Entonces, para distraernos culpamos a gente de afuera nuestro y eso nos lleva a no mirar las sombras que hay en nosotros. Esto es muy típico en personas que pasan todo el día quejándose o siendo negativas, olvidándose de agradecer y ser agradecidos por todo lo que tenemos. Es más fácil buscar los ES QUE, que encontrar los HAY QUE.2) Arrojar: La vergüenza, la desesperanza y la impotencia también tienen impacto en la salud. Por eso es importante que cuides prácticas sencillas en tu vida: romper con el sedentarismo, ponerse a caminar y tener ya cuidado con lo que comes, dormir por lo menos siete horas al día. Por otra parte, busca ese espacio de oración y de meditación. Vi gente que salió adelante gracias a ese momento de oración y meditación, escuchar estos audios, hasta ayuda al sistema inmune y puede hacerte ver la vida distinta. Por eso, aprovecha ese tiempo para meditar y quedarte con esos momentos de Jesús en tu vida.3) Tierra: Séneca decía que la mejor venganza no es devolver el golpe, porque si un perro te mordiera no lo perseguirías para morderlo de vuelta, simplemente entenderías que eso es lo que hacen los perros. Entonces ¿por qué cuando alguien te hiere o te traiciona o te falta el respeto sientes la necesidad de actuar igual que esa persona? Porque cuando respondes con odio o rencor o venganza, terminas convirtiéndote en aquello que te hizo daño. Son las acciones de los demás las que les pertenecen a ellos, pero tu carácter te pertenece a vos. Por eso, si alguien actúa mal, deja que eso hable de quién es esa persona y que tu respuesta hable de quién eres tú. No te conviertas en aquello que te lastimó, más bien conviértete en saberte valioso por ser hijo de Dios. Algo bueno está por venir.

The Midrash tells that each day, King David would have plans for the day, intending to go to various places and to see different people, but his legs always brought him to the Bet Midrash to learn Torah. The Or Ha'haim (Rav Haim Ben-Attar, 1696-1743) understood the Midrash's comment literally, that King David's legs had "a mind of their own," so-to-speak, and would bring David to the study hall despite his plans to go elsewhere. David had such a strong, deep-seated desire to learn Torah that his legs automatically took him to the Bet Midrash, even when he did not plan to go there. The Or Ha'haim explains on this basis the Torah's promise of great reward "Im Be'hukotai Telechu" – "If you walk according to My statutes" (Vayikra 26:3). This means that we are worthy of great reward if we feel such love and passion for Torah that we walk "Be'hukotai" – toward the Torah's laws, to learn, even when we do not intend to, because our legs automatically bring us to the study hall. Hacham Baruch Ben-Haim, however, offered a different explanation of the Midrash's comment. He said that each morning, the Yeser Ha'ra (evil inclination) would try to convince David to stay in bed, and David fought the Yeser Ha'ra by saying that he needed to get up to tend to his personal affairs. The Yeser Ha'ra has no problem with us getting up for mundane purposes, and so it left David alone and discontinued its efforts to persuade David to remain in bed. Once David got out of bed without having to struggle against the Yeser Ha'ra, he then went to the Bet Midrash to learn Torah instead of tending to his personal affairs. This was David's strategy for defeating the Yeser Ha'ra in the morning and overcoming the difficult challenge of getting up early to serve Hashem. This reading of the Midrash perhaps sheds light on a difficult verse in Shir Hashirim (4:16): "Uri Safon U'bo'i Teman" – "Arise in the north, and come to the south." The north is associated with material blessings, as the Shulhan (table) in the Mishkan – which symbolized Parnasa (livelihood) – was positioned to the north side. The south is associated with Torah wisdom, as the Menorah – the symbol of the "light" of Torah – was situated along the southern wall of the Mishkan. For this reason, the Gemara teaches that one who seeks wealth should turn somewhat to the north while praying, whereas one who seeks Torah wisdom should turn somewhat to the south. Accordingly, the verse in Shir Hashirim may be understood to mean that we should tell the Yeser Ha'ra in the morning that "Uri Safon" – we are waking up for the sake of pursuing wealth, to work and make a respectable livelihood, as the Yeser Ha'ra will then cease his efforts to convince us to stay in bed. But thereafter, "Bo'i Teman" – we should go "south," to the synagogue and study hall to pray and immerse ourselves in Torah study.

