundaries to consider help keep your relationship strong. Self-Care is something I know many of us struggle with, but we don't have too. It took me a long time to finally learn what self-care really meant and how to get to a place where I love me more than anyone in this world.I love my listeners and my viewers so much that I want you all to know that I love you very much. For the next hour, the next day, the next three months, six months, the next year even focus on yourself your health and your happiness. Don't wait another minute. Don't make another excuse. You've focused on everything and everyone else most of your life , now is the time to focus on you. It's time to pass the green light GO GO GO. It all starts and ends with you. Now what are you going to do? Are you going to start taking care of you or are you going to continue to run on auto pilot and take care of others and hope and pray they take care of yu because you sacrificed your mental health to take care of them? Here are some of my words of wisdom somethings I must remind myself to do me. Because I can only take care of me and I can't expect others to do it for me. As I stated it all starts and ends with me. It all starts and ends with you. Daily Self Care Affirmations are an amazing tool to help you and I on our journey of self-care.Self-Care is so important, it needs to be a non-negotiable. So if you have been feeling like you're lacking in self-care try these affirmations out.Self-care is the most important thing you can learn in your life, in my opinion. You have to learn to be comfortable with yourself to be truly happy. Lacking self-care will cause all sorts of problems in your life. Meaning we will be too busy putting everyone self-care before our own. And that's a whole problem within itselfI know this from first-hand experiences, it took me 41 years to finally love myself and some days I still struggle. On those days, I use my affirmations of self-care and other self-love tools to get rid of the negativity. So let's get into the self-care affirmations. Remember all these affirmations may not resonate with you but the ones that do please put them in your self-care tool boxes.21 Success is defined by my willingness to keep going.22.I commit to get out of my head and get into the world223I am worthy of love, flaws and all.24.I accept all of me with love.25.I deserve to be happy.26.Like everyone, I have both strengths and weaknesses.27.No one is perfect.28.We are all works in progress.29.I believe in myself.30.I am enough.Follow JS Self-careInstagram:https://www.instagram.com/jsselfcare/?hl=enLinktree:https://linktr.ee/JsselfcareYouTube:https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCvVtp_WNeguyPsnVR2b29GQ?reload=9
Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes. You might consider affirmations to be unrealistic "wishful thinking." But try looking at positive affirmations this way: many of us do repetitive exercises to improve our physical health, and affirmations are like exercises for our mind and outlook. These positive mental repetitions can reprogram our thinking patterns so that, over time, we begin to think – and act – differently because we are reminding ourselves daily that we can do all things. All we have to do is speak those things into existence.Affirmations 11-2011. I choose to go through my trauma that I experienced in the past so it won't affect my present and future 12. My past does not determine my future. 13.. I release myself from the weight of my regrets.14.I revoke permission to punish myself for my mistakes.15. I am growing wiser each day.16.I accept my failures, but they don't define me.17 I am resilient. I am built ford tuff. 18 I try my best, and that is all I can do.19. I honor my life's path.20. My goal is progress, not perfection.Lets Connect:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jsselfcare/?hl=enLinktree;https://linktr.ee/Jsselfcare
Affirmations are short powerful statements that we say to ourselves daily. Those powerful affirmations can be said for self-growth or for self-sabotage . You listen to you always remember that . What you say to yourself is what you believe. 1-You are human2- Everybody messes up sometime.3- At least you tried at least you put yourself out there.4- You shouldn't be so hard on yourself.5- I am learning from my mistakes6- I Can go through what I need to go through so I can move on.7 Beating Yourself up isn't going helpful. 8. I will keep trying9.It's never too Late to change 10. If you truly truly want to respect yourself , then you have to accept yourself, and work on becoming the person you want to be become the person you dreamed of becoming. All you have to do is take the steps to know how to feel happy with who you are and make those you come across and the world treat you as you deserve to be treated. You all know that saying People treat you the way you allow them to treat you. Boundaries and consequences are needed for all relationships. When you create boundaries with consequences that allows you to show others that you respect yourself and they have no other choice but to respect you.

