Liuverz had a W2 as a software engineer before investing in real estate. In 2022 he transitioned into full time investing. He had been looking for a way to invest without using his credit and a Pace ad popped up shortly after he joined SubTo and then Gator and has gotten even further than he thought with the community support behind him. He runs crews for renovations and deals in rentals like Airbnbs, long term, mid term and co-living. Kelby and his wife bought their 1st AirBnB traditionally. They saw a Pace ad and went all in to join as they knew they needed to do things differently. Now they focus on wholesaling & buy & hold deals Get Connected Via Socials Liuver: IG: https://www.instagram.com/liuver.sanudo/ YOUTUBE : https://www.youtube.com/@Liuver.Sanudo. We kick things off talmbout marketing strategies and early reader feedback on JDO's upcoming cybergore novel Gods Fare No Better. Also: why controversy is good for sales (but only if it's not fabricated), Brandon Sanderson's "rotating crops" approach to juggling creative projects, what makes Alex Perez so annoying, and are the RFK onesies worth the price tag? We share our predictions on how the drop of Kelby's gangster neo-western Texas Tea will go, JDO explains what's inside Korean fish candy, we murder the egos of writers with prestigious publishing ambitions, and then we dive into The Binding of Isaac and what storytelling lessons can be learned from this game. Healing is like building a house: we start by repairing the cracks and cleaning up the clutter, laying a strong foundation of self-awareness and inner work. At first, it's all about holding space for your inner child, mending old wounds, and facing the uncomfortable parts of yourself. But once that foundation is solid, you step into the fun, transformative stage—awakening your sensuality, deepening your relationships, and harnessing your feminine power. In this week's episode, Kelby and I discuss...Where does healing begin? What happens after the healing work?Is healing all hard work?Who's responsible for your happiness?