Kencan Dengan Tuhan - Sabtu, 17 Januari 2026Bacaan: "Besi menajamkan besi, orang menajamkan sesamanya." (Amsal 27:17)Renungan: Amsal 27:17 berkata, "Besi menajamkan besi, orang menajamkan sesamanya." Jika tidak ada besi yang lain, besi kita tidak akan pernah tajam. Jika tidak ada orang lain, karakter kita tidak akan terbentuk. Tanpa kita sadari, karakter kita selalu diasah, dibentuk, dan dipertajam oleh orang-orang di sekitar kita. Bukan saja oleh orang-orang baik dan menyenangkan, tapi juga dibentuk oleh "orang-orang sulit dan menjengkelkan." Terkadang kita protes dengan Tuhan, mengapa Dia menempatkan orang-orang yang sedemikian menyebalkan di sekeliling kita. Sekarang kita tahu bahwa tanpa "orang-orang sulit" karakter kita juga "sulit" terbentuk! Teman yang keras mengajarkan kita untuk jadi orang yang berani dan bersikap tegas. Teman yang lembut mengajarkan kita akan cinta dan keluwesan. Kalaupun kita dikelilingi orang-orang yang berperangai buruk, kita tetap bisa belajar dari mereka, tentu saja dalam arti kita jangan sampai seperti mereka. Teman yang cuek justru mengajarkan kepedulian dengan sesama. Teman yang sombong itu membuat kita tidak nyaman, itu sebabnya kita mau belajar rendah hati. Kita mungkin pernah dikecewakan oleh teman kita yang mengumbar janji, tapi biarlah hal itu mengajarkan kepada kita untuk hati-hati dalam perkataan. Kita mungkin pernah dikhianati, itu menyakitkan, karena itu kita ingin menjadi orang yang setia. Bukankah benar bahwa karakter kita bisa terbentuk karena orang-orang dengan berbagai karakter yang ada di sekeliling kita? Yang terpenting adalah kita bisa belajar dari pengalaman hidup yang terjadi bersama mereka. Ambil hal yang baik dan positif, jauhi hal-hal yang buruk. Sekarang kita tidak perlu protes kepada Tuhan, "Mengapa Engkau menempatkan orang-orang menjengkelkan ini di sekelilingku?" Ada dua alasan. Pertama, jelas semua orang itu akan membentuk karakter kita. Kedua. jangan-jangan di mata orang lain kita justru termasuk orang yang menjengkelkan juga. Pertemanan itu indah. Jadilah berkat bagi teman-teman kita, pada saat yang sama kita juga terberkati dalam pertemanan itu karena karakter kita juga terbentuk dari pertemanan. Tuhan Yesus memberkati. Doa:Tuhan Yesus, terima kasih untuk orang-orang baik dan orang-orang yang menjengkelkan yang senantiasa Kau hadirkan dalam hidupku. In Habakkuk 3 the prophecy becomes a confident psalm of trust in the Almighty and a prophecy of Yahweh's future judgments at the time of the setting up of Christ's kingdom. It was through this psalm that the writer J. W. Thirtle was able to unravel the structure of the superscripts and subscripts in the Psalms. The expression, "upon Shigionoth" is an instruction as to the musical director of this psalm. Psalms are prayers and this chapter is a Psalm. The report that the prophet heard was of the "wonders" (Hebrew "pala" miracles) which God did on his triumphal march before His people through the wilderness, in the days of the exodus from Egypt onwards to their inheritance in the Promised Land (see Numbers 10verses29-36; Deuteronomy 32verses1-14; Psalm 68). However, although the Psalm is based on events which had happened it is also prophetic - the future tense is often used. Eloah" (the mighty one, speaking of the Lord Jesus Christ coming in His Father's might) WILL come from the south (Teman) - the arena of operation when El (God the Father) via angelic ministration. And He will precede His people. The events of the Exodus occurred 900 years before the prophet's vision. These future events, under Christ, will soon occur when the Middle East is inundated by the great northern army. God's mighty arm and Almighty power will be unleashed on the oppressor and He, Yahweh, will be known and exalted in the earth (Ezekiel 38 and 39; Joel 3 - particularly verse 17). The measuring for judgment is a common Bible metaphor. The ancient nations, represented by the hills, were brought low (humbled). The rivers - the invading nations in particular - experienced the Almighty's wrath. But, as with Pharaoh's chariots (Exodus 14 and 15) these instruments of war are proven vain and useless when they are overwhelmed by Yahweh's salvation chariots (Psalm 68verses18-21). The sun and the moon will stand still in their place echoing the victory of Joshua over the Canaanites, in the land of their inheritance (Joshua 10). The 'head' (Rosh) of the wicked is to be crushed (v13). The sharp victory arrows shall pierce the hearts of the King's enemies (Psalm 45verses5). The whirlwind of Yahweh will scatter His enemies before Him, like the chaff before the wind (v14). And the enemy is trampled underfoot (Exodus 15). This awesome and majestic power of his Sovereign leaves the prophet trembling. The Psalm of Habakkuk concludes from verses 17-19 with precisely the reverse mood to the mood of despondency at its beginning. The prophet has had his fears answered and calmed by his Almighty Sovereign. And so, he now he patiently awaits the salvation of Yahweh - as one of the LORD's just ones, living by faith. Despite all current appearances, our King is of Zion - meaning "exultation". This is the city of our spiritual birth (Psalms 48; 84; 87). The fig and olive trees (are symbols of Israel) will not flourish. Today our God stills the storms that rage in our minds and will soon do so throughout the entire world (2 Samuel 23verses1-4verses Psalm 18; Psalm 46; Isaiah 26verses1-4). Our hope and trust in our Almighty Deliverer is sure and steadfast.

Tengo una amiga que vive allí con su familia y me lo pudo confirmar. Los niños escuchan a sus maestros, hacen sus tareas y se preocupan por ellos.Recuerdo a la tía Celia, una querida maestra que me enseñó que los libros contienen aventuras y emociones. Con todo el curso decidimos hacerle un homenaje, con presentación de un poema, pastel y todo. Tan pronto como entró en la sala, nos pusimos de pie para recibirla con aplausos. Nunca había visto llorar a un maestro. Ese día vi que los adultos también pueden llorar de alegría.Cada país tiene un día para homenajear a los maestros, pero no se necesita una fecha especial para demostrar respeto. ¿Y si oras por tus maestros o por alguien que te cuida y te enseña cosas interesantes? La oración es también una forma de mostrar afecto.Mi oración: Señor, bendice a los maestros y a las personas que nos enseñan lecciones importantes.Haz tarjetas para esas personas especiales que amas y respetas. Entrégaselas y cuéntales que estás orando por ellas.