Self-Care is Important.Self -Care should be at the top of your non-negotiable list Anyone can tell you to start taking better care of yourself, you and only you can start taking care of you. People can tell us all about the importance of self-care hell I can tell you all about taking care of yourself , but at the end of the day you have to believe that self-care is important you have to be the one to take care you. The very first step is recognizing that you deserve to be cared for just as much as you care for others. So, the most important question to ask yourself is How do I take care of myself as well as I take care others. This is a real question I had to ask myself the same question and the answered scared the hell out of me. The reason it scared the living shit out of me is because I couldn't answer the question, I literally thought Self-care was getting your hair and nails done and not to forget them good old massages. I used to always take a picture of me at the salon and I would say I'm getting my self-Care on not knowing that was self-maintenance and self-soothing. I now know that self-care is literally taking care of yourself from the inside mentally to the outside not from the outside to the inside. I now know that self-care is not limited self-care is limitless. So, I ask you to sit with your thoughts and Ask Yourself How do I take care of me.
If you have or want a romantic relationship, you probably want a healthy one, right? But what's a healthy relationship, exactly? Well, it depends. Healthy relationships don't look the same for everyone since people have different needs. Your specific needs around communication, sex, affection, space, shared hobbies or values, and so on may change throughout the life of the relationship. So, a relationship that works in your 20s may be nothing like the relationship you want in your 30s. Relationships that don't align with more traditional definitions of a relationship can still be healthy. For example, people who practice polyamory or ethical non-monogamy might define a healthy relationship somewhat differently than people who practice monogamy. In short, “healthy relationship” is a broad term because what makes a relationship thrive depends on the needs of the people in it.Let's all work on being a in healthy prosperous relationship. I know we all heard the things we say to ourselves are the things we believe. So, if you say you're no good guess what you are going to be believe how no good you really are. Much has been written about the power of positive thinking and positive speaking. I have worked hard to become aware of my negative thoughts and the way I communicate with myself aka self-talk. I want you to take this time and think about your thoughts and the way you speak to yourself.I have also worked hard to replace those thoughts and conversations with resilient and uplifting thoughts and self-talk. My strongest, negative self-talks were “You are not good enough”. You Are Crazy…So on and so on, But it was and continues (in rare moments) to be only a thought not my reality. It has been estimated that up to 90% of some people's self-talk is negative. WOW! That is heavy but we have a choice. We can hang on, strengthen, minimize, or let go of thoughts. And yes, reprogramming negative self-talk takes awareness, emotional intelligence, and committed effort. Are you ready to take on your negative self-talk? If you're ready let's do it lets transform like the transformers. When the negative thought or talk comes your way change it into a positive self-talk and positive thoughts. Stop saying you are a failure you are not nobodies failure you are a overcoming, You are a person who can and will get through it. You are way more than a conquer.Social Media Links:https://www.instagram.com/jsselfcare/?hl=enhttps://m.youtube.com/channel/UCvVtp_WNeguyPsnVR2b29GQ?reload=9Jsselfcare.orghttps://www.facebook.com/groups/488120361814671/https://open.spotify.com/show/3tV2AzkQa2reYwv7yW7k1Rhttps://linktr.ee/Jsselfcare
I ask do you have a fixed mindset or a growth mindset. Before You answer the question listen to this weeks episode. You might be surprised that in areas of your life you actually have a fixed mindset.Having a fixed mindset can limit your success and happiness in life. Because your mindset strongly influences your quality of life, living with the right mindset is critical to being happy and gaining a sense of fulfillment. But in order to have the best mindset, you have to focus on strategies to help you get into the best belief system and optimize your potential. Your mindset is the sum of your thoughts and beliefs that determine how you make sense of yourself, your immediate environment, and the world.Social Media.https://www.instagram.com/jsselfcare/?hl=enhttps://m.youtube.com/channel/UCvVtp_WNeguyPsnVR2b29GQ?reload=9https://linktr.ee/Jsselfcare

Reading about these lessons is one thing, but it's hard to adopt these new ideas if you've developed different behaviors and habits over the years. If you take the time now to work on new mindsets and behaviors, you won't experience regret years down the road when you realize how important these practices are. Choose one or two to work on over the next few months. Write down a list of behaviors you need to change or mindsets you want to adjust, as well as action steps to help you make these changes. Create a reminder and accountability system to help you stay on track with your goals. And be sure to celebrate your accomplishments as you adopt these life teachings as a permanent part of your character. I truly hope these life lesson was helpful to you and you are able to apply them to your daily lives. If by any chance you didn't listen to series on life lesson I suggest you go back