Episode 52: Most people try to scale their business by simply making more sales. However, what most entrepreneurs don't realize is that the effort it takes to generate more traffic, the increased ad costs, and the labor required to deliver and support those extra customers makes it the most difficult and least profitable ways to scale. On the other hand, one of the fastest and most profitable ways to scale your business is to simply raise your prices. In this episode, Kristin Gutierrez discusses with us exactly how to do that. She explains how to take any low-ticket offer and add value to it in order to 10x the price (or more), and also how to sell your new high ticket offer in the most leveraged way possible.About Kristin Gutierrez: Kristin is a Best-selling author and founder of Bold Moves Mastery™ where she teaches entrepreneurs the simple 4 step system to crush it. Despite the fact that she used to be deathly afraid of public speaking, she is now a highly sought-after speaker. Called by major industry leaders as “The Get It Done Queen” she has spoken on stages with the likes of Gabrielle Bosché and Eileen Wilder.Check Out Kristin's “Million Dollar Offer Challenge”: https://milliondollarofferchallenge.com/dtConnect with Kristin: YT: https://youtube.com/@confidentleadership FB: https://www.facebook.com/kristininspires IG: https://www.instagram.com/kristinthekeynotespeaker LI: https://www.linkedin.com/in/kristin-gutierrez/ TT: https://tiktok.com/@officialkristingutierrezWant to learn more about how to build a successful online business from the ground up? Gabrielle Bosché became addicted to achievement at an early age. Her incredible drive helped her achieve early success (including publishing her first book at 17!), but it came at a cost to her health and relationships. The unlock in her career journey was connecting her work to her life purpose. She intentionally crafted a career centered around her passions and founded two companies in the process – The Millennial Solution and The Purpose Company. She continues to share her learning with others and recently published her fifth book called "The Purpose Factor." Gabrielle tells people to "stalk success" and learn as much as they can from the wisdom and achievements of others. She has followed her own advice and has channeled it into an extraordinary and fulfilling career. Meet the GuestRaised in an alcoholic household, Gabrielle became addicted to achievement because that was the only thing she could control. From self-publishing her first book at 17 to becoming an elite athlete to losing 20 pounds in 2 months to win a beauty pageant, Gabrielle found her identity as an "achiever." After extreme dieting caused her to lose chunks of her hair and most of her relationships, Gabrielle knew she needed a change. Her journey to discover her own purpose resulted in what is known as the #1 purpose discovery process in the world. Gabrielle is one of the most booked Millennial motivators in the world. Brian and Gabrielle Bosché have spent the majority of the last decade helping people find their purpose, and developing millennial engagement strategies for presidential campaigns, top military generals, and Fortune 500 companies. The Purpose Factor is the clearest, most actionable process ever developed for discovering purpose—period. YOU WANT CLARITY. You are tired of wondering, “What’s next?” You want to know if you are making the right decision. You are ready for fewer distractions, more direction, and a clear idea of where you want to go. PURPOSE IS THE FACTOR. In The Purpose Factor, you will discover the most practical and effective process ever developed for finding and living out your purpose. Your purpose will unlock the secret to living a meaningful life, building a successful career, and making a difference in the world. Knowing your purpose will determine how well you do and how far you go. www.purposecompany.co

“We are a generation that is overwhelmed with information, but starving for knowledge and wisdom”. Gabrielle Bosché (@saysgabrielle) is the founder and president of The Millennial Solution where she helps companies hire, retain and attract Millennial talent. She is also cofounder of The Purpose Company where she helps people discover their unique life purpose and how to build a life of clarity and meaning. Gabrielle’s persistent dedication to honing in to the purpose of her own life has helped earn her the title of “America’s Millennial Expert”. A millennial herself, she is a best-selling author of four books on her generation including “The Millennial Entrepreneur and “5 Millennial Myths”. Her new book, The Purpose Factor, is scheduled for publication September 2020. Gabrielle has translated her genuine curiosity about the differences that define a generation into a multi faceted and meaningful career. If you haven’t heard her TedX speech yet, I highly recommend that you do. From Gabrielle’s perspective, it isn’t what school you go to, what position you land or how much you earn in salary that matters, it’s learning to take action aligned with your purpose that does. In our sit down together we talk about: How priorities and perspective impact the cultural identity of a generation The importance of finding your unique purpose Tips for how to gain direction and pursue a life of clarity and conviction The value of setting aside alone time for contemplation and introspection How to turn knowledge into action In a time of global scale uncertainty, Gabrielle’s message of looking towards purpose and meaning to serve as the backbone of the big decisions of our lives feels right on point to me. Happy Listening!
