On Friday's Mark Levin Show, immigration proceedings are civil in nature, not criminal, and illegal aliens only have limited due process protections as established by congressional statutes and Supreme Court rulings. U.S. immigration laws explicitly restrict illegal aliens from raising certain arguments in federal courts, forbid judicial review of designated executive actions and confine jurisdiction over specific claims to particular federal courts. When federal courts exercise authority over claims that are barred, unreviewable, or jurisdictionally restricted under these statutes, they contravene federal law. In such instances, the Supreme Court should intervene as needed to reaffirm these boundaries. Also, Americanism is fundamentally incompatible with Islamism as it seeks to conquer and destroy the West, particularly the United States. The Democrat Party defends this ideology by opposing deportations and removals, allowing this cancer to spread.  Instead of live and let live, Islamism demands conformity or death. If Democrats win the midterms, they will cripple President Trump's efforts to protect the nation, as they prioritize party power over the Constitution, welcoming Marxists and Islamists alike because they hate the country but love their authority. It gained international notoriety for the death of George Floyd while in the custody of Minneapolis police officers and the resulting burning of the city by rioters. It is led by far left politicians like Governor Tim Walz, Attorney General Keith Ellison, Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, Minneapolis mayor Jacob Frey, and many more with the same worldview.Just recently, Minneapolis again became the flashpoint of the biggest national news story after a 23-year-old independent journalist from Utah named Nick Shirley came to town on the tip that the Somali Muslim immigrant community, of which there are an estimated 100,000 in the state, are operating the largest scale welfare fraud in history by setting up fake child daycare centers, nutrition and autism services, transportation services, amongst other things, and then billing the state for services that weren't rendered to the tune of an estimated $9 billion. This funded not just lavish lifestyles but Islamic jihadists in Somalia and potentially the Democrat Party.As the enormity of the fraud story was being exposed, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers entered Minnesota to find and deport illegal immigrants. Not surprisingly, leftist protesters interfered with ICE agents, with one protester being killed after she used her vehicle to block ICE vehicles and then drove toward an officer who shot her dead. The FBI has released new footage of a person of interest and are now offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the identification of the individual. Local officials in Providence, Rhode Island struggled to answer questions during Wednesday's press conference. 4:30pm- In a post to Truth Social, President Donald Trump wrote: “Venezuela is completely surrounded by the largest Armada ever assembled in the History of South America. It will only get bigger, and the shock to them will be like nothing they have ever seen before…For the theft of our Assets, and many other reasons, including Terrorism, Drug Smuggling, and Human Trafficking, the Venezuelan Regime has been designated a FOREIGN TERRORIST ORGANIZATION. Willis went berserk several times while being questioned! 5:30pm- Dr. EJ Antoni—Chief Economist at The Heritage Foundation—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to preview President Donald Trump's national address from the Diplomatic Reception room of the White House. 5:50pm- Chris in Collegeville implores Rich: Don't get a puppy! You'll never be able to go on vacation again! 6:05pm- Former President Barack Obama is warning Democrats: concentrate on the 2026 midterm elections and stop focusing on ideological divides. But is it too late? Radical left ideologues like Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, Zohran Mamdani, Bernie Sanders, and Tim Walz have taken over the party. 6:20pm- Sen. Bernie Sanders wants to ban artificial intelligence and technological advancements. Ironically, Sanders made his plea via a video he posted to social media. 6:45pm- Earlier this month, President Donald Trump held a press conference announcing the launch of federally supported savings accounts for babies and young children—which will go into effect on July 4th, 2026. In addition to $1,000 per account provided by the U.S. Treasury, Michael and Susan Dell have pledged an additional $6.25 billion donation, amounting to $250 per account for children 10 and under.

House Speaker Mike Johnson said he was “delighted” when he learned Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, is running for Senate.    “I think it's one of the greatest things that's happened to the Republican Party in a long, long time,” Johnson said.    “I want her to have the largest, loudest microphone that she can every single day, and we look forward to having that election down there,” the House speaker added.    Crockett, who is viewed as a member of the Democrat's far-left cohort, officially announced her bid for Senate on Monday. The Texas lawmaker has made a number of claims in the past which Republicans no doubt plan to use against her.    During an interview with Vanity Fair last year, Crockett indicated she thinks Latino voters have a “slave mentality” when it comes to their view of immigration policy. She also recommended tax exemptions for black people, has called Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents “slave patrol,” and has referred to Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott, who is in a wheelchair, “governor hot wheels.”   Republicans appear poised to paint Crockett, and her rhetoric, as the face of the Democrat Party, and while it is unlikely Crockett can pull out a Senate win in deep red Texas, the margin of her support, or lack their of, may prove to be a critical indication of the nation's political views.    On this week's edition of “Problematic Women,” we discuss what Democrats will be watching for during Crockett's run for Senate. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, Qatar is working hard to buy off as many people as they can. There's a lengthy list of influential figures—including top business executives, politicians, podcasters like Tucker Carlson, think tank members, and even some Israel supporters and hawks—who are invited to Qatar with expenses covered for first-class travel, hotels, meals, and sometimes substantial payments to speak or interview others. Qatar is aggressively buying influence through lavish events like Formula One races, investments in U.S. colleges, and luxuries for elites, who enjoy flashy displays of wealth while ignoring the exploitation of over a million indentured servants. This benefits only the ruling class and elites while ordinary Americans gain nothing and are screwed big time. This is also helping Qatar push the Muslim Brotherhood's goal to infiltrate the US and destroy democracy from within. Also, the fusion of Marxism and Islamism is exemplified by the recent killing of Specialist Sarah Beckstrom and other terrorist acts. The Democrat Party opposes border security, viewing immigration as a right for foreigners while expecting citizens to accept it. Immigration's purpose should serve American citizens of all backgrounds, not invite unvetted foreigners who bring murder, hatred, and unassimilated ideologies. Failed assimilation corrupts institutions like K-12 education, colleges influenced by Qatar, media affected by Saudi Arabia and Democrats, leading to societal suffering from imported threats like the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, and Qatari money. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, the judges in the James Comey case are obstructing the prosecution by granting rare access to secret grand jury information under Federal Rule 6e, despite no evidence of misconduct during the indictment, effectively trying to dismiss the case before trial. The judges continue lecturing the prosecution on alleged faults which create an awful situation. It looks like the fix is in. Tucker Carlson will always be a loathsome lowlife giving Nick Fuentes a megaphone, and for his own repulsive bigotry and antisemitism, and nobody can change that. This is not who the American people are or ever will be. And we patriots are not going to surrender our country to these poisonous grifters and hate-mongers. Not now, not ever.
