Ich geh auf ein Event, schreib zehn Seiten voll, leg den Block zuhause weg — und guck nie wieder rein. Nach zwei Wochen ist nämlich alles weg. Das ist nämlich kein persönliches Versagen. Schon 1885 hat Hermann Ebbinghaus die Vergessenskurve entdeckt: Ohne Wiederholung verschwindet Gelerntes innerhalb weniger Wochen. Völlig egal, wie gut der Trainer war. Gegen Biologie kommt kein Seminar an. Trotzdem buchen Vertriebsleiter Jahr für Jahr dieses Format. Und wundern sich, dass die Zahlen nicht besser werden. Dabei weiß die Forschung längst: Vertriebsteam trainieren funktioniert nämlich nur als Daily Practice — nicht als Jahresevent. Die besten Sales-Organisationen der Welt machen das seit Jahren. Nicht weil sie schlauer sind. Sondern weil sie gemerkt haben: Tägliches Üben schlägt jedes Seminar. Und zwar immer. Wie Elite-Teams ihr Vertriebsteam trainieren — und du es kopieren kannst. Seminare sind nicht falsch. Im Gegenteil: Sie sind wichtig. Da gehst du aus der Komfortzone, lernst neue Konzepte, wirst gefordert. Aber das Problem ist nicht das Seminar. Das Problem ist, was danach passiert: nämlich nichts. Und genau hier setzt die Sales-Routine der Top-Performer an. Die Lernforschung nennt das „Distributed Practice" — verteiltes Üben. Eine aktuelle Meta-Analyse mit 242 Studien und über 169.000 Teilnehmern zeigt: Verteiltes Üben gehört zu den effektivsten Lernmethoden überhaupt. Eine Studie von Mawson & Kang aus 2025 belegt eine Effektstärke von d = 0,54. Das ist übrigens signifikant. Und zwar nicht nur im Vertrieb — in jedem Feld, von Musik bis Medizin. Die Zahlen aus der Praxis sind noch klarer. Salesforce-Daten zeigen: High-Performing-Teams coachen 2,4-mal häufiger als der Durchschnitt. Außerdem hat CSO Insights ermittelt: Verkäufer mit wöchentlichem Team-Coaching schließen 27 % mehr Deals ab. Ab drei Stunden pro Monat steigt die Quotenerreichung messbar. Und das Entscheidende: Die Gewinnerteams coachen nicht einfach mehr Stunden. Sie coachen vor allem dieselbe Fähigkeit über Wochen — bis das Verhalten automatisch sitzt. Erst dann kommt das nächste Thema. Das ist echte Sales-Routine. Die Wissenschaft hinter der Daily Practice: Warum Wiederholung alles ist. Neurowissenschaftlich passiert bei täglichem Üben etwas Entscheidendes. Bei jeder Wiederholung bildet sich nämlich Myelin um die aktiven Nervenbahnen — eine Art Isolierschicht. Das sind Skills. Und Skills werden durch Wiederholung automatisiert. Wie Fahrradfahren. Wie Zähneputzen. Du denkst nicht drüber nach — du machst es einfach. Konkret machst du: Kurze Rollenspiele in Zweierteams, fünf Minuten pro Durchgang, danach gegenseitiges Feedback. Oder Best-Practice-Runden: Wer hatte den geilsten Abschluss diese Woche? Wie hast du das gemacht? Oder Fuck-Up-Runden: Wo bist du voll vor die Wand gelaufen? Alle denken mit. Genau so entsteht echte Sales-Routine im Team. Baustein 3: KI als Sparringspartner. Deine KI ist rund um die Uhr verfügbar. Kein genervter Kollege, keine Terminabsprache. Du sagst morgens: „Spiel einen skeptischen CFO aus dem Maschinenbau, der ein günstigeres Konkurrenzangebot auf dem Tisch hat." Und dann übst du. Genauer gesagt: Tools wie Yoodli analysieren zusätzlich Sprachtempo, Füllwörter und Überzeugungskraft. Das ist kein generisches Rollenspiel. Aber die Zahlen lügen nicht. CSO Insights zeigt: Hochwirksame Teams setzen 4,8-mal häufiger auf Reinforcement als auf Einmalseminare. 