At 24, Dr. Kate Davis was diagnosed with gastroparesis, an illness that causes severe bloating and constipation. Her gastroenterologist suggested a drug with an extreme side effect, or surgery. She went instead to a chiropractor who specializes in myofascial release, and after a light massage, her symptoms alleviated. Fascia is a thin tissue surrounding our muscles. Waste, tension, toxins and even trauma can live in this tissue, causing lymphatic stagnation and tightness throughout the body if not properly released. Dr. Davis also recommends parasite cleanses, but she asserts that any form of cleanse, detox or release requires a detailed picture of how your body functions before beginning the detox process. Your internal physiology is unique. What's up Pack fans, you're locked into Tundra FM where the filters are completely off. Brick Lombardi coming through the wreckage after two brutal weeks that felt like pure torture. We jumped out to a 10-0 lead against Philly thinking we finally turned the corner, only for everything to melt down in spectacular fashion. Then we relived the nightmare against the Panthers. Missed throws, dropped passes, offensive line panic mode, and a total inability to move the chains. Eight straight quarters of watching this team fall apart right in front of us. We also diagnosed the sickness — that nonexistent pass rush and what Arizona might offer as a cure. But then we flipped the script to the bright side with OTA vibes. Jordan Love looking ice cold, stadium bombs in practice, young guys flying around, and the whole NFC starting to sweat again. You really think you're getting Green Bay out your head? AI is being sold as one of the greatest advancements of our time. A tool that could transform how we work, learn, heal, create and live. But like everything, the real question is not just what AI can do. It is how it is being used, who is controlling it, what it is costing, and what it may be changing in us.In this important conversation, I'm joined by Kim Dammegard from Awake & Unite to explore the good, the bad and the ugly of artificial intelligence. We talk about AI and censorship, data harvesting, surveillance, regulation, energy and water use, jobs, human relationships, health, spirituality, and what happens when convenience starts replacing human thinking, intuition and real-world skills. We also explore whether there is a grounded, practical way to move into an AI future without losing our humanity, our health, our discernment, or our connection to nature and each other. This is not a black-and-white conversation. It is about asking better questions now, before we drift into a future we did not consciously choose.————————————————In this conversation we discuss:✅ what AI actually is and how it is evolving✅ the difference between AI and AGI✅ censorship and filtered information✅ regulation, surveillance and data privacy✅ AI in health, holistic health and personalised medicine✅ AI and the loss of human skills, intuition and critical thinking✅ energy use, water use and environmental cost✅ robotics, warfare and control systems✅ jobs, dependency and the future of work✅ why balance, awareness and human connection matter more than ever————————————————Kim Dammegard is an artist, researcher and the voice behind Awake & Unite. Her work explores the intersection of AI, crypto, spirituality and holistic health, with a strong focus on helping people navigate the great AI transition in a more conscious and empowered way.————————————————Connect with Kim:https://substack.com/@kimawakeandunitehttps://www.instagram.com/kimawakeandunite/————————————————✨ Experience FLFE Free for 15 Days (No Credit Card Needed)Support clarity, coherence, and resilience in your life by living in a high-consciousness field.FLFE isn't something you take. Now what we're about to say can be ported into all Abrahamic Religions, but for the sake of this one, we'll use the mental operating system that is American Christianity — A carnival of faith, commerce, redemption, and far too often - lunacy. Like most grand human enterprises, it contains both admirable moral courage and breathtaking hypocrisy. One might say it has produced both saints and salesmen. Let us take the good, the bad, the ugly, and the psychotic in turn. These insight sub-episodes are mirrored on our primary YouTube channel which can be found at https://www.youtube.com/@NilesHeckman/videos

Prior authorizations among Medicare Advantage plans have drawn criticism and concern from patients, providers, lawmakers, and regulators. But hospitals and doctors are uniquely positioned to advocate for their patients' access to and coverage for care. What's necessary is the need to understand the rules of the process. And Medicare Advantage plans have many of them.During the next live edition of the venerable Monitor Monday, the Internet broadcast, Richelle Marting, a healthcare attorney, and certified coder, will help you understand when and how Medicare Advantage plans can use prior authorizations for the critical protections you need to know to advocate for patient care.Broadcast segments will also include these instantly recognizable features:• Monday Rounds: Ronald Hirsch, MD, vice president of R1 RCM, will be making his Monday Rounds.• The RAC Report: Healthcare attorney Knicole Emanuel, partner at the law firm of Nelson Mullins, will report the latest news about auditors.• Risky Business: Healthcare attorney David Glaser, shareholder in the law offices of Fredrikson & Byron, will join the broadcast with his trademark segment.• Legislative Update: Matthew Albright of Zelis, will report on current healthcare legislation.

