Our episode is a little longer today because it is a bit of a hybrid thanks to a live audience show I did the night before. We now have word the owner of the vehicle that was stopped by the Tennessee Highway Patrol with Kilmar Abrego Garcia driving and filled with people, says he paid Garcia several times to run people into the country from the border. Next, we go to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent's testimony on the Hill yesterday. To illustrate the level of intellect inherent to the Democrat Party today, we turn to Rep. Nydia Velazquez (D-NY). Then, for the added cherry on top, we turn to mad Maxine Waters (D-CA) regarding DOGE. This leads to a short segment on why DOGE needs to continue working daily to find and root out the fraud, waste, abuse and corruption. Then we shift to the live show from Tuesday, May 06, 2025 at AFP. We start with a short conversation with Jeff Thompson of AFP before turning to Tony West. West joined AFP in Georgia in 2015. He has served in various roles before being elevated to State Director in October of 2023. The courts say the President controls military law and thus can fire transactivist Rachel Levine. Data Republican along with James Hartline found a financial connection between Bill “the Kickball Kid” Kristol and money from George Soros. The show follows a little different in light of President Trump hitting his first 100 days in office. I decided to use just one interview as the main through-line of the episode and intersperse other related news items, sound bites and comments along the way. I also felt I need some time to just talk without slogging through one news story after the other. I share how my wife do a weekly show called, “The Marriage Fit Podcast.” I also discuss how we continuously set a high-bar for our kids and how I believe Donald Trump is trying to do that for our country and, in turn, the rest of the world. The interview was conducted by Terry Moran of ABC News in the Oval Office. It allows me to weigh-in on tariffs, the cost of China's exports, how the Democrat Party is fighting so hard to keep all the illegals inside our borders, how much they keep fighting for the return of an MS-13 gang member and more. I tie-in a moment from the Detroit rally with the latest attempt by yet another radical, activist judge who says CBP has to have arrest warrants before they arrest any illegal inside our country. It's ludicrous. In fact, it let's me spend time on Bill Clinton's Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA). This law, still in effect, is what allows Trump's agenda to be enacted, yet Judges are literally ruling against the rule of law. We also look at a newly leaked memo from the Biden/Harris days regarding DNA testing to make sure children were with their real family members. It's a crime what Mayorkas and the Biden Administration put in place! Next we tackle the fraud, waste and abuse thus far discovered by DOGE. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, in Wisconsin, Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested for allegedly obstructing law enforcement by helping an illegal immigrant escape from ICE.  Similarly, in New Mexico, former Judge Joel Cano was arrested for harboring an alleged illegal immigrant tied to TDA.  The Democrats and their media argue these arrests highlight an overreaching Trump administration, but the Judges' actions were illegal, not the administration's response. Judges are not above the law.  It's absurd that Democrats frame the arrests, rather than the judges' crimes, as the issue. The Democrat Party is an evil party. Also, Iran is unlikely to honor any negotiated deal, as they have historically failed to uphold agreements, especially after changes in U.S. leadership, such as when Trump leaves office. Some argue Iran has a right to domestic nuclear power. However, the U.S. is not negotiating with other nations that possess domestic nuclear power. The idea that Israel would drag us into war with Iran is ridiculous.  Later, the efforts by the left and isolationists (Soros-Koch) to take out Pete Hegseth and Mike Waltz, and the anti-Trump media joined by Iranian special pleaders is a grave disservice to Trump and intended to undermine him.  Finally, Rep Hakeem Jeffries boasted about blocking efforts to ensure only U.S. citizens can vote in federal elections. This week on the Mark Levin Show, the passing of Pope Francis is deeply saddening for Catholics and non-Catholics, following his recent meeting with J.D. Vance and Easter ceremonies. The papacy holds immense significance, with Pope John Paul II widely revered as an influential modern leader and freedom fighter who played a key role in the Soviet Union's downfall. These isolationists have come up with nothing new about foreign policy, recycling George McGovern's outdated views while acting as modern-day Tokyo Roses. Elon Musk, once aligned with the left, has become a patriot and hero. From the moment he purchased and exposed Twitter, he became a target of the media and the left. Musk's efforts to uncover hundreds of billions in government waste, fraud, and abuse, have cost him millions and hurt Tesla. Alongside President Trump, Musk risked everything for America. This moment right now is critical for slashing government spending, a unique opportunity driven by Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). It's frustrating that these leftwing federal judges are reversing President Trump's decisions, effectively trying to run the government from their courtrooms, which is not our constitutional system. Specifically, a judge blocked Trump's requirement for proof of citizenship on voter registration forms. These judges are doing the dirty work for the Democrat Party. Later, Russia is relentlessly attacking Ukraine, with Putin aiming to conquer it as a step toward Poland. Ukraine's biggest mistake was giving up its nuclear weapons, and the Biden administration's withholding of weapons to punish Russia was a significant error in the war. Meanwhile, Iran's former official, Mohammad-Javad Larijani, say they are reluctantly joining U.S. talks, criticizing American negotiators and Trump. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 4: 6:00pm- Police officials provided an update on the shooting that occurred at Florida State University. FSU Chief of Police Jason Trumbower confirmed that two people have died, and six others are at a local hospital with gunshot wounds. The shooter was also taken to the hospital. Despite initial reports that there were two shooters, police confirmed the shooter acted alone and there is no further threat to the community. 6:15pm- According to reports, the suspected Florida State University shooter—Phoenix Ikner—was quoted in an FSU News article earlier this year. He stated: “I think it's a little too late, he's [Trump] already going to be inaugurated on Jan. 20 and there's not really much you can do unless you outright revolt, and I don't think anyone wants that.” FSU News has removed the quote from the story—leaving an editorial notation of the decision. 6:20pm- Vice Chair of the Democratic National Committee David Hogg announced that he plans to challenge moderate Democrats in upcoming primaries—favoring more progressive challengers. In response, James Carville called for the DNC to sue Hogg for misappropriating funds. 6:30pm- Statistician/FiveThirtyEight founder Nate Silver and podcast co-host Galen Druke revealed that they believe Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, at this moment, is the most likely hypothetical candidate to be the Democrat Party's 2028 presidential nominee. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, President Trump is a genius. Communist China is isolated. Most of the rest of the world seeks trade and tariff deals. The stock market shot back up. It's Incredible. Trump has implemented a sweeping tariff plan, hitting China with a 104% levy and additional tariffs, effectively isolating it from global trade.  He has shifted the trade landscape in a week, prompting over 70 countries to seek U.S. trade deals. Trump's approach differs from the 1930s tariff wars, as he's a capitalist, unlike the socialist FDR. He seeks to slash taxes, shrink government, cut spending and regulations, and push a pro-growth agenda absent in that earlier era. Also, Trump says that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. They need to make a deal or else. Does this make Trump a neo-con? Of course not.  What really hurt America was the Biden regimen and how they help fund Iran nuclear program. Later, Democrats have contributed to a growing "assassination culture" in the U.S. through inflammatory rhetoric against Trump, and their current silence in the face of escalating violent rhetoric is tantamount to encouragement.  The Democrat Party has always been violent – they even defended lynching. Finally, Adam Kredo calls in to discuss a lawsuit filed by American victims of Hamas's October 7, 2023, attack accuses Al Jazeera and its U.S. affiliate of providing material support to Hamas by employing operatives as journalists and broadcasting propaganda. The plaintiffs allege Al Jazeera had prior knowledge of the attack and incited violence through its U.S.-based operations, seeking damages under the U.S. Anti-Terrorism Act.