4,8-mal! Das Spiel setzt auf elegante Bilder, eine starke Atmosphäre und Szenen, die sich wie aus einem Kinofilm anfühlen. Gerade für ein Geek-Publikum, das Bond, Stil und Spionage-Optik schätzt, wirkt das Gesamtpaket sehr bewusst gestaltet und oft beeindruckend. Besonders stark ist der Eindruck, dass hier nicht einfach nur ein Actionspiel, sondern ein kleiner Bond-Film zum Spielen entstehen soll. Die Präsentation, die Kameraführung und die Inszenierung vermitteln genau dieses Gefühl von Glamour, Gefahr und Geheimagenten-Flair. Dadurch hebt sich 007 First Light deutlich von vielen anderen Spielen im Genre ab, weil es mehr Wert auf Stimmung als auf reine Effekthascherei legt. Das nimmt dem Erlebnis nicht seinen Reiz, fällt aber bei genauerem Hinsehen auf. Gerade dieser Kontrast macht den Eindruck so interessant: Auf der einen Seite steht ein sehr schönes, stilvolles Bond-Abenteuer, auf der anderen Seite ein Spiel, das an ein paar Ecken noch Feinschliff vertragen könnte. Wer vor allem die filmische Präsentation und die Bond-Atmosphäre sucht, dürfte hier sehr gut abgeholt werden. Wer hingegen durchgehend perfekt abgestimmtes Gameplay erwartet, könnte an einzelnen Stellen kleine Abstriche spüren. Matzes Fazit ist, dass 007 First Light vor allem als starkes, visuell und atmosphärisch überzeugendes Bond-Erlebnis in Erinnerung bleibt, das spielerisch noch nicht ganz auf demselben Niveau ist. Der Film fühlt sich an wie eine große, bunte Einladung an alle, die He-Man, Castle Grayskull und die ganze Mythologie schon lange kennen — und an alle, die einfach einen unterhaltsamen Abenteuerfilm sehen wollen. Besonders stark ist die Fan Delivery: Figuren, Motive und ikonische Elemente werden mit erkennbarem Respekt eingebaut, ohne nur plumpes Nostalgie-Kino zu sein. Man merkt, dass der Film die Vorlage verstanden hat und den Kern der Marke ernst nimmt. Das sorgt für viele Stellen, an denen Fans zufrieden nicken können, weil der Film nicht nur Zitate abspult, sondern die Welt wirklich aufleben lässt. Gleichzeitig bleibt der Eindruck, dass noch etwas mehr drin gewesen wäre. Der Film hat Energie, Tempo und Charme, aber an ein paar Stellen hätte er tiefer gehen können — bei den Figuren, bei der emotionalen Wirkung oder einfach beim Mut, einzelne Ideen noch größer auszuspielen. So bleibt am Ende ein gutes Gefühl, aber eben auch der Gedanke, dass mit etwas mehr Aufwand ein noch stärkerer Film möglich gewesen wäre. Gerade darin liegt sein Reiz: Masters of the Universe ist kein müder Aufguss, sondern ein spaßiger, sauber gemachter Genre-Film mit Herz für die Vorlage. Er liefert genug Freude, um Fans mitzunehmen, und genug Substanz, um nicht beliebig zu wirken. Gleichzeitig lässt er Raum für den Wunsch nach einem echten Ausbruch nach oben — mehr Tiefe, mehr Wucht, mehr von dem, was dieses Universum noch hergeben könnte. Elektrisch auf Weltreise Der ein oder andere Kennt ja vielleicht den Elektrotrucker. So genau kennen wir seinen Hintergrund gar nicht, aber sein aktuelles Projekt „In 80 Ladesäulen um die Welt„. Ist alles noch nicht final aber vermutlich wird es ein tolles Fahrzeug. Los gehen soll es nach der IAA2026 im September. Früher Afrob und Ferris MC „Früher war nicht besser“ ist ein guter, entspannter Hip-Hop-Track, der sich ganz ohne Druck und mit viel Ruhe ins Gehör bringt. Der Song setzt auf einen weichen Beat, der gemütlich läuft und nicht zu viel>Action, sondern eher nach guter Laune klingt. Afrob liefert dabei einen lockeren, natürlichen Flow, der nicht zu viel zeigen will, sondern einfach nur-bold und nahbar wirkt. Die Stimme klingt entspannt, die Worte sitzen gut, und die Atmosphäre ist insgesamt sehr angenehm. Ferris Teil passt sich genau diesem Stil an und sorgt dafür, dass der Track zusammenhängt, ohne dass jemand zu clair oder zu laut wird. Das Thema des Songs ist zwar präsent, aber nicht aufdringlich. Es geht nicht um große Botschaften, sondern um eine einfache, nachdenkliche Stimmung, die sich gut mit dem Beat verbindet. Genau das macht den Track so gut hören: Er ist nicht zu komplex, nicht