There are currently five generations in the workforce, with millennials representing almost 30% of new managers. It’s no secret that younger generations tend to disrupt the status quo, and while this new group of leaders has certainly shaken things up, being so misunderstood upon entering the workforce led to a number of widely held mischaracterizations of their work ethic.Today, Paul speaks with Gabrielle Bosché, president of The Millennial Solution and co-founder of The Purpose Company helping organizations and leaders bridge the generational gap. Gabrielle is also an international speaker and best-selling author (The Purpose Factor, 5 Millennial Myths: The Handbook For Managing and Motivating Millennials, etc.). She and her husband Brian have been called the “next generation's motivational titans,” having worked with celebrities, US military officials, presidential campaigns, and Fortune 500 companies.Connect with Gabrielle:WebsiteLinkedInThe Purpose Factor (Brian Bosché and Gabrielle Bosché)5 Millennial Myths: The Handbook For Managing and Motivating Millennials (Gabrielle Bosché)The ONE Thing: The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary Results (Gary Keller) See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

VSCPA Leading Forward host Maureen Dingus, CAE, sits down with Gabrielle Bosché, "America's Millennial Expert," to discuss what makes millennials unique and how savvy managers can unlock their potential.
"The Counseling and Mental Health Center at the University of Texas at Austin recently launched a new program to help male students "take control over their gender identity and develop a healthy sense of masculinity." Treating masculinity as if it were a mental health crisis, "MasculinUT" is organized by the school's counseling staff and most recently organized a poster series encouraging students to develop a "healthy model of masculinity." Spokesperson for Men's Rights Edmonton, and a contributor to AVoiceForMen.com. Karen Straughan will join me to talk about it. Check out her infamous YouTube channel "GirlWritesWhat." Enthusiasm for the Democratic Party is waning among millennials as its candidates head into the crucial midterm congressional elections, according to the Reuters/Ipsos national opinion poll. The online survey of more than 16,000 registered voters ages 18 to 34 shows their support for Democrats over Republicans for Congress slipped by about 9 percentage points over the past two years, to 46 percent overall. And they increasingly say the Republican Party is a better steward of the economy. Gabrielle Bosché, President and Founder of The Millennial Solution, will join me to discuss it. Don't forget about the Edwards Notebook and the Veteran's Tip of the Day! All of this and more as time allows. Listen live, join the chatroom, be a part of the show.
According to authorities, Amtrak 91 collided with the freight train just outside of the state's capital of Columbia around 2:35 a.m. EST, sending 70 of its 140 passengers to area hospitals. The incident marks Amtrak's third fatal crash in less than 50 days. The man who sold ammunition to Las Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock was arrested on Friday on charges of manufacturing and selling armor-piercing bullets without having the proper licensing, in violation of federal law. Gabrielle Bosché, President and CEO of The Millennial Solution, she will join me to discuss millennials and capitalism. It seems, while budget negotiations are going smoothly, immigration negotiations aren't seeing the same success. And Dick Durbin's interview seems to indicate an unconditional surrender on the issue. For liberty-loving people, Memo Day was both a sad day and a victorious day. Sad because our deepest fears have been confirmed; our government (formed to protect the rights of the people) has been weaponized for political purposes. Victorious because the truth has been exposed and now, we the people, can correct this problem. The hard work of fixing the issue is just beginning.
Why aren’t millennials going to church? On this special episode of UpNext, Andy Abramson, founder of Verge Ministries, talks with millennial author Gabrielle Bosché about the need to reach the next generation with the Gospel. Listen in as Andy and Gabrielle discuss: - the value of relationships - how to survive college as a Christian - the two things faith leaders can do to reach millennials today. Because Millennials will play an important role in the future of organisations, and it's important to understand how to work with, lead them and learn from them, I am excited to have another expert on the show with Gabrielle Bosché. She has written a number of book on the topic already and is working with major organisations. Did you know that Millennials can be split into two main groups? I didn't. And Millennials like disruption and I more open to it. At the same time, this might come across as disrespectful which is not the case. A very interesting conversation with Gabrielle. Enjoy!
