The Los Angeles Dodgers are back on US soil and took on the Anaheim Angels of Orange County in the first game of the Freeway Series on Sunday. Before the game, LA star Shohei Ohtani announced that he would speak to the media on Monday about his ongoing saga with former interpreted Ippei Mizuhara, who had some revelations come to light this weekend about possible misrepresentations on his education and work history. Dodgers manager Dave Roberts announced the starting rotation order, including some minor surprises about the order after Tyler Glasnow, with Bobby Miller preceding Yoshinobu Yamamoto and Gavin Stone going before James Paxton.