zu laut, nicht zu schnell – einfach ein entspannter Hip-Hop-Song, der einfach nur gut klingt. „Früher war nicht besser“ funktioniert besonders gut, wenn man etwas Hintergrundmusik hören möchte, die nicht zu viel abverlangt, sondern einfach nur-mitgeht. Der Track ist nett, locker und ohne Druck – genau das, was man von einem guten, entspannten Hip-Hop-Song erwarten kann. Besonders stark ist, wie gut die Geschichte von den Anfängen in einer Garage in California bis zum globalen Tech-Giganten erzählt wird. Die Aufmachung ist komfortabel und gut lesbar, mit vielen Bildern, die die Entwicklung visuell unterstützen. Wenns mal wieder schneller gehen muss Seitdem die Concorde nicht mehr fliegt, gibt es kein Überschall-Flugzeug für den Personenverkehr. Es gibt Projekte, die daran arbeiten, das zu ändern, aber aktuell kann man nicht einfach so in ein Flugzeug steigen und mit Überschall von A nach B reisen. Nun steigt wohl auch Japan ein. Dort wurde nun ein Triebwerk getestet, das bis zu Mach 5 schaffen soll. Die Concorde hatte Mach 2,2 als maximal und 2,02 als Reisegeschwindigkeit. Erste Flugtests kommen aber vermutlich frühestens in den 2040er Jahren, wer mal wieder so schnell unterwegs sein will, braucht also vor allem erst mal viel Zeit. PC neu definiert Nvidia RTX Spark ist ein neues System, das Windows PC für die Zukunft der künstlichen Intelligenz komplett neu denkt. Nvidia hat den Chip auf der Computex 2026 vorgestellt und damit eine Plattform geschaffen, die lokale KI-Agenten, Content Creation und Gaming in einem schlanken Laptop vereint. Das Besondere: RTX Spark bringt die Leistung eines ganzen AI-PCs in ein Gerät, das so dünn und leicht ist, dass man es kaum spürt. Laptops mit dem Chip sind nur etwa 14 Millimeter dick und wiegen rund 1,4 Kilogramm – trotzdem können sie schwere KI-Aufgaben direkt auf dem Gerät rechnen, ohne dass eine Cloud nötig ist. Mit RTX Spark lassen sich große KI-Modelle lokal laufen, zum Beispiel 120 Milliarden Parameter große Sprachmodelle mit extrem langen Texten. Das bedeutet: Du kannst KI direkt auf deinem Laptop nutzen, ohne dass Daten ins Internet geschickt werden. Das ist schneller, sicherer und funktioniert auch ohne Internet. Für Creator ist der Chip besonders stark: Man kann 12K-Videos bearbeiten, riesige 3D-Szenen rendernen und sogar 4K-Videos mit KI generieren. Gleichzeitig ist RTX Spark auch für Gaming gemacht und bringt AAA-Spiele auf 1440p mit über 100 FPS flüssig. Im Herbst 2026 starten erste Geräte von Marken wie ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft Surface und MSI. Der Chip kombiniert eine starke GPU mit einer ARM-CPU in einem einzigen System und nutzt einen gemeinsamen Speicher, der sowohl für AI als auch für Grafik genutzt wird. RTX Spark ist damit die Fusion von Nvidia AI und RTX Graphics – eine komplette PC-Plattform, die KI, Kreativität und Gaming in einem schlanken, mobilen Gerät vereint. Die Präsentation, die Kameraführung und die Inszenierung vermitteln genau dieses Gefühl von Glamour, Gefahr und Geheimagenten-Flair. Dadurch hebt sich 007 First Light deutlich von vielen anderen Spielen im Genre ab, weil es mehr Wert auf Stimmung als auf reine Effekthascherei legt. Spielerisch zeigt sich aber auch, dass nicht alles ganz so rund ist wie die audiovisuelle Seite. Manche Mechaniken wirken noch etwas ungleichmäßig oder nicht ganz ausgereift, sodass das Spiel an einigen Stellen nicht die gleiche Eleganz erreicht wie in seiner Inszenierung. Das nimmt dem Erlebnis nicht seinen Reiz, fällt aber bei genauerem Hinsehen auf. Gerade dieser Kontrast macht den Eindruck so interessant: Auf der einen Seite steht ein sehr schönes, stilvolles Bond-Abenteuer, auf der anderen Seite ein Spiel, das an ein paar