The Oliver House is located in Bisbee, Arizona, a quaint town with a historic mining background. As is the case in most mining towns, this town has a rich history with gambling, prostitution and murder taking center stage. Join Amelia and Beth this week as we talking about one of our favorite spooky locations, The Oliver House in Middleboro, MA, with veteran investigator Christy Parrish, Oliver House care taker, event coordinator, and paranormal investigator!

We talked about Chris recently after he shared his remarkable experience at the Oliver House. I said he basically moved on from his 'relationship' with the Collingwood Arts Center after catching on camera what he did at the Maumee River spot.  For the video to sync up with what Chris talk about GO HERE.  It wasn't superheroes, nerdy or mental health stuff, but I geeked out peppering Chris with questions about the after life and much more! 

Ryleigh Black is currently working in the Paranormal Community as an Electronic V0oice Phenomena (EVP) specialist. She works alongside with many different teams as an independent investigator. She has spent many hours investigating some very well-known haunted locations across the United States. Places like the U.S.S. Salem where she would crawl down into the deepest darkest spaces of the ship (where no one else dared to go), chasing after the spirits trying to capture evidence of life after death! Also other “most haunted” locations like Slater Mill, The Oliver House, and many more! She gives lectures across the United States and Canada showing historical data and revealing evidence that she has personally collected scaring many individuals who have seen and heard what she’s captured. Being part Native American, Ryleigh grew up on a reservation in Arizona. She learned the belief systems and the ways of the Wiccan religion. She later moved to the East Coast to live with her Russian grandmother, and was raised in a house that was full of spirits. Part of that house was previously used as a “viewing area” for deceased family members! Although it was very unpopular with the Russian belief systems, Ryleigh had always been interested in the spirit activity. She would read everything she could get her hands on with regards to hauntings and the paranormal. This started her path on investigating the unknown and unanswered. Her interest in researching the existence of extraterrestrial beings started ever she witnessed unusual lights in the sky back in the 1990’s. She was actually hunting in the Arizona desert when the strange lights appeared in the sky. Climbing over canyon walls to the highest cliffs, she chased a better look at what could possibly be intelligent alien life. What she saw changed her outlook and opinion on questioning if we are alone or not in this universe. While feeling scared, and very small, she stood her ground and watched until the lights disappeared into the night sky. Witnessing what has since become a very well documented UFO experience known as the “Phoenix Lights”. Putting her on the path of yet another investigative adventure. Searching for Bigfoot, local urban legends, and mythology is also on the list of Ryleigh’s passions. She goes where no female has gone before! From chasing Bigfoot in New England to the Chupacabra in Arizona, and all things in between! Her passion fuels her drive to research for answers. When asked, Ryleigh stated: “I believe I’m good at this because I’ve done so many things involving researching and looking for answers in some of the craziest, scariest, and most haunted places on earth! I’m a natural leader and I’ve led many different teams on so many investigations. I’m very energetic and people always enjoy my participation, knowledge, and personality whether it be at events, investigations, or giving lectures”. Ryleigh has been specializing in the capture of EVP with the public for the past 12 years. She has a history of working side by side with some of the greatest minds in the paranormal community. She was one of the first female radio show hosts of her very own groundbreaking popular radio show called "Club Para" on blogtalk radio. She was the first woman ever to hold a “Para-Con” over the air waves that included all of the most popular Para TV Celebrities, Actors from hunter TV shows, and the like. Ryleigh played a background actor in the latest “Ghost Busters” Film (2016). She played the part of a Native American woman in an episode on the TV show “Paranormal Lockdown”. She has written and done background research for TV shows airing in Canada. She’s been a background actress since 2015 and was in Ghostbusters 2016, Paranormal Lockdown-The Oliver house, Paranormal 911 - 2019, Paranormal Emergency 2020, Paranormal Hospital 2020, and she’s not slowing down anytime soon! She continues to do acting and modeling as part of her current busy lifestyle. Some of her other accomplishments include magazine covers, and she actually won "Horror/Paranormal model of the year" back in 2014. She has appeared on the cover of Paranormal Underground magazine, worked as a model for Grindhouse Girls, and also for InkedGirls magazine

The Oliver House Bed & Breakfast is located in Bisbee, Arizona. Bisbee is a quaint town with a historic mining background. As is the case in most mining towns, this town has a rich history with gambling, prostitution and murder taking center stage. The Bisbee of the modern era may have quieted considerably, but the unseen world has not stopped kicking up its heels. Long dead residents still seem to be hanging around and one of their favorite places to knock about is the Oliver House. Diane and Denise are both under the weather during this podcast and the tail end of the show devolves into weird ghost vocals, a rooster banshee and other fun!
