What's up Bros? We have a solid season on our hands. There are some little issues here and there, mainly surrounding individual cast members, but all in all this is a good season. We are still in Nevis and the ladies are getting ready for Jassi's bachelorette party. Ashley is still clinging to the "Stacey Lies" thing, as Gizelle appears to start warming up to her, finally. Angel continues to struggle with the group. To the point that the other castmates are beginning to point out some of her shortcomings as far as being a Housewife goes. What's up Bros? It is reunion season once more in Potomac. In this first episode, we didn't cover a whole lot. But we did get the Karen stuff out of the way. Not present at the reunion, she sent a message for her castmates. It was disappointing to say the least. Instead of a heartfelt message about going away to rehab, she uses the opportunity to take a dig at Wendy. It was disingenuous, belittling to recovery and frames it as though she is using rehab to avoid scrutiny. Andy highlights the growth of Wendy and Gizelle and the fantastic season we had from the both of them. We discuss the Jassi situation and what she did and did not know about potentially being a side chick. Then we get to an off season event when Mia invited Stacey and Jassi to Miami to celebrate her birthday, only to go M.I.A. upon their arrival and not respond to them until days after. What's up Bros? We are back with Potomac and we have both agreed that we can officially say, Potomac is back. We've said it tentatively before, but with yet another solid episode, its so refreshing to see this franchise back on track. In this episode, Karen and Gizelle are are still skeptical of TJ and the 'relationship' Stacey has with him. However, Stacey stands firm in claiming she is all in with him. Wendy announces the next cast trip to Panama framed as a Liberation Celebration for all of the big things happening throughout the group. At the meet up to announce the party, Karen denies Mia's request to invite Jaqueline to the Love Lagoon party. Kierna and Greg discuss some of the divorces in the group and Greg asks if that's due to the show. In this specific franchise we can actually say no, the recent splits don't appear to be show related. But we can also say that we are officially out on Greg... We def jumped the gun on that one and we fully rescind our support. Stacey sits down with her Aunt Dora and Dora actually supports the TJ relationship and moving slowly. Gizelle brings us along for a date with her speed dating match Nnamnse. He seems like a delightful man, seems like a nice fella, unfortunately he may be too nice for Gizelle as she prefers a bit of a bad boy. But he does get the invite to the Love Lagoon along with Ashley's date Josh. The group plays a Love Game and Karen asks a question about infidelity throughout the group in what clearly seemed like a set up so that Ray could announce to the group that he doesn't think Karen has ever cheated on him. Jassi has something to say about Darius and we actually respected her being so candid about the situation. It ends with a Sub or Dom question which turns into all of the dudes having a Dom off... It felt like no one wanted to be outdone by the other people there and all in all it was a very funny, slightly awkward scene. What's up Bros? It's Potomac time and we have a Super Bowl party to attend. In this episode, Ashley is talking about her life after Michael and her concern over her mom's health. Karen continues to take no accountability for what happens and meets with her cousin to discuss what she's going through. She continues to lean on 'the truth will prevail' and honestly its getting a bit exhausting. Kierna and Mia squash their beef for now but it seems like a loose apology from Mia at best. Gizelle plays mediator between Karen and Mia over the opiods comment and it is yet another example of Karen's deflections as she tries to point the finger everywhere else except at herself. Stacey and TJ have a "date" and we are trying our best to understand this bizarre relationship... Jassi's Super Bowl party goes off without a hitch. Then we get to dive deeper into the Mia, Gordon and Inc scenario. This seems to us like something that should not only be handled off screen, but Inc's involvement in the coparenting conversation seems out of place. Gordon (who admittedly is not our favorite) refuses to film with Inc, and we continue to question why he is involved in these conversations as we are still under the impression that Jeremiah is Gordon's son. What's up Bros? We're back at Lake Norman for the conclusion of Wendy's b-day trip (aka Mia's walk down memory lane). Mia takes us to The Joint, allegedly the first one that she opened, that she no longer owns nor has any ties to. It was one of the stranger scenes we've witnessed in awhile. That being said Steel absolutely loved it because of the massive level of awkwardness. Jaqueline continues to do the absolute most when it comes to cementing herself as 'Mia's #1" to which we ask... who cares? Why the need to be her certified sidekick? Its truly bizarre. Jassi opens up about her relationship and theres some timeline issues in regards to her boyfriend's kids that have us wondering what the full story is. Karen continues to go after Jaqueline for the drunk phone call statement. Stacey is just being Stacey in the best ways possible. She is truly a breath of fresh air and the genuine innocence is a new dynamic on this show that we personally love. She even decides to get involved in some of the drama at dinner by highlighting Jassi's relationship question marks.