Ecken noch Feinschliff vertragen könnte. Wer vor allem die filmische Präsentation und die Bond-Atmosphäre sucht, dürfte hier sehr gut abgeholt werden. Wer hingegen durchgehend perfekt abgestimmtes Gameplay erwartet, könnte an einzelnen Stellen kleine Abstriche spüren. Matzes Fazit ist, dass 007 First Light vor allem als starkes, visuell und atmosphärisch überzeugendes Bond-Erlebnis in Erinnerung bleibt, das spielerisch noch nicht ganz auf demselben Niveau ist. Und da sollten nun mal ein paar Dateien zwischengespeichert werden, nur um festzustellen, dass die kleine Festplatte voll war. Obwohl eigentlich gar nichts drauf ist auf dem Rechner. Ordentliches Aufräumen hat zu Tage gebracht, dass es tatsächlich der System Ordner ist. Und zwar die Hintergründe. Sage und Schreibe 60 GB (!) hat Apple da drin für die animierten Video-Hintergründe belegt. Mal wieder ein Beispiel für hemmungslosen Speicherverbrauch, der auch schon dem iPad mini zum Verhängnis geworden ist. Bei der Macht von Greyskull Masters of the Universe macht genau das, was ein guter Geek-Film schaffen sollte: Er hat sichtbare Lust auf sein eigenes Universum, liefert viele kleine Fan-Momente und nimmt sich selbst nie zu ernst. Der Film fühlt sich an wie eine große, bunte Einladung an alle, die He-Man, Castle Grayskull und die ganze Mythologie schon lange kennen — und an alle, die einfach einen unterhaltsamen Abenteuerfilm sehen wollen. Besonders stark ist die Fan Delivery: Figuren, Motive und ikonische Elemente werden mit erkennbarem Respekt eingebaut, ohne nur plumpes Nostalgie-Kino zu sein. Man merkt, dass der Film die Vorlage verstanden hat und den Kern der Marke ernst nimmt. Das sorgt für viele Stellen, an denen Fans zufrieden nicken können, weil der Film nicht nur Zitate abspult, sondern die Welt wirklich aufleben lässt. Gleichzeitig bleibt der Eindruck, dass noch etwas mehr drin gewesen wäre. Der Film hat Energie, Tempo und Charme, aber an ein paar Stellen hätte er tiefer gehen können — bei den Figuren, bei der emotionalen Wirkung oder einfach beim Mut, einzelne Ideen noch größer auszuspielen. So bleibt am Ende ein gutes Gefühl, aber eben auch der Gedanke, dass mit etwas mehr Aufwand ein noch stärkerer Film möglich gewesen wäre. Gerade darin liegt sein Reiz: Masters of the Universe ist kein müder Aufguss, sondern ein spaßiger, sauber gemachter Genre-Film mit Herz für die Vorlage. Er liefert genug Freude, um Fans mitzunehmen, und genug Substanz, um nicht beliebig zu wirken. Gleichzeitig lässt er Raum für den Wunsch nach einem echten Ausbruch nach oben — mehr Tiefe, mehr Wucht, mehr von dem, was dieses Universum noch hergeben könnte. Elektrisch auf Weltreise Der ein oder andere Kennt ja vielleicht den Elektrotrucker. So genau kennen wir seinen Hintergrund gar nicht, aber sein aktuelles Projekt „In 80 Ladesäulen um die Welt„. Ist alles noch nicht final aber vermutlich wird es ein tolles Fahrzeug. Los gehen soll es nach der IAA2026 im September. Früher Afrob und Ferris MC „Früher war nicht besser“ ist ein guter, entspannter Hip-Hop-Track, der sich ganz ohne Druck und mit viel Ruhe ins Gehör bringt. Der Song setzt auf einen weichen Beat, der gemütlich läuft und nicht zu viel>Action, sondern eher nach guter Laune klingt. Afrob liefert dabei einen lockeren, natürlichen Flow, der nicht zu viel zeigen will, sondern einfach nur-bold und nahbar wirkt. Die Stimme klingt entspannt, die Worte sitzen gut, und die Atmosphäre ist insgesamt sehr angenehm. Ferris Teil passt sich genau diesem Stil an und sorgt dafür, dass der Track zusammenhängt, ohne dass jemand zu clair oder zu laut wird. Das Thema des Songs ist zwar präsent, aber nicht aufdringlich. Es geht nicht um große Botschaften, sondern um eine einfache, nachdenkliche