and listen. Some people think that what happens in their lives is out of their control. I beg the differ I feel that some of the things that happen in our lives can be control. The reason I feel this way is because for one we have the power to say no we have the power to stop the people pleasing behavior and we also have the power to learn from the lesson we learn, Instead of doing the same thing an expecting a different result each time . Don't be gluten for punishment. The folks who think what happens beyond their control wait passively for what life dishes out to them. They may have minimal goals, and they are the ones who usually hope for the best that life will be kind to them and that they will eventually be at the right place and at the right time. While other people meanwhile, realize that life is a great opportunity for growing, learning and evolving and for realizing their full potentials. These people proactively try to understand how the world works. They set goals and learn all they can as they set out in the direction of their dreams. People who believe that they have control over their lives attain success because they pay attention to the lessons that life teaches them. Some of these lesson are learned the hard way. However, by learning to cope with the challenges, one can come out of the experiences wiser and stronger, more able to face whatever else lies ahead. There are so many lessons I wish I had learned while I was young enough to appreciate and apply them. The thing with wisdom, and often with life lessons in general, is that they're learned in retrospect, long after we needed them. The good news is that other people can benefit from our experiences and the lessons we've learned. In life we all need to know and understand that we are going to learn some lessons that could change us or keep us stuck in places we want to be and in places we have no business being in. Life is a continuous learning experience. Throughout our lives we keep rising and falling, picking up important lessons along the way. Some of these lessons come from experience, yet there are others that we learn watching others or reading in books for example. No matter how much we learn from the books there is a significant difference between practical and theoretical experience. Furthermore, there are many life lessons that we simply cannot learn until we face certain situations in our life. Most people would say that there are some lessons that come too late, catching us off-guard and unprepared. For the next few weeks we will be discussing life lessons that we need to learn if we haven't already. Grab your pens and papers or your favorite electronic devices so you can jot down some needed notes. Here are 6 Life lesson we need to learn if we haven't learned them already 1- Money will never solve all your real problems 2- You can't Please Everyone 3- You don't always Get What You want 4- It's not all about you 5- There's No shame in not Knowing 6- Don't Take anything for Granted Make Sure we are following one another on Social media. https://www.instagram.com/jsselfcare/ Jsselfcare.org https://www.facebook.com/groups/488120361814671/ https://linktr.ee/Jsselfcare Disclaimer: This podcast is for educational purposes only. The purpose of the 12 steps is to recover from compulsive, out-of-control behaviors and restore manageability and order into our lives. It's a way of seeing that your behavior is only a symptom, a sort of "check engine" light to discovering what's really going on under the hood. No. While it's true that the 12 Steps were originally based on the principles of a spiritual organization, the world isn't the same as it was in 1935 when AA and the 12 Step program was founded. The word "God" was eventually replaced with "Higher Power" to be more accessible to everyone, regardless of faith traditions or beliefs. A Higher Power doesn't have to be God; it could be nature, the universe, fate, karma, your support system, the recovery group itself, medical professionals or whatever you feel is outside of and greater than yourself/your ego. What you believe to be a Higher Power is a very personal thing. 12 Steps Defined According to Alcoholics Anonymous, and the behavior change the 12 steps are as follows:2 1. We admitted we were powerless over drugs alcohol and behaviors—that our lives had become unmanageable. 2. We Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to back sanity. 3. Make a decision to turn your will and your lives over to the care of God as we understood Him. 4. Make a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves. 5. Admit to God, and to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs. 6. Be entirely ready to have God remove all your Character defects 7. Humbly asked the universe to remove your shortcomings. 8. Make a list of persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all When its safe 9. Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others. 10. Continue to take a personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it. 11.Sought through prayer and meditation to improve your conscious contact with God as you understand Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out. 12. Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to all and to practice these principles in all our affairs throughout life. The 12 Steps to Recovery People who have embraced the twelve step to recovery have found that it not only provides them the means to stop drinking, using illegal substances or even helped them to look at their behaviors even if they never used drugs. The 12 Steps offers people a structural framework by which to live a productive and fulfilling life. The 12 steps originated from Alcoholic Anonymous by the AA founders Bill Wilson and Bob Smith they also used those same 12 steps for substance abuses , as an advocate for Parental substance abuse I learned that I may not be an recovering addict from substance or alcohol . These 12 steps can be applied to every ones lives. 