In this episode, I sit down with Brittany Macmillan who shares her story about how she went from just providing clients with what they asked for (even though she resented it), to really being able to put her foot down and offer her clients what she felt they really needed. In this Episode, I speak with David Lunn, who is just wrapping up with my PTBA program as a student. She realized that the personal trainer and client relationship had to be a two way street and this is when she made the decision to up her prices and ask for $2,000 up front. She knew that clients needed more than just fitness instruction. They needed help with mindset and confidence and they needed to be given the space where they were able to make their own self-discoveries.