Stimmung, die sich gut mit dem Beat verbindet. Genau das macht den Track so gut hören: Er ist nicht zu komplex, nicht zu laut, nicht zu schnell – einfach ein entspannter Hip-Hop-Song, der einfach nur gut klingt. „Früher war nicht besser“ funktioniert besonders gut, wenn man etwas Hintergrundmusik hören möchte, die nicht zu viel abverlangt, sondern einfach nur-mitgeht. Der Track ist nett, locker und ohne Druck – genau das, was man von einem guten, entspannten Hip-Hop-Song erwarten kann. Insgesamt bleibt „Früher war nicht besser“ als ein angenehmer, ruhiger Hip-Hop-Track in Erinnerung, der sich ohne Wünsche und mit viel Ruhe hören lässt. 50 Jahre Apple Apple: The First 50 Years ist ein umfassendes Buch, das die Geschichte Apple von den Anfängen in den 1970er-Jahren bis in die Gegenwart nachzeichnet. Apple: The First 50 Years ist damit ein gutes Buch für alle, die die Apple-Geschichte von den Anfängen bis heute verstehen wollen, ohne sich in zu vielen technischen Details zu verlieren. Es ist informativ, gut strukturiert und bringt die Geschichte von Apple auf eine klare, nachvollziehbare Weise. Wenns mal wieder schneller gehen muss Seitdem die Concorde nicht mehr fliegt, gibt es kein Überschall-Flugzeug für den Personenverkehr. Es gibt Projekte, die daran arbeiten, das zu ändern, aber aktuell kann man nicht einfach so in ein Flugzeug steigen und mit Überschall von A nach B reisen. Nun steigt wohl auch Japan ein. Dort wurde nun ein Triebwerk getestet, das bis zu Mach 5 schaffen soll. Die Concorde hatte Mach 2,2 als maximal und 2,02 als Reisegeschwindigkeit. Erste Flugtests kommen aber vermutlich frühestens in den 2040er Jahren, wer mal wieder so schnell unterwegs sein will, braucht also vor allem erst mal viel Zeit. PC neu definiert Nvidia RTX Spark ist ein neues System, das Windows PC für die Zukunft der künstlichen Intelligenz komplett neu denkt. Nvidia hat den Chip auf der Computex 2026 vorgestellt und damit eine Plattform geschaffen, die lokale KI-Agenten, Content Creation und Gaming in einem schlanken Laptop vereint. Das Besondere: RTX Spark bringt die Leistung eines ganzen AI-PCs in ein Gerät, das so dünn und leicht ist, dass man es kaum spürt. Laptops mit dem Chip sind nur etwa 14 Millimeter dick und wiegen rund 1,4 Kilogramm – trotzdem können sie schwere KI-Aufgaben direkt auf dem Gerät rechnen, ohne dass eine Cloud nötig ist. Mit RTX Spark lassen sich große KI-Modelle lokal laufen, zum Beispiel 120 Milliarden Parameter große Sprachmodelle mit extrem langen Texten. Das bedeutet: Du kannst KI direkt auf deinem Laptop nutzen, ohne dass Daten ins Internet geschickt werden. Das ist schneller, sicherer und funktioniert auch ohne Internet. Für Creator ist der Chip besonders stark: Man kann 12K-Videos bearbeiten, riesige 3D-Szenen rendernen und sogar 4K-Videos mit KI generieren. Gleichzeitig ist RTX Spark auch für Gaming gemacht und bringt AAA-Spiele auf 1440p mit über 100 FPS flüssig. Im Herbst 2026 starten erste Geräte von Marken wie ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft Surface und MSI. Der Chip kombiniert eine starke GPU mit einer ARM-CPU in einem einzigen System und nutzt einen gemeinsamen Speicher, der sowohl für AI als auch für Grafik genutzt wird. RTX Spark ist damit die Fusion von Nvidia AI und RTX Graphics – eine komplette PC-Plattform, die KI, Kreativität und Gaming in einem schlanken, mobilen Gerät vereint. Und plötzlich war sie da Wir haben ja schon das ein oder andere mal über die Steam Machine gesprochen. Und auf ein mal ist sie da. Wenn ihr das hört ist sie vielleicht schon wieder weg, aber die Steam Machine kann bestellt werden. Dabei muss man erst mal Interesse bekunden, dann werden Slots verlost. Der Preis? Astronomisch.