Witness the historic turnaround of the 2025 Carolina Panthers as they defied preseason odds to capture their first NFC South division title since 2015. Under the leadership of head coach Dave Canales and GM Dan Morgan, the Panthers became the first team in NFL history to win two division titles with a losing record, finishing 8-9. This recap dives deep into the development of quarterback Bryce Young, who set a franchise record with 448 passing yards in a single game and notched his 10th career game-winning drive. We also break down the historic campaign of Tetairoa McMillan, who led all NFL rookies in receptions, yards, and touchdowns to become the favorite for Offensive Rookie of the Year. From defensive cornerstones like Derrick Brown and Pro Bowler Jaycee Horn to the breakout rushing of Rico Dowdle, we provide a full statistical summary of every player's production during this playoff-bound season.
José Bowen shares about the second edition of Teaching with AI on episode 605 of the Teaching in Higher Ed podcast. Quotes from the episode I do think that we are going to have to figure out how to focus on student learning in an era where students have this new technology that will short-circuit the learning we want. -José Bowen My advice to people is that I know we’re overwhelmed, so don’t ask AI to do something you love. Ask AI to do something that you hate. -José Bowen The real problem with AI privacy is that now we have a tool that can mine all that, right? I’m more worried about AI as a tool for analysis and observation, and how that’s going to change the world in which we live. -José Bowen I think the potential is, you’re probably going to get more bias because people are going to use AI poorly. And so bias and privacy are two categories of ugly that are pretty big. -José Bowen Resources Teaching with AI: A Practical Guide to a New Era of Human Learning, second edition, by José Antonio Bowen and C. Headlines and the good, the bad and the ugly. It doesn't matter how you win in the NFL, they all count the same, but yesterday's win sits on the shoulder's of the Seahawks defense after they bailed Sam Darnold out repeatedly. Should we be concerned about Sam Darnold's turnovers as we head into the final week of the regular season and the playoffs? The first half of yesterday's game was ugly offensively, but they figured it out in the 2nd half yet again, meanwhile the defense continues to dominate. :30- Should Kyle Shanahan win Coach of the year? Even we have to admit that what he's done with this 49er team this year is impressive. Purdy has been good and McCaffrey has been healthy and the niners keep find a way to win with those two. :45- We always here from Seahawks head coach Mike MacDonald after a game and today is no different! What did Coach have to say about the win and the turnover concern?

Christmas is meant to be magical — but the reality is often far more complicated. In this honest and unfiltered episode, Caroline Stanbury and Sergio Carrallo sit down together to talk about the side of Christmas that nobody really talks about. From joy, connection, and beautiful moments, to loneliness, guilt, pressure, and emotional overwhelm — this conversation explores why the holidays can bring out both the best and the hardest parts of relationships. They dive into the reality of blended families: navigating different traditions, split time with children, extended families, compromises, disagreements, and the unspoken expectations that often surface at Christmas. When everyone wants something different, it's easy to feel torn between love, obligation, and what feels right. This episode is for anyone who has ever felt that Christmas didn't look the way it was “supposed to” — and wondered if they were the only one.The good. The bad.And the ugly — finally said out loud.Christmas isn't always merry.Caroline Stanbury and Sergio Carrallo talk honestly about love, guilt, loneliness, and the reality of blended families during the holidays — no filters, no pretending.
If you're playing youth sports, you're experiencing winning and losing regularly. Some experience one more than the other, but over the course of time, we all experience both. As parents and coaches, how do we teach young athletes the value of responding properly to both? Do we even model the right responses, or are we also too caught up in the results? On this episode, Jeff, Britt, and Brad discuss why we all want to win, the positive aspects that result, while also talking about the positive aspects of losing (yes, there really are some). They also share their thoughts on the bad responses to both winning and losing, from arrogance to sour attitudes, from kids and parents alike. Finally, we've all seen ugly examples of really poor responses to both winning and losing and the guys call some of these out as a reminder to all of us to seize these opportunities to teach out young athletes to compete to win, to win with grace, and to respond to losing with the right attitude. This episode has something for everyone - don't miss it.
