Here are some tips to help you keep your momentum.Set your goal: Decide what you want to accomplish or change. This could be a personal or professional goal. Write it down in your planner or keep it on your laptop. Make sure it is visible to you so you can remain present and focused on your goal. Don't be afraid of starting from the beginning, everyone must pass GO!Make a plan: Plan out the steps you intend to take to reach your goal. If your goal is being more active, you might decide to try three new activities this week or plan on calling your friend who often goes running. Setting out times and dates are helpful ways to set yourself up for success and will help you to build habits. Making plans with people who share your goal is a sure way to stay motivated.Focus: Keep it focused, you can't do EVERYTHING. Focus on building one small habit at a time, the rest will follow.Commit: You need to stay committed to your goal if you want to build a habit and eventually change your lifestyle. The 21/90 rule only works if you consistently stick to your plan, the days must be consecutive. If you think you'll have trouble committing, set boundaries. For example, if you need to take a day off make sure you don't miss two in a row.Repeat: Rinse and repeat! Let us see Your Mighty Hand at work in the dark to bring about an end to this sham! Lord Your Torah tells us not to steal and bear false witness against our neighbor. Archives Listen to the Prayer Audio: Heavenly Father, We say You are all we need in anything we face.  You have called us into Your Army to defend Your Kingdom to spread Your Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven.  Thank You Father, for releasing Your Angles to dprotect us in the battle we wage to overcome the enemy and all that has been done against us especially here in America but also for Israel and all the nations who call out to You as the God of all Creation.  O Lord, these are wondrous time for we shall see Your Glory manifest in all the the turmoil that is cause by fear and evil workings of those who have used this virus as another means to overthrow Your Plan for us.   Lord we know that during these days as we celebrate the Passover as it was fulfilled by the death and Resurrection of Your Son we will see the Passover of this evil and like the Hebrew children of old we will not see it affect Your People that as Moses lifted up the serpent on the pole and those who saw it were healed.  We now too look to the Cross of Christ lifted up and by His Blood we will see the miraculous healing in our land and the clouds of destruction will be pierce and rent asunder by the Fire of the Light of Your Son in our day! Father, we are here to use our shield of Faith to protect all of our loved ones and to rpotect the anointed President You have given us!  Heap special protection and blessings on all those who are willingly serving others through this time of health concerns.  Lord, that Your people will awaken to ways in which You have for us to naturally restore our bodies as You have placed healing in us in creation if only will follow Your plan and to cover each of us with the Blood of Your Son and be confident that what we have spoken will be done during this season.  O Lord strengthen us and keep us close to Your heart so that we will see Your Glory manifest in these days!  Your Will be done now and forever! It is either repent or face the Judgment that is their due! Father, in these days we call a Remembrance of Passover, a feast You gave the Hebrew children as sign of Your Promise to come, which has been fulfilled by Your Son, Jesus the Christ! That this will be a time of heartfelt worship of You and not just another ritual we blindly participate in.  But that this bez a time of truly being Thankful for all that has been accomplished when Your Son said as He gave up His spirit: IT IS FINISHED! Father we declare that our temple of the government to be cleansed as are we by the Blood of Yeshuah!  Lord as You drove out the money changers from the temple we too say to the money changers here!  You have our house into a house of thieves, but now more: Out now!  Lord we take upon ourselves the duties to reform our government by electing those who are truly anointed of You to bring us as a nation under You, God with Liberty and Justice for all! Father, we declare a cleansing of the temple of our worship what we call churches that Your Poeple may rise up and bring in righteous men and women to lead us inprayer and worship of You!  That we will see those who are truly of a humble contrite heart lead us as we are told that we will have apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers filled and anointed of the Holy Spirit to lead us in spirit and truth.  Lord the only Gospel we want to hear is that which makes You Master and Lord over us for we have no king, but King Jesus! Father, during these days as we reflect on what we call the Christmas season may we truly cleanse our temple to make the Light of You Love shine through us and pierce the darkness around us.  Lord that we will truly reflect on giving gifts of love and just gifts of manipulation or expectation but truly express our love!  Not to just reward someone which they may deserve but to truly give to one another because it expresses a heart of Love just as You, Father always love us.  You do not put expectations on us.  You ask us to freely love You as You freely love us!  O lord during these times may we learn that great lesson even in our brokenness that Love is what heals and delivers us into the peace and Joy You have destined us to love under now and for all eternity. Father we declare protective love over all those who are weak and heavily burdened in this life those who are poor, those who are orphans, those who are widowed and alone!  We speak words of Comfort and Joy over all those whom have been abused in their life by words or deeds of perversion.  Lord we as men in Your Army declare over all women, whether they be wives, daughters or friends that Love and respect and honor that they deserve for they are made in Your Image.  Lord we reject the image of commercialism and want only the Image of You to burn in our hearts for them!  That we may walk together in spirit in truth to live as You have always wanted us to live in Your Kingdom n...
