Masing-masing mempunyaikeinginan yang sama, yaitu supaya dikawini pemuda itu. Dalam keadaan dilema, iaberkonsultasi dengan orang tuanya. Bapa dan ibunya memberikan semuapertimbangan yang diperlukan. Kemudian anaknya diberikan segala kebebasan untukmemutuskan. Ibu berkata, "Dengarkan kata hatimu, dan tentukan pilihan yangterbaik." Umumnya kita mengerti kata hati kita sebagai kebenaranyang memiliki tuntutan moral yang tinggi. Kata hati sebagai keputusan terakhirsetelah melalui berbagai pertimbangan dan analisa. Diskusi, pembahasan dankonsultasi pada umumnya berguna untuk memberikan pencerahan dan pemahaman yanglebih luas. Usulan atau kritikan juga sering kita jadikan sebagai faktor yangdiperlukan untuk memberikan keseimbangan dalam pemikiran dan pembahasan. Padaakhirnya keputusan itu memang benar-benar hasil dari kata hati yang jujur danjernih. Kita mengetahui bahwa kata hati itu adalah suara hatinurani kita. Tuhan memilih untuk tinggal di dalam hati nurani kita. Maka ketikakita memikirkan dengan tenang, damai, positif dan dalam suasana berdoa, katahati nurani kita tentu akan berisi kebaikan, pujian dan syukur kepada Tuhan,kebenaran yang membebaskan, dan suka cita yang membawa kedamaian. Sebaliknya,jika kita diliputi kebencian, kemarahan, kesombongan dan hawa nafsu, kata hatinurani akan berisi kejahatan dan dosa. Kata hati kita sangat bergantung padaniat, intensi, dan perasaan kita sebagai manusia. Bacaan-bacaan kita pada hari ini menggambarkan dua contohkata hati nurani yang sangat berlawanan. Yang pertama ialah kata hati seorangyang beriman, yang diwakili oleh raja Daud. Ini adalah sebuah gambaran orangberiman yang menyadari diri sebagai orang berdosa, tetapi imannya kepada Tuhansemakin bertambah. Ia percaya akan belas kasih Tuhan untuk mengampuninya, dania lebih percaya lagi bahwa hidupnya sangat dirahmati dan diberkati oleh Tuhan.Pada gilirannya, ia akan menjadi berkat dan penyalur rahmat bagi orang lain. Yang kedua ialah kata hati seorang yang tidak beriman danyang hidup dalam sebuah sistem hukum rimba. Sistem hidup ini membenarkan merekayang kuat dan berkuasa mematikan mereka yang lemah dan yang membawa kebenaran.Herodes memiliki kata hati yang jahat dan penuh dosa. Tidak ada kasih dankebenaran di dalam hatinya. Kata hatinya memerintahkan dia untuk melakukankebohongan dari pada kebenaran, kegelapan dari pada terang, kekacauan dari padakedamaian, kebencian dari pada cinta. Setiap niat dan perbuatan jahatdiproduksi dari kata hati yang jahat. Kita dapat bertanya pada diri kita sendiri: keadaan sayasaat ini, apakah diwarnai kata hati yang baik dan benar, ataukah kata hati yangsalah dan jahat? Marilah kita berdoa. Dalam nama Bapa... Ya Tuhan Yesus,murnikanlah hati kami supaya kami kembali hidup dalam kebenaran-Mu, denganselalu mendengar bisikan nurani kami. Bapa kami yang ada di surga ... Dalamnama Bapa ...

