The time for bitching, moaning and complaining about Trump or the Supreme Court is over. Stop it. Quit whining and do something about it. It's on us now. Defending democracy is on us now. If we can't come together and defeat him in November, then we deserve our fate.

Although analysts keep saying inflation is coming down, prices at the store certainly aren't. This is the difference between relativity and absolutism. Although prices have been elevated for a while, consumers continue to have sticker shock. So, how much longer will it be before the average U.S. consumer accepts higher prices are here to stay and move on? While it be next year, 2025 or never? In this week's Trading Perspectives, Sam and John discuss higher prices and when the U.S. consumer will quit complaining about them. One says next year and the other thinks it will be 2025. Can you guess which?

Complaining is an easy thing to do. You can get on social media. There's more people you can complain to. Others like to hear and see you complain, because it means they have company in their natural propensity to complain. It's human nature to be dissatisfied. It's natural to complain. But are you complaining because you like complaining, or because you're looking for solutions? Don't complain just to complain. What's the end result? Start there and you'll know if you're wasting your time complaining. #RiseAbove HOW TO GET INVOLVED: This planet is based on an algorithm and with every positive action, there is an adverse reaction. Thank you for tuning in to the Connections Church Podcast! Have you ever shouted, or wanted to, the words “I Quit”. If you're human, you likely have. Quit trying, quit a job, quit a project, quit putting something together, whatever it is, it's part of our nature to want to quit sometimes. But we can quit bad things to, as in, what if we quit complaining? This week, Pastor Robert Thompson teaches on quitting our complaining. At Connections, our mission is to connect God and people through His word, prayer, and fellowship! We hope you are blessed, encouraged, and challenged by the teachings from our pastors. We want to help you find your place in God's Kingdom because you are family at Connections!
Today's episode is a bit of a kick in the backside. We're going to be talking about why creating content is important for your business. This episode won't focus on the how-to because I recently did a whole series on that. Instead, we need to have a candid discussion about the fact that most people aren't regularly creating content in their business because it's hard. WHAT YOU'LL LEARN IN TODAY'S EPISODE: Why the notion that business should be easy is causing people to think they don't have to do hard things It might be hard for you to do things that are necessary for you to build a successful business, but you still gotta do it The hard truth: if you're not creating regular content, you're going to have a hard time building a successful knowledge business Why content is necessary for a knowledge business and is the core of our marketing efforts Content establishes you as an expert Content is how you attract people into your world Why you need content that delivers a real message and demonstrates your expertise Content attracts, nurtures, helps you sell, and helps you retain people Why you need to start with 1 piece of long-form content each week but Why you need a strategy for content that identifies the messages you need to deliver to your audience and helps you establish thought leadership Why your content needs to move them toward wanting to buy your product (without being salesy) Creating long-form content makes creating content for social media easier RESOURCES IN TODAY'S EPISODE: BADA$$ Online Marketing University Free Privacy Policy BADA$$ Online Marketers Follow Bobby on Instagram

And if someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it. 16 But do this in a gentle and respectful way. Keep your conscience clear. Then if people speak against you, they will be ashamed when they see what a good life you live because you belong to Christ.

Research shows that people complain approximately once per minute during a typical conversation. Why is it we complain so much? What would a conversation look like that was absent of complaining?
Complaining! It often goes overlooked and comes so easy for us all to do. But did you know that when we complain it actually affects our view of God and His faithfulness? In this message, we will look at the unseen dangers that accompany complaining and see how it affects our attitude, our relationships, and how it often diminishes our view of God.