Prime Minister Mark Carney and Alberta Premier Danielle Smith put pen to paper this past week, signing an Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in hopes of strengthening Canada's economy and lessen our dependence on the U.S.Plans for an independently-funded pipeline through British Colombia are in the works, depending on approval from the Major Projects Office and hinged on Indigenous co-ownership.However, not everyone is on board with the terms of the MOU, especially Premier David Eby, as well as Liberal MP Steven Guilbeault who has resigned from the cabinet on Thursday.Host Mark Day speaks to Cormac Mac Sweeney, CityNews Parliament Hill reporter to break down what's needed for this pipeline to materialize in the years to come, and how this MOU could play out for Carney's Liberals. Send us a textWhat if working with your spouse or sibling could be your unfair advantage instead of a constant tug-of-war? We sit down with women leading HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and home service companies to unpack the real playbook for thriving in business together: define lanes, plan ahead, price with confidence, and protect the parts of life that matter most.We start with the stories behind Anchor Heating and Air in Charleston, Rogers Heating & Cooling in Virginia, and High Five's evolution from plumbing into multi-trade services. Each journey highlights a different kind of strength: brand and community marketing that creates loyal customers, operational rigor that keeps KPIs and costs in check, and leadership that builds teams who high-five clients at every turn. Along the way, we talk candidly about setting roles that align with natural talent, why budgets unlock creativity, and how to share the load so growth doesn't steamroll your home life. From there, we get practical. A simple five-year visualization exercise makes planning tangible, cutting through social media hype to choose the company size that actually fits your life. We dig into why new owners should set prices that reflect value, not fear, and how a virtual CFO or coach can fill talent gaps without adding permanent overhead. We also explore boundaries that preserve relationships: hobbies that force presence, hard stops on work talk, and vacations that don't require a printer in the hotel room. The throughline is grace—own the tough year, seek mentors who've done it, and make decisions with context instead of copying playbooks that don't match your market. If you're building a contracting company with a partner, you'll walk away with a clearer org chart, a planning cadence that reduces friction, and the courage to delegate your way back to joy. Want to connect deeper and meet the voices behind these stories? Join us at the We Mean Business Conference in Charleston, Nov 9–11, and let's get better together. That dream of holding your words in your hands, of sharing your story with the world, of finally saying “I did it.” But the truth is — writing a book is not all coffee shop moments and creative bursts. It's a journey filled with resistance, discipline, emotion, and deep personal reflection. And sometimes, the hardest part isn't putting words on the page… it's what you have to let go of to get there. In this solo episode, I'm getting real about my own writing journey — the good, the bad, and yes, the ugly. I've been working on my first solo book for over a year and a half, and today, I'm pulling back the curtain on what this process has really looked like. If you've ever dreamed of writing a book (or finishing any big project), this conversation is for you. Tune in as I share with you: Why writing a book will test your patience — and your priorities The surprising truth about what's really holding you back (hint: it's not time) The fear of “laying things down” and how it keeps us stuck How having a writing buddy changed everything for me My public promise to finally finish and publish my book in 2026

DM “FAT LOSS” To @ Colossusfit On IG to get my free fat loss guide.Summary of episode: In today's episode we are reacting to the internet's top weight loss tips. The good, the bad and the ugly. What is your number one weight loss tip?Listed points:(0:00) - Intro(00:47)Take a real audit of everything you're eating in a typical day (everything, not just meals but also drinks and snacking) and identify easy places where you can cut calories (I started measuring the cream I was adding to my coffee. The amount of half and half I was using before contributed to like 20% of my daily calories lol., dressings, snacks, soda)(02:35) Calorie Deficit, but prioritize protein and fiber / / BUT THAT DOESN'T WORK FOR EVERYBODY!! It only works for people who abide by the laws of thermodynamics.(05:02) Drink the water in Cancun, I lost 22lbs in just four days with this simple trick.(05:49) Portion control. A lot of comments here say to eat less. But few are explaining how. You don't need to skip meals or change the food you eat. You just need to eat less if it. Portion control is the way to do this. (Stop eating a whole bag of chips, have one scoop of ice cream instead of three)(08:03) Get heartbroken / Instructions unclear: ate all the ice cream /(09:05) Absolutely stop drinking alcohol (for those who do drink).(10:54) Whatever you do, no drastic diet please! Just healthy alternatives - one change at a time.(11:52) The most effective change is the one you commit to. That's why most New Years plans are disasters, people commit themselves to 1000 things under the sun.(13:14) Don't trust weight loss tips from strangers on the Internet. / Recovering from an ED and this made me so sad to read. People need to stop. Just freaking stop. For those who don't, start going on walks. Even just for five minutes a day at first. Get your body moving and create that habit. It will grow and eventually lead to daily exercise. Then, you can focus on changing your eating habits.