Judul renungan hari ini adalah Dikhianati Seorang TemanDiambil dari: Mazmur 41:10 “Bahkan sahabat karibku yang kupercayai, yang makan roti bersama-sama dengan aku, telah mengangkat tumitnya terhadap aku.”Wonder Kids, Saat jam makan siang di sekolah, kita biasanya duduk bersama siapa? Biasanya bersama teman-teman dekat kita. Makan bersama adalah waktu yang menyenangkan—kita bercanda, berbagi cerita, dan menikmati makanan bersama. Kita jarang makan dengan orang yang tidak kita sukai atau tidak kita percaya. Karena itu, dikhianati oleh teman sendiri adalah hal yang sangat menyakitkan. Raja Daud pernah mengalaminya. Ketika ia menulis Mazmur 41, ia sedang mengalami masa sulit. Ia merasa musuh-musuhnya senang melihat kesusahannya. Bahkan orang yang dekat dengannya, yang pernah makan bersama dia, ternyata mengkhianatinya. Meski begitu, Daud tetap percaya bahwa Tuhan akan memelihara dirinya.Yesus juga mengalami hal yang sama. Pada malam sebelum Ia disalibkan, Yesus sedang makan dengan para murid-Nya. Di saat yang sangat berat itu, Yesus tahu salah satu murid terdekat—Yudas—akan mengkhianati Dia. Yesus bahkan mengutip Mazmur 41 untuk menunjukkan bahwa apa yang terjadi sudah dinubuatkan sejak dulu. Pengkhianatan oleh Yudas adalah “sidik jari” keenam yang menunjukkan bahwa Yesus adalah Mesias.Yesus memahami rasa sakit ditinggalkan, dikhianati, dan dilukai oleh orang yang dekat.Itu sebabnya ketika kamu dikhianati atau dikecewakan teman, Yesus mengerti perasaanmu.Dia pernah mengalaminya, dan Dia ada untuk menolongmu.Wonder Kids, hari ini lakukan ini:Jika kamu pernah terluka karena teman, ceritakan kepada Tuhan. Kencan Dengan Tuhan - Sabtu, 17 Januari 2026Bacaan: "Besi menajamkan besi, orang menajamkan sesamanya." (Amsal 27:17)Renungan: Amsal 27:17 berkata, "Besi menajamkan besi, orang menajamkan sesamanya." Jika tidak ada besi yang lain, besi kita tidak akan pernah tajam. Jika tidak ada orang lain, karakter kita tidak akan terbentuk. Tanpa kita sadari, karakter kita selalu diasah, dibentuk, dan dipertajam oleh orang-orang di sekitar kita. Bukan saja oleh orang-orang baik dan menyenangkan, tapi juga dibentuk oleh "orang-orang sulit dan menjengkelkan." Terkadang kita protes dengan Tuhan, mengapa Dia menempatkan orang-orang yang sedemikian menyebalkan di sekeliling kita. Sekarang kita tahu bahwa tanpa "orang-orang sulit" karakter kita juga "sulit" terbentuk! Teman yang keras mengajarkan kita untuk jadi orang yang berani dan bersikap tegas. Teman yang lembut mengajarkan kita akan cinta dan keluwesan. Kalaupun kita dikelilingi orang-orang yang berperangai buruk, kita tetap bisa belajar dari mereka, tentu saja dalam arti kita jangan sampai seperti mereka. Teman yang cuek justru mengajarkan kepedulian dengan sesama. Teman yang sombong itu membuat kita tidak nyaman, itu sebabnya kita mau belajar rendah hati. Kita mungkin pernah dikecewakan oleh teman kita yang mengumbar janji, tapi biarlah hal itu mengajarkan kepada kita untuk hati-hati dalam perkataan. Kita mungkin pernah dikhianati, itu menyakitkan, karena itu kita ingin menjadi orang yang setia. Bukankah benar bahwa karakter kita bisa terbentuk karena orang-orang dengan berbagai karakter yang ada di sekeliling kita? Yang terpenting adalah kita bisa belajar dari pengalaman hidup yang terjadi bersama mereka. Ambil hal yang baik dan positif, jauhi hal-hal yang buruk. Sekarang kita tidak perlu protes kepada Tuhan, "Mengapa Engkau menempatkan orang-orang menjengkelkan ini di sekelilingku?" Ada dua alasan. Pertama, jelas semua orang itu akan membentuk karakter kita. Kedua. jangan-jangan di mata orang lain kita justru termasuk orang yang menjengkelkan juga. Pertemanan itu indah. Jadilah berkat bagi teman-teman kita, pada saat yang sama kita juga terberkati dalam pertemanan itu karena karakter kita juga terbentuk dari pertemanan. Tuhan Yesus memberkati. Doa:Tuhan Yesus, terima kasih untuk orang-orang baik dan orang-orang yang menjengkelkan yang senantiasa Kau hadirkan dalam hidupku. Melalui kehadiran mereka karakterku sebagai anak-Mu yang baik dapat terbentuk. Amin. (Dod).