12 steps are applicable for all aspects of our lives. Many members of 12-step recovery programs2 have found that these steps were not merely a way to overcome addiction and unwarranted behaviors, but they became a guide toward a new way of life. Now who doesn't want to live a new way of life. The Twelve Steps themselves are the essence of Alcoholics and substance abuse Anonymous. But now I am asking those who are not addicted to incorporate the twelve steps as well. They are the directions meant to provide people with a path to lasting sobriety and a substance-free lifestyle and also to living a better life style. I want us to also incorporate these 12 steps in our self-care lives some of may not be addicted to substances or alcohol, but we are surely addicted to putting others first before us. We have other addictions and that's why others programs are incorporating these 12 steps in their facilities and programs. By exploring the steps in depth and seeing how others have applied the principles in their lives, you can use them to gain insight into your own experiences, and to gain strength and hope for your own recovery. I missed you all. No matter what adjectives you use to describe drug addiction, its effects on family, friends and others are often devastating and heartbreaking to witness. The physical, psychological and spiritual dimensions of addiction give the addict a sort of tunnel vision, and they will spare no expense in keeping their substance abuse going–even if it means putting those they love the most on the back burner. The tremendous impacts of substance abuse is especially profound in children of parents who are in the grips of drug and alcohol addiction. For these children, they can experience minor neglect up to full-blown physical, mental and even sexual abuse. Children obviously look to their parents as role models. For parents who are struggling with substance abuse, it can cause immense trauma and a child's emotional and psychological development can be impact to a degree that can be beyond repair. If you know a child whom parents are using alcohol or drugs or both talk to that child. That child has witnessed a lot and don't want to be removed. As an advocate and a person who is bringing awareness I want you to know that you are not alone and I am here to hold that safe space. I come with life experiences and I will never judge you. People we meet show us who they are, as we show them who we are. We see the red flags which could result into abusive behaviors and we believe in our heart of hearts that we can change them. I've said this over and over again you can't change anyone people have to want to change. And If people don't want to change it is, there right to remain the same. It's up you to decide if this is something you want to be a part of. So once again I say you can't Love the red flags out of a person. Sorry but not sorry While in those the early stages of a budding romance, we are all at our best. Sometimes the excitement and infatuation can blind you to everything else. It can blind you so much that you would think that you can love the red flags out of a person. The blinder can make red flags almost impossible to spot. But think about what you've learned from past relationships. You know more than you realize! Staying keen to these red flags now which can help you avoid hurt in the future. Life can be complicated but if you follow and apply these seven rules of life, Life can be easier. The seven rules of life can remind you where to focus and invest your energy, so you can enjoy life more. I can't say following the 7 rules of life won't be challenging to follow, but it will be beneficial. All you have to do is Taylor the rules to your life. These simple Rules of advice can be applied to every circumstance in your life. Letting go of burdensome ideas and unnecessary responsibilities is the first step toward your health and freedom. Focusing on overcoming offenses and being patient with yourself are vital forms of self-care. I tend to use inspirational words around me on a regular basis to boost myself up, motivated myself or I even remind myself of the things that are true. I am a true believer that words matter, and they have a huge impact on us. Although I don't know who wrote the seven rules of Life I find that every time I read them again and again, one rule hits my heart at a certain time and it reminds me of what I need or what I should let go because it's none of my business. Rachael is am amazing singin Chef. I am so happy and honered she chose this podcast to share her story. While Rachel was operating her rapidly scaling business in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Rachel Joi endured an all white boycott in an effort to shut down her innovative, new restaurant Hope's Kitchen Eateries. Emotions flared! Tears were shed. Hopes were dashed. After escaping a near lynching experience, Rachel Joi escaped the chaos by bringing Hope's Kitchen Eateries to Poughkeepsie, NY. Poughkeepsie offered joy, acceptance, and nourishment that her broken heart needed in order to heal. Before fleeing for her life, the boycotters hatefully used to refer to her as "The Doughnut Lady" because she was reduced to only selling doughnuts and doughnut sandwiches. Though it was a bestseller, the teasing left a bad taste in her mouth about doughnuts. Now those doughnuts have become an inner motivator for The SIngin' Chef to overrule systemic racism in the culinary world by any means necessary.