It was through this psalm that the writer J. W. Thirtle was able to unravel the structure of the superscripts and subscripts in the Psalms. The expression, "upon Shigionoth" is an instruction as to the musical director of this psalm. Psalms are prayers and this chapter is a Psalm. The report that the prophet heard was of the "wonders" (Hebrew "pala" miracles) which God did on his triumphal march before His people through the wilderness, in the days of the exodus from Egypt onwards to their inheritance in the Promised Land (see Numbers 10verses29-36; Deuteronomy 32verses1-14; Psalm 68). However, although the Psalm is based on events which had happened it is also prophetic - the future tense is often used. Eloah" (the mighty one, speaking of the Lord Jesus Christ coming in His Father's might) WILL come from the south (Teman) - the arena of operation when El (God the Father) via angelic ministration. And He will precede His people. The events of the Exodus occurred 900 years before the prophet's vision. These future events, under Christ, will soon occur when the Middle East is inundated by the great northern army. God's mighty arm and Almighty power will be unleashed on the oppressor and He, Yahweh, will be known and exalted in the earth (Ezekiel 38 and 39; Joel 3 - particularly verse 17). The measuring for judgment is a common Bible metaphor. The ancient nations, represented by the hills, were brought low (humbled). The rivers - the invading nations in particular - experienced the Almighty's wrath. But, as with Pharaoh's chariots (Exodus 14 and 15) these instruments of war are proven vain and useless when they are overwhelmed by Yahweh's salvation chariots (Psalm 68verses18-21). The sun and the moon will stand still in their place echoing the victory of Joshua over the Canaanites, in the land of their inheritance (Joshua 10). The 'head' (Rosh) of the wicked is to be crushed (v13). The sharp victory arrows shall pierce the hearts of the King's enemies (Psalm 45verses5). The whirlwind of Yahweh will scatter His enemies before Him, like the chaff before the wind (v14). And the enemy is trampled underfoot (Exodus 15). This awesome and majestic power of his Sovereign leaves the prophet trembling. The Psalm of Habakkuk concludes from verses 17-19 with precisely the reverse mood to the mood of despondency at its beginning. The prophet has had his fears answered and calmed by his Almighty Sovereign. And so, he now he patiently awaits the salvation of Yahweh - as one of the LORD's just ones, living by faith. Despite all current appearances, our King is of Zion - meaning "exultation". This is the city of our spiritual birth (Psalms 48; 84; 87). The fig and olive trees (are symbols of Israel) will not flourish. Today our God stills the storms that rage in our minds and will soon do so throughout the entire world (2 Samuel 23verses1-4verses Psalm 18; Psalm 46; Isaiah 26verses1-4). Our hope and trust in our Almighty Deliverer is sure and steadfast.

Con todo el curso decidimos hacerle un homenaje, con presentación de un poema, pastel y todo. Tan pronto como entró en la sala, nos pusimos de pie para recibirla con aplausos. Nunca había visto llorar a un maestro. Ese día vi que los adultos también pueden llorar de alegría.Cada país tiene un día para homenajear a los maestros, pero no se necesita una fecha especial para demostrar respeto. ¿Y si oras por tus maestros o por alguien que te cuida y te enseña cosas interesantes? La oración es también una forma de mostrar afecto.Mi oración: Señor, bendice a los maestros y a las personas que nos enseñan lecciones importantes.Haz tarjetas para esas personas especiales que amas y respetas. You crushed the head of the house of the wicked, laying him bare from thigh to neck. 14 You pierced with his own arrows the heads of his warriors, who came like a whirlwind to scatter me, rejoicing as if to devour the poor in secret. 15 You trampled the sea with your horses, the surging of mighty waters. 16 I hear, and my body trembles; my lips quiver at the sound; rottenness enters into my bones; my legs tremble beneath me. Yet I will quietly wait for the day of trouble to come upon people who invade us. 17 Though the fig tree should not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines, the produce of the olive fail and the fields yield no food, the flock be cut off from the fold and there be no herd in the stalls, 18 yet I will rejoice in the Lord; I will take joy in the God of my salvation. 19 God, the Lord, is my strength; he makes my feet like the deer's; he makes me tread on my high places.
